My daughter has been a FASST athlete for over a year and a half now. This is hands down the best environment for a growing athlete that desires to thrive in their sports, or any kid that just needs a little more activity in their lives. The coaches really get to know the athlete and are fantastic at monitoring the individual athlete to ensure their mechanics/form are accurate so that they can improve in their abilities. They evaluate the athlete and set goals to watch their improvement grow throughout their training. My daughter has grown physically (and not complaining about pains anymore), but the biggest take away for her was that we saw her confidence grow exponentially due to the dedication of her coaches, especially Tucker. I do not think my daughter would have tried out nor made a high school team without his dedication or from Matt, Kiara, and Josh.

FASST has been such a great experience for my son. He has gotten stronger and faster every time he has an evaluation. Our volleyball daughter had a great experience working with the FASST team. The facility has a tremendous amount of options for training. The staff are easy going and very knowledgeable. I have been a member of FASST for several years.
I've attended Adult Fitness classes, trained for a bikini contest, as well as private coaching. Today was my first Burn class. I continue to get hooked by these workouts.

From day one when my son went for evaluation he was made to feel like a super star!! Not only does he love the training he receives, he loves those who deliver it. I would have to say Donate and Buzz cut Brian ( as he calls him) along with Trevor are his favorites. I love how they allow him to be that bundle of energy and use that to make him work harder. I think the ultimate perk for him is getting to interact with the high and college boys. He loves to talking trash and give them dap. Hats off to James for providing quality training and a positive place to receive it!!!
