I use the the BV gym. It has everything you need and then some. Room is spacious and clean. $5 is ridiculously inexpensive. Quit coming up with excuses, jump on in.

After being let down by a disappointing "fitness center" in my hotel while in Lexington for work, I turned to Google to find a local gym. That's where I found Focus Fitness and I couldn't be happier. Booking a time slot was super simple and the convenient electronic access via the webpage was a breeze. Once inside, I found everything I needed: a Peloton, Concept2 Erg, treadmill, cable machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars/plates, and much more. I'm so happy to have found Focus and recommended them to anyone in need of a gym, especially if you're looking for a private/quiet experience. Bonus points for 24 hours access!

I love Focus Fitness because I get to experience going to the gym to workout, but without the stress of people watching me. Whenever I go to Focus Fitness, the atmosphere is welcoming and always clean. I recommend Focus Fitness if you want to workout by yourself or even with a friend! It’s a great way to take time for yourself and enjoy your workout instead of worrying what others might think. I love both locations!

Awesome place to work out while I was visiting family for the holidays. The space is small but if you’re training alone or with a partner it’s fine. The air stays cool and humidity is low. You cannot argue with the price, it’s a great value. Plan to shower elsewhere, there is no shower. The space had everything I needed for bodybuilding-style training but there’s a Peloton bike and treadmill too. Very nice to have the one squat rack in there. Probably not enough space for CrossFit or Olympic lifting.

First time I've used a gym like this. Reserving the time and locating the place was very easy. It's a small gym but has a squat rack, free weights, nice cable machine, treadmill, rowing machine, and (i think) an elliptical. I recommend it!

This is a good place to workout. You go in, do what you need to do and get out. Without the feeling of people watching you or being judged. The Peloton bike is fantastic, there are lots of weight choices and pretty much anything you could need. Lab 1 has a rowing machine and Lab 2 does not. Also, the bike in Lab 2 has shoe clips so Lab 1 is best if you don't have these. There is no water so byow. And it's very hot, which I personally like, but it's not for some; so dress appropriately for you. Overall it's fun, easy and available 24/7, which suits me, as I workout very early. I recommend checking it out. And at $5 a pop, it's not bad. Plus a one time $15 maintenance fee.
