FLEXX has been my gym for 6+ years. I love the group fitness classes they offer. Each trainer excels in the 45 minute workout. Never the same intervals, never boring! I always leave feeling I've been given the best workout for my ability.

I’ve been a member of Flexx Fitness for 10 years. I’ve been very happy with the classes which are taught by personal trainers. If you haven’t worked out in a while you might want to start with a personal trainer. All the personal trainers are all great. Call or come in!

Highly recommend FLEXX fitness. You get expert level training with thoughtful and straightforward exercise plans.

I was recommended to FLEXX fitness after a relatively extended period of inactivity. After working with Alex Puryear for only 2 months, my strength, range of motion and overall flexibility were better than it had been in years. She was very detail oriented based on my specific needs, yet very patient in allowing my body to have the necessary recovery. We had realistic goals and a great plan that was created by Alex. I will continue to visit FLEXX and could not recommend more.

Working out at Cypress Fitness addresses not only strengthening muscles, creating a routine for fitness or building a fitness community but literally has helped me build stronger bones. The most important thing any woman or man can do from a young age is to exercise, eat right and have a positive attitude for better overall health. Daily exercise of biking, swimming, riding a horse and walking has been a part of my life since my 20's. Two years ago my bone scan came back with frightening news. Bone loss had naturally occurred due to aging and I was heading in the direction of "if you fall off, you could break your hip." Osteopenia is one thing, osteoporosis is more severe and one word I do not want in my health records. The rheumatologist and I discussed my numbers and I opted out of taking the prescribe medication for bone replacement. Instead for now in my early 60's I decided to go the strength training route with the trainers at Cypress Fitness. One year ago this month I started first with Alfred focusing on strengthening properly with weights and working on flexibility. Once I felt strong enough I started attended two to three times a week the classes offered at Cypress. These classes focus on strength training using free weights, body weight, ropes and pushing a weighted sled. Proudly with this focus my recent bone scan came back with an improvement of one whole point. While that may not sound like much that one point shifts me back into the level of not losing bone but actually improving. In addition, this month I finished a 47 mile bike ride in the hills of West Virginia. Pushing that sled and working on my hamstrings made the bike ride with Back Roads Century not a chore but enjoyable. Exercising daily makes living more enjoyable and is the greatest protection of my health. Thank you Cypress Fitness. The staff knows what they are doing.

Pasquale rocks. My son enjoys working out with her and looks forward to his training session each week. We can already see a difference in his strength and performance after only 5 sessions to date.
