The movements are slow, and the resistance is optimized for each person. Together with a personal trainer, our members work towards maximum effort on six pieces of specialized equipment. Also, training at fit20 is by appointment only. This has made the transition into a socially-distant environment seamless and allows us to maintain the highest levels of safety and service possible. Started fit20 with Robert Van Gee as my trainer over a year ago and I can honestly say I feel great. Prior to joining fit20 I played a lot of golf and started having trouble with my lower back after each round of golf. Working with Robert and going through all the different workout sessions I have no back issues. As a golfer and runner, each workout machine caters to my needs. No lower back pains, I am hitting the golf ball further and my running is so much easier. Also, I work in an office environment and setting all day is not good so fit20 improved my posture and awareness. Overall, highly recommend fit20. Check it out for a better and heathy lifestyle.

We signed up at the Cosner's Corner location and got Robert Van Gee as our trainer and we have had excellent work-outs every time we have had a session. Robert coaches us as we work out on all 6 machines, and encourages us to push to reach that point of our excellence on each exercise. We have been going to Fit20 for 15 months now and can visibly see the difference in the way we look and carry ourselves. We also feel stronger, are toned, and have lost weight. I’ve recently joined this fit20 location based on things I’ve heard. I can’t comment on anything long term yet regarding results but so far I like what I see. I share my time a lot but still is pretty much 1 on 1 with the trainer. He is very professional and encouraging. Although a Short time for working out, I feel as though it was an hours worth once in done. With 16 hour work days and now virtual schooling for kids, this totally works me and feel it’s worth the cost. I look forward to continuing going here ( & new downtown location when they open )
