I have quit on myself more times than I have started. My sister in law recommended Fully Alive to me a month ago. I haven’t quit on myself yet..I’m hopeful that viscous cycle is one of the past. I love the one on one training. I have been with Fully Alive for a year and have had the best experience! Since I was completely new to strength training, I was looking for a gym where I could learn proper form, gain confidence, and get stronger! I found all of this and so much more at Fully Alive. Fully Alive Personal Training & Health is such an amazing gym! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy. They take the time to understand your goals, your challenges, and who you are as a person — and they make every workout count (with plenty of laughs along the way!).
Chris, the owner and trainer, sets the tone with his kindness, humility, and passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. He’s not just a great trainer — he’s a great human!
This summer, I joined their Summer Surge program and trained with Elizabeth three times a week for six weeks. It was exactly what I needed to get back on track with my fitness goals. Elizabeth is incredible — tough, encouraging, fun, and deeply knowledgeable. She pushed me past what I thought I was capable of, and I’ve come out of it stronger and feeling better than I have in years!
The best part? I loved it so much I decided to continue training with her even after the program ended! I genuinely look forward to my workouts each week (even though they are the toughest part of me week lol)

I did two of the 8-class sessions with Martha. I was brand new to strength training and being in my 40’s, this was a goal for me but also something I had been putting off. The studio is very comfortable, and Martha was so great and so encouraging. I never felt like I wasn’t doing enough or trying enough. When I first walked into Fully Alive, I was in the worst shape of my life. Lauren has been an amazing trainer, and over the course of a year, I ran my first 5K since high school, took part in the Million Pound Challenge, increased my strength, and lost 40 pounds. Chris and his team of trainers are extremely professional and exceptionally competent. My husband and I never considered going to a trainer until we walked past Fully Alive and saw the dedication that the trainers put into their work. We work with Jenna twice a week and Chris once a week. Both are worth the fee they charge and then some. They have been flexible about adapting our schedule so that we could meet with them 3 times a week and even did FaceTime appointments when we were unable to go into the space in person. We are so happy that we started this journey with them and have already seen results in just a matter of months! 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to start living a healthier life.
Update:
Even though I've moved away and no longer fit into Chris's timezone, these words still ring true. I can honestly say that Chris and his team provided me with the foundations to get out there and be a more fit, confident, and stronger individual. Would love to be able to utilize Fully Alive's services again to help me with that extra 10-20% increase in performance. If you're thinking about Fully Alive, you should go for it. You'll thank yourself later!!

My wife and I signed up for Fully Alive back around Christmas 2023 and kept going until recently due to scheduling difficulties. Overall, we had an amazing experience with them. The environment was clean, the background music is always upbeat to keep you going, and most importantly, you feel welcomed and part of the family when you arrive. Lauren and Josiah were our trainers and we have nothing but praise for them. They are friendly, motivating, and really care about our fitness journey. They educated us on the correct form as well, which was really important for my wife since we was new to resistance type training. They also pay attention to specific injuries you have prior to signing up. For instance, I have a bad shoulder and bad lower back. Lauren and Josiah always paid attention to those and made me modify some exercises so I won't aggravate anything. Lastly, Lauren also provided personal training session with their app which kept us active at home. There is so much more I can say but to sum everything up, the Fully Alive team is amazing and really cares for their clients. I highly recommend their services if you want to amplify your fitness journey. When the right time comes we will be coming back!

This place is great, Chris, Lauren, Elizabeth, Erica, Lauren (Lo), are the trainers and people that I have worked with and met. They do a really good job, setting up your profile, asking what your goals are, and establishing fun and most of all WORK. Personally as a leader of teams, I can see that they are invested and care about your training, sleep, diet, and habits. It really is a holistic effort with this training team for all the staff. They are great at making you feel like a part of a team with camaraderie, approachability, and attention to details. I was new to lifting weights and about a year prior had hurt my knee trying to work out independently because of poor form. The fully alive team is excellent!! They were very compassionate about my limitations and well informed on body mechanics to help me get the best workout in 30 minutes! I specifically trained with Lauren the majority of my time at Fully Alive - she is AMAZING!! She keeps workouts fun, varied, on task, challenging and provides encouraging conversation throughout. She even provided healthy habit coaching when requested which was very helpful for mindset around diet goals! The BEST! Highly recommend for all ages and all levels. As a mom, full time teacher, and military spouse- my trainer created meal plan ideas and workouts that met my lifestyle and goals! The entire team at Fully Alive is a joy to be around. Chris has put together an awesome gym and terrific staff. You really do feel like family every time you come in to train.
I've been working with Mitch for a little over a year now and I can't say enough nice things about the experience I've had with him. Mitch has continually provided me with challenges to further my fitness journey, all while giving me the much-needed motivation I had been lacking when I trained on my own. Chris and his team of trainers are wonderful and welcoming. They really make you feel as if you are part of their family. I trained with Lauren and had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and I looked forward to seeing her a few times a week. She was able to unlock my frozen shoulder even more with the exercises and stretches she had me do. Chris B and his team are 100% the reason that I am not in chronic pain anymore. When I first met Chris approximately 13 years ago I was 20 lbs heavier, had back pain, knee pain and couldn’t bend over far enough to even touch my knees. I have been to so many doctors, physical therapists, pain specialists, etc. and not one of them is as tuned in to the human body as Chris is. I was afraid to work out with a trainer because I pictured somebody yelling at me to flip over tractor tires and do burpees. I was afraid I would get hurt. It isn’t like that at all. Chris B. and Jenna E. work with me through thick and thin to make sure that I am fit and strong and healthy. As a result I can do things in my late 40’s (like snow ski and wakeboard) that I could never do at 35. I owe it all to Fully Alive!

Chris and his team have been wonderful for me and my wife. What started as what I viewed as a covid "expensive gym membership" (since the gyms were closed) has become something I look forward to weekly. This is a testament to Chris' ability as a trainer. He knows his stuff, what you need and how to get there.
We've both seen great results from our sessions (been going over 3 months now I believe) and I have no intention of stopping my sessions anytime soon.
