My weekly private classes with Freda are the best. She focuses on my personal weaknesses, building on developed skills at each visit. Freda is creative and changes it up. Each visit is an intense, varied, and interesting workout. I also attend a weekly Reformer Class with Freda. I love that she only has 4 Reformers, so the class is limited to that number. It gives her the ability to pay attention to each student as needed. In both private and Reformer classes, Freda has a keen eye on each individual for injury prevention. Her attention to making the workout intense without injury is extremely reassuring.

If you looking for a pilates studio with experienced instructors that care about you then looks no further than Esenyl's Pilates. Not only is their new space in the city of fairfax a beautiful space to work out in, Freda is truly a professional in her field who does outstanding work with active adults, those recovering from an injury & anyone who wants to improve their health. It's also safe & clean environment. Plus I love easy elevator access to her studio.

I love coming here! I've been coming to Esenyl's Pilates studio for almost 4 years and I have made some incredible friends! The instructors are great and pay attention to areas each student needs work on. You get that person attention that's not always guaranteed at some studios. I highly recommend trying all of the classes too! Pilates, Barre, Yoga! Great workouts and always fun!
