Our son started training at Elevate this summer after a recommendation from another parent—and it has been a great experience! Great communication, clear process, awesome coaches who ensure that his strength training routine is safe and appropriate for his age, size and sport—and meaningful, measurable improvement in just 3-4 months of sessions. My son and daughter have been training with EST for a couple of years. I have been extremely happy with the improvements they have made in their sports as a result of working out with EST. Training with EST has given my kids an edge in their travel sports. I strongly recommend sending your children to EST for training.

We were looking for a place where our teenager could train in the offseason, and a place that works with teenagers and that’s how we found Elevate Sports Training—thanks to a tip from some other football families. From the start, TJ explained their overall approach and made us feel comfortable that they are focused on overall fitness. TJ and Josh are awesome with the kids and took the time to put together a custom plan just for our son, focusing on boosting his overall fitness. They kept the plan updated as our son made progress.
The difference has been huge—our son isn’t just stronger and fitter, he’s way more confident now, too. If you’re looking for a super effective spot for your teen to train, I can’t recommend Elevate Sports Training enough. We’re so glad we found them!

Our son started going to EST in 7th grade. He had an excellent experience! He went year round through 8th grade. They taught him great exercises! They put a great emphasis on proper form and safety. They definitely gave my son great experience going into high school lifting for football and baseball! Highly recommend training with EST!

My 10-year-old did a strength and conditioning class here and absolutely loved it. He learned a lot of healthy habits that he can incorporate into his baseball and football workout routines at home. The coaches were amazing and kept the workouts fun and engaging. I highly recommend!

My son took weekly youth speed and strength training sessions and absolutely LOVED it. Coaches TJ and Josh were amazing with the kids. Each week they had a variety of fun and engaging drills planned for the kids to keep them engaged. We plan to continue training at EST as our schedule allows this spring because my son can't get enough. I would absolutely recommend EST to anyone, kids and adults, looking to boost their strength and fitness.

By far, the best training program for student-athletes in the Northern Virginia area. Coach TJ is responsive to parents and works well with my two student-athletes (baseball and basketball players). My boys (8th and 10th graders) take strength and speed training sessions at the EST facility. Coach TJ provides regular progress reports so parents/student-athletes can see their progress and what they need to concentrate on. I have already seen the benefits with my boys in terms of their power on the baseball field and on the basketball court. Coach TJ also emphasizes on a regular basis with my student-athletes the importance of good nutrition, plenty of sleep, and taking care of their bodies. No doubt that my boys’ training with Elevate Sports Training will help them succeed as student-athletes in HS and put them in a great position to secure college scholarships.

My kids (9 & 11yrs) worked with TJ over the winter on speed, agility and strength training and love the program. My son and daughter look forward for the sessions as TJ keeps it interesting, fun, and challenging appropriate to their age and also tailors to an individual if needed. Highly recommend to kids (whether they are an athlete or not) as it introduces fitness, exercise routines and proper form to the kids.

Since training at EST, my 14 year old son has seen his strength and speed improve. He has worked with the strength coach, T.J., for the past couple of years, and during this time my son has become stronger and developed a passion for fitness. Since adding the speed sessions with Coach Tony, he has also become much faster. EST is helping my son become an overall better athlete, cultivate discipline and fortitude in his habits, and most importantly, establish an active and healthy lifestyle. Thank you T.J. & Tony!

TJ knows how to lead and inspire tweens and teens who have fitness and athletic goals. He shows them the important steps and that goals aren't achieved overnight. We know that what he has taught our son will help him understand the importance of fitness long after the high school baseball season has ended.

TJ trained my son for 3 years, and not only did a tremendous job teaching him all of the correct ways to work out, including nutrition and lifestyle tips, but also instilled in him a desire to get to the gym on a regular basis when he started to see results. TJ takes an interest in the people he trains, and is still a very good role model for my son to this day. Highly recommend him !

Both of my sons have trained with TJ throughout their middle school and high school careers. He has been an integral part of their development as athletes and as young men. He has played an huge role in their athletic success.
TJ is a passionate trainer who knows how to work with youth athletes who want to take their game to the next level. He uses modern thinking and training techniques to devise programs that are tailored to an individual athlete's needs and goals. He understands there is no one-size fits-all solution for youth athletes and works with them to get what they want out of the program.
The new EST facility is a great environment for youth athletes with all the equipment they need, and nothing they don't. It is a safe, clean, well-maintained, and well-supervised facility.
TJ understands and connects with youth athletes in a way that is really rare and not easy to find. I highly recommend EST to any youth and high school athlete looking for training to get to the next level.

My son worked with TJ for several months. This was his first time really learning about strength and conditioning. TJ was patient and supportive and always available to help him with his form to make sure he was doing the workouts properly to maximize results and avoid injury. We highly recommend TJ for anyone looking to improve their performance in any sport!!
