I've been taking a group Pilates class at this studio for several months and am very pleased with my experience. The class is small (2-4 people so far) and the instructor is very personable and gives each student attention. I also like that there is stretching built in at the end of each class. The studio is clean, comfortable and the layout is well thought out, with plenty of natural light. Free parking makes it easy to get in and out.

Epic Pilates is fantastic! Evy is such an experienced teacher whose precision with form ensures that you get the maximum benefit from each exercise. Evy knows how to meet each individual where they are with either modifications or progressions to challenge you when needed.

The studio also has a range of Pilates equipment that I don’t normally see elsewhere.

I also really enjoyed taking class with Christopher, who also models excellent form and whose attentive and enthusiastic presence keeps you motivated in class.

Wonderful studio! Excellent, knowledgeable teachers. Very clean. Classes are maximum of 6 people. Individual sessions give lots of helpful info for proper body movement so you don't hurt yourself.

Epic Pilates is a phenomenal studio. The instructors are excellent and have an eagle eye when making sure the students are in correct alignment before doing the exercises. I can’t say enough positive things about the founder Evy with whom I take private sessions. I have never felt better in my life since beginning Pilates with Evy 9 years ago!

If you love pilates or want to learn pilates Epic Pilates Studio is the place to go. The Owner runs a professional clean studio and has a team of experienced and friendly trainers. I have the pleasure of training with both Evi and Heather who are both wonderful. I have learned so much and at the end of each session I’m reminded of how glad I am I signed up to learn Pilates. The classes are small, which means that the instructor can pay attention to YOU to ensure proper form, staying within your range of motion, and encouraging you to go deeper when appropriate. Evy’s 2018 New Business of the Year awarded by the McLean Chamber of Commerce is well deserved. She is so very genuine and takes great pride in her well thought out and planned studio. Epic Pilates Studio is fabulous. I have been a client of Epic Pilates for a year now. The studio and equipment are always immaculate. Everyone who works for the studio are friendly, kind, and professional. I take private lessons with Kate. I could not have chosen a more perfect instructor for myself. I have a back injury, as well as some pain that comes along with that. That being the case, it is extremely important that my form is correct. I also know when to push my body, or back off/be gentle. Kate has a great understanding of this. She is in tune with navigating my session, as well as what is happening for me during it. I have had trainers in the past who say they understand injuries. However, some of those same trainers have done the opposite of what is needed to support, or take care of one. Since I have been working with Kate at Epic Pilates, my injury has improved quite a bit. Kate individualizes my session based off of my injury, needs, as well as how we would both like me to progress. Kate is always respectful, and is a master at explaining what we will be doing, and how to nail down the proper form. I am not the most coordinated. Kate has learned how to work with me on this and communicate in a way I am able to understand so I may learn a new movement. While I am working during my sessions, I can also attest to laughter and smiles along the way. Both the studio and my instructor have exceeded any expectation I had walking in as a new client a little over a year ago.

This is my very favorite place to be. It has a great vibe, very welcoming and the instruction is top notch. I have been so impressed with the very specific instructions I get in the classes.
