I've been going to Fit20 with my wife for almost a year now. The experience has been both rewarding and beneficial. Our instructor Nicole is awesome and takes the time to explain the exercises and take you through the process. Even though it is only once a week for twenty minutes I feel stronger with more energy. My wife and I will continue recommending Fit20 to both family and friends.

My husband and I always considered ourselves fit active people. We were runners and cyclists until COVID hit. As active as we were we had no strength. I could barely lift a bag of feed or block of salt. The trainers are top notch. Nicole has us lifting way more than we ever thought possible. We look forward to our weekly 20 minute sessions. This fits our lifestyle perfectly. We build strength without spending hours in the gym.

My Fit20 experience has been awesome. You’ll get the best of both worlds for a workout - quick and very challenging. There’s no need to bring a gym bag or change of clothes but you’ll still leave feeling like you just maxed out a bunch of repetitions. The cleanliness, high tech equipment and most importantly, amazing trainers, make this a totally different experience than any workout facility I’ve been to before. After 6 months I’ve noticed how I always sleep like a baby on workout days, and can easily sling heavy objects into the rooftop car carrier or around the garage with ease. I recommend Fit20 to my friends all the time!

Absolutely a great opportunity to get a good workout in with consistent dependable coaching, steady improvement, and the flexibility to fit into weekly personal schedule. Highly recommend for anyone regardless of age, physical ability, or athletic goals.

With bad shoulders, knees, hips, and back running or working out at the gym always seemed to lead to further injury … to the point of it not being worth it to try to work out at all. Fit20 got me back to working out and after more than a year I’ve never had a Fit20 related injury.

I feel faster, stronger. Starting to see abs after 4 babies. It's a good alternative to me recovering from a rotator cuff amd hernia surgery I just had. Staff is always polite, professional and encouraging. They push you to be your best in a positive way.

Fit20 Aquia is wonderful. I had both my hips replaced in 2018. I had some difficulties with the second replacement so it took me a while to recover. Once I recovered and completed my physical therapy, I needed to get back to working out but not like I used to in a regular gym 5-6 days a week for 2 hours. Someone at my church told me about Fit20 Aquia. I was very skeptical at first. For someone that used to go to the gym 5-6 days a week for 2 hours at a time, 20 minutes seemed crazy and made no sense to me. After reading about it and talking to a few others, I decided to try it. It will be 2 years in November since I started at Fit20. It's a great workout and my hips and entire body are so much stronger than when I started. The trainer's are fun and caring. They actually listen to any issues and concerns you have and adjust your workout as needed. If anyone is skeptical, I say just try it and give it a chance. You'll love it and see amazing results.

I wanted to improve my strength and fill some gaps in my primary sport, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As a soon to be 50 year old, I have been a member of a chain gym and I have participated in cross fit. I knew I didn't want to pay the expensive cost of a personal trainer. I knew my body could not survive cross fit anymore and still participate in BJJ. I knew I would not hold myself accountable in a home gym. I found Fit20 by chance. I was hooked after my trial visit. I love that it's only once a week so it doesn't interfere in my other training. Within weeks I felt so much stronger on the mat. Fit20 Aquia Park staff always accommodates any schedule changes I may have and they genuinely want to see you succeed. Having a trainer during every session, spending only 20 minutes once a week, being able to stand taller, and feeling stronger is life changing.

fit20 at Aquia Park is Amazing. My wife and I started back in November and the improvements in our strength and balance is tremendous. Angela did our intake and was very thorough in her explanation. She was also our original trainer. Nicole is professional, courteous and pushes us with the right amount of encouragement each week. I am about to turn 60 and have had several surgeries, and because of my improvements through fit20, I have my life back. I am actually able to enjoy life. I highly recommend fit20 Aquia Park.

I truly love coming here. It is so quick, only 20 minutes, once a week. I love that I don't have to spend countless hours at the gym. I love having the place to myself. Just me and the trainer. I love that there are no mirrors, no people around, no more questioning whether I am using the machine correctly (am I doing it right? am I doing enough? do I have enough weight on the machine?). I have been doing it for 6 weeks now and I'm already able to do more around the house than I did before I started. The strength exercises are intense! Every week, Tony, my personal trainer, is pushing me to work harder, to push myself, and motivates me to improve from the last. I definitely feel stronger and am able to do more stuff that I was not able to do before. I've gained stamina and endurance. I'm really glad I've joined and highly recommend this place! It has truly changed my fitness routine and has made a difference.

I am so glad I found Fit20 Gym. Been a member since summer of last year. Having a Personal Trainer to coach me is the best one can wished for. Tony was my Trainer when I first started. He’s an awesome Trainer, knowledgeable and professional. Now I’ve Vicky as my new Trainer. Another awesome coach. I never felt so energized after a 20 minutes workout. Trust me that 20 minutes is all you need for resistance training and I’m in my mid 60’s. I feel I’ve a clearer mind, breathe better after each workout. I enjoyed using each equipment knowing it’s doing something incredible for my body. I hope I can inspired those who are thinking of joining in the near future.

I am really excited about this program. In the last year and a 1/2 I noticed a definite lack of strength particularly in my arms. I have done approximately 8 sessions with fit 20 and I can already see and have experienced the difference. I have also lost 8 pounds. I love that for me, travel included, this is no more than a 35 minute process once a week. Try it out you'll fall in love with the program and you'll be surprised with the results for a mere 20 minute investment per week.
