I have been working with Angelo and Foundation Fitness for almost ten years. I was never an athletic kid. I didn’t play sports and had never been to a gym or even worked out. I was terrified to start but I knew I needed a change. I have health issues and when I reached out asking if they would still be willing to train me, they said yes. I felt so lucky to find a warm and inviting community of people each on their own health journey. FF staff (mostly Angelo) have always had my back and helped me overcome my fears. They have given me physical and mental strength I didn’t know I could have. They are true experts and after all these years I’m still growing, gaining strength, and learning what my body can do.

My years long trainer, Angelo, has helped me build the muscles and confidence I’ve always yearned for but was never able to attain elsewhere. He is an expert in not only the workouts/lifting, but in nutrition as well. He’s taken an in-depth look at my form in regards to squats and deadlifts which has completely taken away previous pains I’ve had with my back and knees. This led to incredible progress on my strength which has continued as we worked together for about three years.

I love my group training sessions with trainer Luke! He really takes the time to take my fitness goals into account. I have an orthopedic issue and Luke is mindful of my limitations and is willing to develop ways I can train safely without injuring myself. Luke pushes me and the rest of the group and we have seen so much improvement in our health. The best part is i feel stronger and in better shape without a lot of soreness in the days after my workouts. When the other trainer, Angelo, fills in, he is great, too. Both of them are knowledgeable, motivating and fun. The gym is well equipped and clean. You should check it out!

A massive shoutout to my trainer, Luke, who has transformed the way I approach fitness. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but also super encouraging, approachable, and fun to work with. He tailors each session to my specific goals, constantly challenges me to level up, and somehow manages to make even the hardest workouts enjoyable (I originally hated weighted step ups). My strength and overall energy have all noticeably improved since joining.
Whether you’re brand new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Luke meets you where you are and helps you grow from there. He’s truly one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with — and I’ve worked with a few!

I am so glad did my research before joining FF. I was VERY PLEASED with the reviews and as I kept searching I knew this had to be the place for me.
My experience with FF has over exceeded my expectations!! I have never had a personal trainer before and I am so glad I chose FF!! Angelo is my trainer and I am more than grateful 🙏 for him. I only signed up for 6 months but after 2 months I was starting to see my confidence was being restored. Along with many other things shaping up on me. 🤗 Now I have added 6 more months of sessions all thanks to Angelo for seeing my needs and working in the workouts I have specifically ask to work on more. I am very happy to be apart of the FF family and will spread the word to everyone I meet.
