Fit4Life Health & Wellness is a premier personal training studio helping people gain or regain strength and overall health. Along with strength training we focus on functional movement, mobility, and healthy eating habits and improving one's energy and vitality.
We understand the importance of flexibility and healing and provide assisted stretching at the end of each training session. In addition, we have a state-of-the-art Recovery Room equipped with an infrared sauna and zero gravity massage chair ensuring our clients feel rejuvenated and Fit4Life!

Sherry is helping me get ready to run to Boston marathon. She’s been amazing!!! Lots of strength, balance and core!! I feel pumped. She’s also delightful! Workout is a pleasure.
