After doing home workouts for about 2 years on and off! I needed something in person, that would keep me accountable while pushing me to do more!! This is my 4th week here and I couldn’t be happier!! My clothes are already fitting better and I feel great!!! My trainer LJ has pushed me to do things I haven’t done in years!! If you are looking to become a healthier version of yourself, this is the place to be. LJ makes 30 min sessions extremely impactful yet enjoyable!! So glad I made the choice to come!!!

My name is Kelly B. and I came across this group on Facebook about 3 months ago. It's truly been an awesome experience!!! I was looking to incorporate workouts into my lifestyle and force the changes I needed to make. I've worked with trainers in the past who were pricey and didn't yield the results I've seen in such a short time. Classes are flexible. I chose the 6 am classes 3 times a week and once on Saturday at 8 am. Classes can be anywhere from 2 - 10 people at one time.This group is diverse and dedicated. NO BODY SHAMING! This is strength training/calisthenics. We do workout relays. 30 mins sessions are intense and repetitious. I didn't know I had it in me! The trainer LJ is VERY dedicated to making the workout fun yet effective. He shows you how to properly do the exercises and will correct you if you're not doing it right. That makes the environment very welcoming. You can tell he cares about why you show up everyday. He will answer your health questions and chart your progress. This group is a part of my life now. I recently increased my workout days from 4 to 5 because I believe I can finally achieve the results I've imagined all these years. If you are considering FABC, I say DO IT!! You wont be disappointed. Make sure you are committed to changing your life when you join and this group will help make it happen!!

Most effective and challenging 30-minute workout I’ve ever done. Coach is thorough and dedicated to helping you change your body for the better. Facility is very clean which is extremely important to me. If you’re on the fence get off of it! Come and join us! You won’t regret it.

All of the coaches are professional and extremely helpful with your fitness journey. I love the fact that all workout sessions are customized for all fitness skill levels and you will not feel left out. The sessions are 30 minutes but trust me time goes by fast and never a dull moment. I highly recommend!

Coach maintains a clean, neat and sanitized facility reducing germs for our workouts. He prepares the gym for our workouts and demonstrates each movement safely with effective results.
I’ve been impressed with his consistent positive mindset. In 10 weeks, I lost 10 inches of fat from my waistline, I stopped drinking4-Energy Drinks before 12pm, I wake up energized and without an alarm clock, I regained my confidence and I’m much stronger with muscles!

Excellent gym! The coaches really help you through the workouts and are able to provide multiple alternatives of a set if you’re recovering from an injury. The classes are small in numbers (5-10) which is wonderful because you don’t get lost in a crowd and the coach is always paying attention so ensure you’re doing a set correctly to avoid injuries. The gym is very clean and it’s a hard 30 min workout; but you leave feeling great and eager to come back for another one. Highly recommend!!
