I started taking Pilates classes at Epiphany to rehabilitate an injured hip and it is making a world of difference. An added bonus is that my overall fitness and flexibility has improved a lot. My instructor is patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Great experience!

I absolutely love coming here. Iโ€™m brand new to Pilates and have already learned so much after just a few lessons. I really appreciate how well the instructors explain things and how they ensure every individual in the class is doing each exercise correctly. I feel great after each lesson and I am always excited for the next one!

Eurona is an amazing biz owner who tailors her services to her clients with passion and a sincere approach to getting them feeling and moving better as they return to their daily lives. This week her theme is Strong and Supple Spines which rings true to me as a sports chiropractor! Do yourself a favor and go to Epiphany Pilates!!!

Have been a client for years and cannot say enough good things about Eurona (the owner) and the whole studio. I feel most comfortable with private lessons and I feel that this is the best money I spend each week. Whenever I have had to take breaks or had injuries or physical limitations, Eurona has been great in adapting workouts to help
rebuild and heal. Besides the excellent physical training, I love the positive and encouraging (but challenging ) vibe of the whole studio. Cannot say enough good things!

Iโ€™ve been going to Epiphany Pilates and working with Eurona for 2months now. Not only is she an amazing instructor, but my husband says he loves these changes too (the tightness lol๐Ÿ˜‰) When Eurona says โ€œdo that pelvic curlโ€, girl listen to her, you would thank her later.

I cannot say better things about Epiphany Pilates. I began taking the prenatal Pilates class at about 11 weeks pregnant. I continued taking the class through about my 34th week of pregnancy when the last summer session ended. I attribute much of the successful birth of my child to taking Pilates throughout. Labor didnโ€™t go quite as anticipated and towards the end the baby was in distress and the only options were to get him out as quickly as possible or go for an emergency C-section. Luckily, I was able to get him out very quickly and my OB/GYN noted that I should thank my Pilates instructor because clearly I had built the strength needed to deliver him quickly and effectively, and avoid a C-section. I am so thankful for the class and the core and pelvic floor strength I was able to maintain throughout pregnancy, as well as the breathing techniques I was able to apply. Eurona is an AMAZING instructor and I canโ€™t wait to go back for postnatal classes. If youโ€™re on the fence, I highly recommend giving Epiphany a shot! :)

I've been working with Pilates and Barre at Epiphany Pilates for over 3 years and have experienced tremendous improvement in my strength and fitness without injury. The studio philosophy dictates care that we follow good form to avoid injury, which I have not experienced at other fitness studios. Recently they have introduced Gyrotonics, which is based in yoga, but also uses equipment. After the very first session, I had almost complete relief of chronic upper arm muscle and shoulder pain, which persisted for a week. After 2 more sessions, my chronic (over 15 years duration) has diminished and some has been eliminated. Epiphany Pilates is the place to go for functional fitness, without fear of injury.

I recently moved to Fairfax, VA in July and found this place to start pilates. I was a beginner as this was the first time I had ever tried pilates and Eurona was so patient with me. She is the owner and lead instructor of epiphany pilates. She was so kind and explained things to me very well as I was learning. Not only did she help me physically but mentally. Additionally, I had no worries going into class during covid. All the equipment, etc was wiped down constantly and after each work out. I would highly recommend Epiphany Pilates!

This studio is fantastic and the owner, Eurona, is amazing. I had zero interest in pilates, but ended up here for a postnatal exercise class after having my second child, because there are so few postnatal workout options in this area. After a few sessions I was completely sold on pilates, and on Epiphany. It took me just a couple months of doing pilates 1-2x a week here to heal to the same level it had taken me *years* to achieve after having my first child. The core strength I've developed has also made it easier to chase after a toddler/pick him up constantly/lug a stroller/carry him around everywhere, etc. without resulting in sore muscles. Post COVID, Epiphany offers great Zoom classes, too. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good workout and a relaxed, nonjudgemental, supportive environment.

My body thanks me tremendously for every class I take at Epiphany Pilates! The instructors are top-notch, dedicated professionals. They are also diverse, so it's fun to have various styles to learn from. I also love the variety of classes offered at the studio, from pilates on the equipment, yoga and pilates on the mat, barre, etc.

I tried a lot of new things for the first time including suspension pilates and restorative yoga - both of which were amazing experiences/workouts. Since going, my body is more toned, my posture & flexibility has improved and overall, I feel motivated to work out with a great group of like minds.

Pilates is an all around first for me, so when I began taking classes at epiphany and began understanding the many ways the machines are used to perform different series of workouts I was amazed! More so amazed at my own body strength and the different forms of motions and unfamiliar usage of those muscles we use to carry out the exercises. Its a divine feeling and most of all calming. Its yoga, its physical therapy, therapeutic really. Not only is it a full body massage but when you continue to workout regularly your able to experience different versions of the workouts as all of the instructors have their own unique style. Fantastic team!

I went to my first Pilates reformer class and took level 1 with Eurona, the owner. It was the best class I've ever taken (step, yoga, barre). I was there with another lady in her 1st trimester. The instructor was so patient and helpful. I knew absolutely nothing. I'm not fit at all. The last time I worked out was 2 back to back pregnancies ago. I am in love with the class. I felt so refreshed afterwards. I only felt minimal soreness the next day and more so energized. I worked my core and it didn't feel like I was going to die. This is a great class for those starting again, that might have joint issues. I didn't feel bored and secretly wish it was over soon. I didn't even look at the clock. I was completely engaged the whole time. As I said, the instructor was excellent and made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything in great detail.
The class sizes are small. Yes, all reformer pilates classes are a bit pricey for the average working Joe, no matter what studio you go to. I did my research and rightfully so because the equipment is a few thousand dollars. This was a treat for myself to jump start a healthier lifestyle. I didn't realize I'd fall so much in love with it after one class.
One to the cleanliness of the studio. This place is spotless. I mean Spotless! Not a single fingerprint. I love it!
So, if you're in "snapback season" (Google it if you don't understand or find an urban friend to explain), this is the place for you. I'd say 2-3 times a week once your doctor says it's ok to exercise. It works on your core and posture, but, I personally feel like my pelvic wall was being strengthened too. I'll update after my 10 classes are over.

If you want to build a stronger you, don't wait another minute! The variety of classes keeps you interested/motivated. The instructors are knowledgable and make sure that you are training your body in a safe and effective way. The small classes ensure individualized attention so you can get the most out of every class. The sticker price might seem shocking, but it is money well spent.

I attended classes Epiphany Pilates from March through June 2018 at the recommendation of my Physical Therapist. For a couple years I have been dealing with an injury and imbalance with my right leg. I went from being a CrossFit athlete to unable to run a quarter mile. Physical Therapy always seemed to help but never fully solved the issues. Finally during my second round of PT I took their advice and joined my nearby Pilates studio, Epiphany Pilates. I attended classes nearly every day. The environment couldn't have been better, the instructors were fantastic, and I felt like I was part of a community of such *kind* people. Now I am four weeks into my weightlifting program and doing backsquats and deadlifts with zero pain, something that hasn't been possible for me in over two years. My muscles are firing correctly and and my movement patterns have greatly improved, all thanks to the Reformer, Tower, Circuit, and Yoga classes at Epiphany Pilates. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone, especially athletes looking to bring some balance and core strength to their body.

Since October 2017, I have been going to Epiphany about 5 times a week. I've never been disappointed by their classes or instructors. Most importantly, I've met the most incredible and friendliest students! Their management is exceptional as well. I've never experienced a work out like in this environment. I'm always excited to go to my next class. The transformation in my body in amazing as well, I can instantly feel a difference every week. If you're ever interested and you happen to read over my review, I suggest that you don't ignore your curiosity and just give it a try.

I attended Epiphany through their one-month trial promotion and would have definitely renewed if I weren't moving out of state for occupational reasons. Eurona and the other instructors were fun, encouraging, and warm. I never felt like I was pressured to do as well as the more experienced folks, and I always felt like the hour-long classes maximized my workouts. I really did see results (got taller, leaner, better posture, and lost some weight) pretty quickly and am sad to leave. I think this is a great place to take the plunge and start your pilates journey!

I was initially intimated by any type of physical exercise until I tried Epiphany Pilates. After I discovered Pilates, I found that I could do it! I feel stronger after every session...plus it's fun. I started going to Epiphany Pilates midway through pregnancy #2 (planning on a vbac) and am so happy I found this studio! Eurona is a fun and knowledgeable teacher, and her prenatal pilates classes helped me significantly during pregnancy and labor. I highly recommend her classes to anyone, but especially moms in the prenatal or postnatal stages when it can be challenging to figure out what exercises will work with your body.

A bit more for any moms-to-be who might be interested: I was struggling with diastasis and preparing for a first attempt at a vbac when I started classes at Epiphany. The prenatal class's focus on pelvic floor stability helped a lot with lower back/hip aches and pains -- it's so easy to get out of alignment further along in pregnancy. Also, the breathing exercises Eurona always begins class with turned out to be a huge help during labor. Weeks in a row of practicing deep breathing and relaxing in class helped me get into that rhythm when contractions started. My labor lasted about 15 hours, but being able to get good breaths in and truly relax through contractions made it surprisingly manageable, and I never felt like an epidural. The breathing exercises also helped me get through pushing without hyperventilating, and I managed to deliver a 10lb 5 oz baby. I'm 5'1" with pretty much nothing in the hip department, and my first was an unplanned c-section who got "stuck" (before I knew anything about the exercises that can help with baby positioning), so hopefully this is encouraging to anyone else in a similar position. I guess there's no one thing to do that can guarantee vbac success, but the prenatal classes at Epiphany definitely helped me get there. Looking forward to returning for a postnatal session down the road!

I'm an old school guy. When it comes to physical exercise, my prevailing ethos has always been "no pain, no gain"; and the goals of my workouts have always been: more weight, more distance, more reps, and less time. However, I'm almost 70 years old now, and have been suffering from debilitating arthritis in my left knee for quite a few years; physical exercises of the past (i.e., tennis, basketball, and jogging) are now out of the question, and even standing and walking for long periods have proven to be a challenge. In addition, more recently. I have developed sciatica, effecting the L-2, L-3, and L-4 regions of my spine, rendering standing and walking painfully unbearable.

Fortunately, however, my story has a happy ending because I now have Epiphany Pilates (EP) in my life. Indeed, with my regular sessions at EP, I'm no longer walking with the assistance of a cane, and my spine doctor no longer views my needing epidural injections or ultimate surgeon to return to moving normally. EP has introduced me to an approach to physical fitness that effectively strengthens my lower back and the muscles involved in the use of my left knee. With the guidance and mentoring of my Pilates tutor, Eurona Tilley, I'm replacing the old school "no pain, no gain" approach with a more disciplined and informed method of physical fitness that involves the integrated Pilates core principle of body, mind, and spirit working together.

My sessions at EP waste no time: beginning with synchronized breathing that relaxes the body and clears the mind, and then moving to various exercises focused on selected muscle areas without "cheating" through assistance from other body areas that don't need work or would be harmed rather helped in the process. My 60-minute workout always leaves me moving with greater ease and a renewal of strength. I often think that, had there been an Epiphany Pilates in my younger life, I wouldn't have the knee and spine problems I'm enduring now. Nevertheless, with Epiphany Pilates, I can endure.

Epiphany Pilates is a warm, friendly and welcoming boutique studio. The name speaks for itself as Eurona, the owner and lead instructor, awakens the power you have within yourself. She is an exemplary instructor with a lot of enthusiasm and encouragement. She is very cognizant of form in class and is attentive to her students needs.
The clients are a reflection of the owner and are very welcoming and friendly. I didn't feel like a "new bee" but a part of the existing Pilates family!
I highly recommend Epiphany Pilates to anyone who is a Pilates or Bootybarre * enthusiast. If you are new to these disciplines Eurona would certainly help you on your fitness journey.

I really really love this place. The attitude of all the instructors is positive and motivating. They make it a community where we are all trying to improve, whether we are just starting out or we've been doing pilates for many years. I love that the classes aren't too large -- it makes it possible to get individual attention and feedback.

Eurona, the studio owner and teacher of most of the mat and barre classes, really cares about her students' growth. She adjusts classes to meet her students' levels and she shows different modifications so we are all challenged in every class. She also changes up the classes (and the music) all the time so every class is different and fun! She also offered me a discounted private lesson after I talked about having lower back pain in mat class, and the class helped me find what I was doing wrong.

I went to the Monday night yoga class for the first time last night and I was surprised how much I loved it and how much strength and flexibility I've gained over the past 9 months of going to Epiphany pilates. I told the instructor that I'm not flexible and I have no upper body strength, but I was wrong! I surprised myself with how much I could do. Also...the class is wonderful -- relaxing and challenging at the same time. I haven't felt that stress free since after my last massage.

I've been doing Prenatal Pilates with Eurona since I was 6 weeks pregnant. I'm now 35 weeks and have experienced zero pregnancy-related physical aches and pains at all, which I think is completely due to the strengthening and flexibility this class has provided. I truly look forward to attending each week and Eurona couldn't be more warm, welcoming, informative or helpful if she tried. I highly recommend it for pregnant (or non-pregnant) ladies. I am giving the fun atmosphere 4 stars, the workout 3.5 stars.

Eurona truly cares about the experience each student has at Epiphany PIlates. This class was a ton of fun and had me laughing. However, I felt that a lot of the movements were more for a beginner. I really enjoyed certain aspects of the class (weights portion, abdominals), but really wanted more time on the barre to work on thighs and glutes.

Again, great atmosphere, fun class.
