I have been so happy to find Exquisite House Pilates! My friend took me as a guest last Thanksgiving. I have been so busy with work and raising 4 kids that it has been very hard to find something I love and to stick with it. I started really committing to it in February and haven't looked back! I enjoy going to the classes twice a week. I think of it as my peaceful time, no work, no kids, no cooking or cleaning, just me, my friends and some great instructors. No judgement, always felt welcomed, which has helped me come out of my introverted shell! I never thought I could make myself do exercise after a long work day, but I really do enjoy going back time after time.

Found this gem in my area! My goals were about more than just the number on the scale; I wanted to improve my health markers. This program delivered on all fronts. The smart use of peptides helped kickstart my metabolism, while the shift to non-processed foods reduced inflammation and my cholesterol improved. The no impact exercise plan meant I could safely build fitness. I've achieved my weight loss goals and gained a vibrant, new outlook on health. Worth every penny!

As a 67 yo retired physician, I spent decades running my own practice. I was always so focused on caring for others that I neglected exercise for myself. When I finally had the time after retiring, I was hesitant and honestly a little intimidated to start.
Joining Exquisite House Pilates has been exactly what I needed! Heather is knowledgeable, and encouraging. She makes sure each movement is safe and doable. To my surprise I began noticing changes quickly- better posture, improved strength and muscle definition and firmness!
What I appreciate the most is the supportive, welcoming atmosphere. It is a safe space where I never feel judged, and I look forward to every class. The other students are friendly and supportive.
I wish I had discovered Pilates sooner, but I probably would have made excuses of being too busy to attend classes while I was working. I'm grateful to have discovered Exquisite House as a Senior, and encourage others looking for a safe exercise regimen to help prevent age-related issues to give it a try! The studio has given me renewed energy, confidence, and a healthier outlook on life after retirement.

I was skeptical about peptides at first, but my clinician explained the science and how they aid in weight loss by helping your body work more efficiently. It absolutely delivered. The program’s emphasis on ditching processed foods and learning to cook with non-processed foods was equally important. I feel amazing, my cravings are gone, and I'm in the best shape of my life. If you're looking for a modern, intelligent approach to weight loss, this is it!

I wanted to say thank you for your patience and the hands on guidance for my first time! Your knowledge in my health concerns was so reassuring. I had the best experience learning and plan to find someone and somewhere that mirrors what you do in Florida. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

I am a proud member of Exquisite House and have personally known the owner for years.
She has created a warm and welcoming environment that is perfect for the person who wants to improve their body, whatever that may look like for you.
Because of this studio and the instructors, I am leaner, stronger, and couldn’t be happier about my health…especially dealing with menopause.
Just from a few tips from Heather, my menopausal symptoms are well under control, like shorts I couldn't button and now wear easily under control, which is a bonus I didn’t anticipate. 🙌🏾
For anyone who claiming this environment isn’t inclusive and fun, doesn’t personally know or care to know it
Thank you, Exquisite House!

I've been a member at Exquisite House Pilates for the last 11 months, and I am so thankful to have found the studio and Heather. She is the real deal! She's created a safe and encouraging space for anyone new or experienced with Pilates to learn and grow. I started as a Plan client and was completely new to Pilates. Heather has a wealth of knowledge beyond just the reformer and is trained in functional nutrition. She's integrated a ton of education and extras within the studio for her clients to learn about health and wellness as they age, and she's hand-picked amazing instructors that really complement the studio mission.
I've rarely been as committed to a form of exercise in my life, but I have consistently showed up for myself at this studio for the last year. Additionally, I believe in this special place so much that I've referred at least 5 people, in addition to my daughter, who have joined and experienced the same warm, supportive environment.
If you've been interested in Pilates and want a small, boutique style studio for a very affordable price, don't look any further than Exquisite House Pilates. You won't be disappointed!

I joined Exquisite House nine months ago, excited to learn Pilates but nervous to join a group class setting. I’ve always felt uncomfortable in a large gym but at Exquisite House I feel included and like I am a part of a special community. Everyone I’ve met has been kind, welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are highly competent and passionate. I am in class five days a week and have witnessed nothing but a love for Pilates with a side of good vibes. Pilates has transformed my body and more importantly my mental health and well being and I cannot thank Heather enough for the space she has created.

Exactly one year ago, I walked into Exquisite House Pilates shortly after they opened their first storefront—and from the moment I met Heather and took my first class, I knew I had found something special. It truly felt like a match made in heaven.
Over the past year, this studio has become my second home. It’s my safe place, my sanctuary, and a space I genuinely love. The physical transformation has been a bonus (hello, abs!), but the emotional and mental benefits have been just as powerful.
Heather and every single instructor radiate love, encouragement, and respect. Their passion is unmatched, and their support is felt in every class. If you’re looking for a studio that goes beyond fitness and offers real connection and community, this is it. Exquisite House changed everything for me.

Heather and this studio are positively impacting my life. Pilates is ALL the things. It builds strength, flexibility and mental wellbeing. The knowledgeable instructors (and delightfully funny) are helping me evolve into my best self. It's been 8 months and counting as part of this inclusive welcoming community. So happy!

My experience with this studio has been nothing short of judgement and mean. They are the complete opposite of a welcoming space. Going to a group fitness class can be a very vulnerable position for many people and it can take a lot of bravery to workout again. So when a place adversities to be a safe and inclusive space but is the opposite full of judgement and cruel comments, cyber stalking, instructors gossip and talking bad about clients it makes anyone think twice about trying Pilates in general.
The classes I attended were okay, I’ve been doing Pilates for 5 years to rehab as a disabled veteran and gone to studio every place my family was stationed- in terms of classes this one was okay, the owner did come touch me to make corrections which I appreciate but she didn’t ask first and did so in a way that aggregated my injury.
