Strong community, good facility, nice people, very welcoming and they accommodate all fitness levels. FCA ran a great Memorial Day Murph, open to anyone, the way it should be. The spirit of CF, they get it. Give them a try!

This CrossFit gym is a great place to come for a consistently challenging work out! The trainers are always available and they are always willing to suggest an alternative work out if an individual needs a modification. The gym is super clean and all the equipment is in working condition. It's a positive environment for all ages to come in and get a great workout among friendly people who support each other!

Fantastic gym! Members range from serious crossfit athletes to beginners, so it's easy to feel welcome regardless of your experience. Trainers/coches are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Good spread of class times to make it convenient to go, simple, no-BS membership options, and locally owned/operated.

CFFC has a great environment! I started working out here one year ago and the experience has exceeded all my expectations. I was afraid crossfit would be too strenuous, but the continuous from all coaches has allowed to continuously improve in safe, yet challenging, pace.

This is really encouraging, knowing you can get fit while serving the Lord, I need someone to assist me in setting a gym in my Church. My church is located in Roselle, NJ 07203

My experience at CFFC is not like anyone else I have talked to! The community at CFFC is incredible, the coaches are fabulous and the support you get is tremendous. I went through a major life change earlier this year and if I could write a blog about how not only crossfit but how this particular box became my anchor through my tough patch. Words are not enough to express my gratitude and respect for CrossFit Falls Church. And not to mention we have some of the best bad ass female coaches and athletes in the area.. being a feminist- that just adds to the cool factor of this place!

I've been a member at Crossfit Falls Church (CFFC) for 2 years and have had numerous prior gym memberships. CFFC is the best fitness experience I've ever had, period, and worth every penny. As a forty-something in middling shape I was initially apprehensive about Crossfit, but was pleasantly surprised there were plenty of other "masters" (i.e, older) members like myself at CFFC and you certainly don't need to be young or a super-elite athlete to benefit from the programming. The CFFC community of fellow athletes is perhaps the most unexpected and welcome membership benefit. The shared effort that is one of the hallmarks of Crossfit workouts creates a social bond among members, who motivate one and other to constantly achieve new goals. Happily my fellow CFFC'ers also don't take themselves too seriously which makes for a really fun and supportive environment. Last, but definitely not least, the coaches at CFFC are absolutely first class. They are genuinely concerned with your safety, stressing proper form and movement standards to avoid injury, while also pushing you to challenge yourself and to have a great time in the process.

I started at CFFC approx.18 months ago, after buying a Groupon for the Elements classes (and had no trouble scheduling, unlike an earlier review). From Day 1, it has been nothing but a fantastic journey.

The coaching is top-notch, whether learning movements (lifts, gymnastics elements, body-weight work, etc.) in the Elements classes or refining movements during a class. The coaches are professional, approachable, friendly and willing to spend extra time to help you improve.

The CFFC community is a great, welcoming bunch of people from all walks of life. We vary in shape, size, age and skill but we're all there for the same purpose.

Come try out the free class on Saturday morning and see why we're all hooked!

I could not disagree more with the previous review regarding the CrossFit Falls Church groupon. I too got the groupon and used it for my intro "elements" class / first month at Crossfit Falls Church. Having previous CF experience, I still decided to get the groupon realizing what an INCREDIBLE DEAL it was for a month membership, plus who can't use a little refresher course?

Based on my "groupon first month" I signed up for a CFFC membership and to say I (now 15 months later) never looked back is an understatement. Linsey Wise is one of the many reasons that CFFC stands out from the now growing number of crossfit gyms popping up everywhere.

Not only is Linsey an accomplished (and I'm not talking about simply the L1 many "coaches" put first on their resume) CrossFitter and multifaceted athlete, she runs an A+ operation with outstanding coaching across the board and a remarkable community-focused business model.

CFFC is my 3rd crossfit box membership, each of the previous for more than 2 years each. While I had great experiences in the past, I confidently recommend Falls Church first as a safe, fun, CLEAN, and "as competitive as you want (or not) to be" environment to meet - and/or identify - your fitness goals.

Also worth mentioning are other perks: Great yoga classes, the option to SHOWER, a BABYSITTER available, ample parking, water fountain/cold beverages on site, and again the outstanding coaching staff.

Do NOT get the Groupon for this gym. You have to call the coordinator repeatedly and it took from August to November to finally schedule the Foundations class. I also spoke to the owner and he is extremely defensive. Spend your money someplace else.
