The gym isn’t bad but it’s not the greatest. It’s really ment for beginners, neighborhood moms, and seniors. Not a bad place to start out but if your training for something serious, going for a pro card, or military I wouldn’t recommend.

One of the mangers friends mistaken me for a janitor today he asked me to wipe the bathroom floor because it was wet from members taken showers. He proceeded to have a conversation with me/ convince me that it’s my responsibility to wipe the bathroom floor after members take there showers.

I like going to this gym for many reasons but don't like that the trainer(s) don't wipe the machines after use. It's bad gym etiquette on their part, and it's being passed on to others. I also wish an effort was made in putting weight plates away - gym goers or staff if user don't put them away

This is a great locally-owned gym. It has everything needed to get a great workout from cardio to strength training (and even pilates). It's very reasonably priced compared to other gyms in the area. Highly recommend!

Evolution is a very clean and low-key neighborhood business. The staff is friendly and ready to assist when needed. Mark, the owner, conducted a complete physical assessment and discussed fitness goals prior to giving a full tour and detailed instructions on how to use each machine according to individual goals. Locker room is clean, well lit and open, with showers well supplied with shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Easy to walk in, work out, and walk out. Conveniently located in the town of Vienna with ample parking.

Nice & small gym. They've got everything you'd need with different variations of each machine and even the dumbbells go up high in weight which is nice and hard to find at smaller gyms. Very clean too. Great management and affordable membership pricing.

I have been going to Gym since February 2017. I began working with one of their trainers named Cam. Cam is a great trainer and has helped me achieved so much since I began working with him. I went from not knowing much about working out at the gym to now being confident. I would highly recommend going to this gym and working with Cam.

The gym for people who want to get in better shape, but don't aspire to body building or bikinis. I love that this gym is full of regular people, the music is reasonable (not blaring) and Mark, the owner, stops to talk to every one, by name. Evolution is the Vienna community gym.

Their agreement for a personal training plan is really fraudulent. They say you have to cancel more than a month before. Even after I went on site to cancel the plan per the agreement I got charged 60 days. In fact, I had specifically confirmed that the program was canceled. Yet, the person who processed the cancellation...a sales on commission I am sure...sends me a dummy cancellation email with no attachment. Now they are saying I need to wait another 60 days. These guys are running a scam. Stay away from this gym.

I came from 24 Hour fitness and Anytime but found I am very happy here. The gym monthly membership is a little higher but I was willing to pay a little more because I felt more at home here. This is a great gym with lots of space. I don't have to wait to long for the exercise machines. The free weight section is also great, its all I need. I live in the town of Vienna so it close for me. I try to support local businesses as well.
