I've been a member of our local gym for a while now, and it’s been a 🌟 fantastic experience! 🌟 The atmosphere is incredibly laid back, making working out a pleasure rather than a chore. One of the highlights of this gym is the Fitness Fuel addition. 🥤 The smoothies they offer are perfect for building mass, with a variety of delicious flavors to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for chocolate 🍫, a mix of vegetables and fruits 🍓🥦, or something with an extra protein boost, there’s something for everyone.

The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. The sauna is a nice bonus, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a workout. Blue eyed blonde lied when i signed up told me to do the more expensive option because its short term but fail to mention you still have to pay for an extra month when you cancel. That would not be short term. Place is always dirty, the AC never works, & cleaning supplies to wipe down equipments always out. Manager is unreachable by phone they refuse to get you in contact with him. Find a better gym i promise.

Fitness Evolution is a good value, if you're looking for a gym, but don't need the 24-hour accessibility for twice the monthly cost of Anytime Fitness, or want longer operation hours than Dominion Fitness.

If you join, the application fee option pays for itself in seven months, whereas the no application fee option is $10 more per month.

The amenities are decent for the price, but they only provide paper towels for wiping down the equipment, so if you want a towel, bring your own. I got a cheap multipack of handtowels at Target, which works well for me.

They also have a smoothie bar that sells prepacked snacks, if you need something, as you head out the door.

The clientele is diverse and there is a women's-only area, the two machines that were out of order in the women-only area have been fixed.

There are two tanning booths and each locker has an infrared sauna.

So beware, my wife and came in and got the couples package deal, $69 to join and $29.95 a month each. GREAT DEAL!! We were in front royal for 6 to 7 months while I am working. We signed up, no problems. My third payment (2 months after sign up) i was charged $69 each for an annual fee I was never told about. Went into the gym and well long story short I am out $140.00. I will be cancelling my memberships as soon as i talk to my wife. Bad business practice, if you dont tell me about the fee, I shouldnt be charged it.

This place is nice. Really good value for the price. It can sometimes be a little crowded though. There are usually plenty of cardio machines and dumbbells, but they don't have that many barbell stations. There seem to be a decent selection of group classes too. Worth a try, they offer a free day trial!

This is a great gym for the membership cost. I was a member for 8 years before I moved out of the area and it met all of my needs. I recently visited and the updated are awesome. Management is great and will frequently spend money to improve the gym, which isn't always the case with other gyms.

Great fitness center with personal staff and well maintained equipment. The separate women's workout room is an excellent little refuge away from the bustle where you can collect your thoughts, plan your workout and focus your intentions before venturing into the main areas. This gym has a dark atmosphere with old equipment but it has pretty much everything you would expect a gym to have for a good workout. It's never crowded during the day which is great. Membership is low enough but should be lower in my opinion (like planet fitness pricing) since there's not a whole lot to brag about here. Staff is friendly enough and everyone keeps the place clean after machine/equipment use. Lay down or stand up tanning is included with membership. There is a dry sauna as well, although not at the moment during covid. All gym classs are included with membership as well (yoga, body combat, etc)

Fitness Evolution is a decent and well maintained facility . I've been members of many gyms over the years and this particular gyms has lots of cardio equip, lots of free weights, saunas , a variety of exercise classes and more .
Not bad considering this is Front Royal . And as with most towns in rural Virginia, the attendance is approx 80 % male ??? Not sure why rural women avoid exercise and working out . Overall it's a great place to stay in shape .

Unfortunately this is the best gym in Front Royal, no question.

They have the basics and nice shower/bathroom and ladies areas. The management seems to be the issue. Staff don't clean machines and I have never seen them enforce any of the standard gym rules - which must apply here because they are posted.

I am pretty sure they do not introduce new members to the equipment. I am fine with that, I have gone to gyms for many years. They have a lot of senior citizens that have been referred by their MD and never used a piece of gym equipment. I end up feeling sorry for their struggles and spend time showing them how to use the equipment.

Worse are mouthy dude that screams into his cell phone the entire time he is lifting. (Phones are not allowed when using equipment haha). Rude dude with the black glasses and white crew cut around the edges that holds a single machine up to 40 minutes playing with his cell phone, even when multiple people are milling around waiting and has never once wiped down a piece of equipment - disgusting. Be sure you will miss his machine of choice for that day if it is part of your workout. I have tried an hour earlier and later trying to miss him to no avail.

This facility is enough to get the job done and usually doesn't smell too bad although they recently upped the temperate 3 degrees. I assume to save money during the summer. Everyone was complaining initially but I guess we have all just went with it and pushed through the added heat now.

Cancelation here is awful. After I had come into cancel and paid my 30$ they continued to attempt to charge my credit card after blocking them and not using there services for months they are now reported a 191$ charge to the credit bureau. I’m sorry if this is a misunderstanding but talking to some of the other members it seems like it’s a constant problem. I repeat BEWARE!

I absolutely love this gym.... the eomans area is perfect for me... being over weight i just didnt want my fat bouncing all around for everyone to see with the womans area i get to be alone because i normally come around 5- 5:30 am.. the work staff is amazing..

Use to be golds gym, closed my account. 2 years later i get a call from texas i owe 500 dollars. Im like what? I have called this gym so many times and they tell me all is good or call back. Great gym if all you need to do is come and work out. I don't socialize much but have talked to the staff on occasion. Once or twice when there is only 1 to 2 staff members there have I had to wait a couple minutes to order a shake. All the staff keep the place clean and I've seen them mopping floors and wiping down equipment.
