I joined F45 last December by the encouragement of my daughter. She told me to try one class and I didn’t have to come back if I didn’t like it. Fell in love with it. The workouts are easy to follow, the coaches are great and encouraging and love the people I have met here. This is a fabulous group and continue to look forward to coming to classes.

My husband and I have both been going to a F45 in South riding for a couple of years. Such a great environment- the coaches are fun and knowledgeable. Current management is great and there are lots of opportunities for classes. The workouts are a great blend of strength and cardio and are designed to be easier if you’re a beginner but can be very challenging if you push yourself. Recommend.

I’ve tried a bunch of group gyms over the years, and F45 South Riding is easily my favorite. I love the strength days, but the cardio here is unlike anything I’ve ever done, hands down the best for conditioning. You’ll never hit a plateau with this format; every workout pushes you in a new way.

The coaches are incredible, always going above and beyond to correct form and keep you safe. The new owner, Cheerjeev, has brought a fresh sense of energy (and he coaches too), plus he’s introduced fun social events and outdoor workout, the recent one at a nearby brewery was a blast.

And the community here is genuinely uplifting. The people you work out with make the sessions even more enjoyable and motivating.

I recently joined F45 starting March this year and it’s been a fantastic experience for my fitness journey. I have joined and tried several other workout places but would give up easily either because the coaches weren’t supportive or the workout was hard to follow. But at F45 , the workouts are well-structured, with different pods and timed stations that keep you going and moving all along. I love that every station has a screen to refer to and starts off with a brief explanation of the workouts and shows you before hand. You are constantly motivated to keep going and pushing yourself to complete the full 45 mins of workouts. And the trainers are supportive and always there to guide and motivate you. Overall, I recommend F45 to anyone starting off on their fitness journey as this place has a fantastic community too. Not to mention, I completed my 100 classes already here!! ☺️

F45 has been amazing! I joined after having my second child as a way to kick myself back into gear, and it’s been exactly what I needed. I love the workouts and the energy of each class. Some sessions are definitely tougher than others, but I always leave feeling accomplished. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciate. However, I do have concerns about the safety of the programming. Both myself and another member were injured during a workout due to the structure of one of the exercises. The program had us perform deadlifts for as many repetitions as possible within a set time, repeated across four sets. Even with light weights, this format is unsafe and puts significant strain on the lower back. Deadlifts should be programmed with strict attention to form and controlled reps, not high-rep timed sets. This approach creates unnecessary risk and should be reconsidered to better protect members’ health.

I’ve been anti-gym for awhile now, but then started finding my home workouts not being as intense as I’d like them to be. I tried a different club and it was too cheerleady and loud!! I gave F45 a chance after we decided to replace the flooring in our home gym and it was taking longer than expected. I’m sooo happy I did! It’s the perfect balance of strength (which I love), mixed in with great functional cardio (I’ll admit, unless I’m on a bike I usually hate cardio). The trainers are nice, motivating but not in a ra ra cheering way. I love that you have both a trainer showing you all the exercises first AND screens at the front of the class demonstrating the exercises too (so I’m not wasting any time trying to remember what the 4th exercise they demonstrated was). I recently purchased a Lionheart monitor and that’s been helpful in pushing me in my workouts. Everyone in the gym is friendly and after ten classes, it’s starting to feel like a little family. I’m really glad I found F45, it’s what my workouts have been missing for a while now.

This place is amazing! I tried the 1 week free pass that my friend recommended me and i really enjoyed working out here. Very nice people and judgement free zone. This gym is awesome! The workouts are challenging but really fun. The different days and different classes (cardio vs. resistance) keep the body guessing. My fiance and I signed up for a free week trial and signed up for unlimited classes shortly after as we had so much fun. It's only been a few weeks but I already feel stronger. And major shout out to the coaches I have worked with (Missy, Kristine, Michelle, Bill, and Sib) - they are all fantastic and really attentive. I have an inflamed SI joint so many things are not great for my lower back, but the coaches (Missy in particular) will quickly give me a modification so I can still participate. Love it here and the little F45 community!

I've been going to F45 in South Riding since the end of August and LOVE it! I am motivated by the energy of other members and all the coaches, Missy, Bill, Sib, Kristine, Michelle and Nick. What I enjoy the most besides the actual workout (it's easy to follow & changes so you don't get bored), is the coaching! The coaches do an amazing job giving you encouragement, one-on-one attention with tips on your form and also offer modifications. Coach Missy always seems to know when I can add on more weight haha. Also their Saturday classes are super fun with a live DJ. I would definitely recommend this workout to anyone at any fitness level and this location in particular!
