About the Club

Fusion Fitness Training is a personal training gym that offers gym memberships to clients and class participants. We offer fitness classes such as HIIT and Stretching weekly. We are also equipped with an infrared sauna and an Inbody Analyzer. We provide the total package for every need rather it's improving functional movements, for any of your special occasions, or preparing an athlete for a specific sport or upcoming athletic event like a marathon. We are here to assist anyone with the need or desire to improve their health and quality of life.

UPDATE: May 2025. I’ve been training with Brian Logan for 3 months, 3 days a week, not much training at home do to my schedule. My goal was to complete a 4-day trek on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu early May. Brian knew my goals, physical and mental. All I can say is TRUST! He knows what he’s doing. I was masked in the gym during my workouts, with a weighted pack on my back, on a treadmill. I had no issues with altitude and thin air, and my strength and endurance was noticeable to my friends. I kept hearing comments on the trail about my training and preparedness. I recommend Brian for training; be honest, work hard, and trust the processes.

February 2025: In my mid 50s and gotten out of shape in the last several years. My last workouts were at a CrossFit gym which I loved, but I started getting in my head in my late 40s/early 50s, and that’s when I started getting injuries. I started dreading, sometimes fearing workouts. Brian makes working out fun again. He’s always switching things up so it’s never the same workout, and he’s always watching and correcting form. He strategically puts movements together so I don’t realize the work I’m doing until I’m done. I am less in my head and I feel safe here. I’m seeing and feeling results after just 2 weeks.

After trying to get healthy "on my own", I started going to Brian on an experimental basis. I figured I'd see what he had to say and then I'd take it home and continue my original journey. That was about four years ago, and I've only missed a few weeks when I had my third baby. Brian is more than a trainer (I'm in some of the best shape of my life thanks to him); he also acknowledges the whole person. He understands the mind can be both your strongest asset but also an obstacle. Bottom line: while Brian is the best trainer out there, he understands the mind/body connection plays a huge role in accomplishing goals. Whether this is the first time with a trainer or you're a seasoned athlete, you can't go wrong with Brian and Fusion Fitness.

I have never been one to go to the gym. I always feared getting hurt or feeling self-conscious. This year I turned 50 and finally decided it was time to try exercise. Brian is an excellent trainer. He is very knowledgeable about how the body works and how to help support the body when injured. He is very kind and knows exactly when to cheer me on or give me encouragement. In the 2 months I’ve been working out at Fusion I have seen real changes in my strength and in my confidence . Training at Fusion is a bright spot in my week! 10/10 recommend!!!!

When I first met Brian 2 1/2 years ago, I planned to train with him for a few months just to reestablish a fitness routine. But, working out with Brian is anything but routine! He uses different types of equipment in unique ways so that every workout is a fun challenge. Brian combines cardio fitness and strength training in one exercise. He ensures proper form and makes adjustments to any exercises that activate pain from old injuries or arthritis. I took his advice on healthier eating habits as well, and I noticed positive changes in my body within the first 6 weeks.

Brian tracks my progress regularly using the InBody machine, which analyzes my body composition. This enables him to set realistic, measurable goals with respect to decreasing my body fat percentage and increasing my skeletal muscle mass. It helps me to ensure that my visceral fat is in the healthy range, and it calculates my basic metabolic rate as well. The result is that I have more strength, increased energy, better balance, and greater flexibility.

Brian recently opened his own gym and is much further from my home. What makes my 30 minute drive worth it, and what sets Fusion Fitness Training apart is not just Brian’s vast knowledge and abilities as a trainer. Nor is it the quality equipment in a fresh, clean space. What sets Fusion Fitness Training apart is Brian Logan himself. He truly cares about each of his clients and gets to know them personally. Brian figures out ways to support and motivate individual clients. He encourages a positive mindset and doesn’t allow negative self talk. Walking into Fusion Fitness Training, I know that I will get a challenging workout specifically tailored to meet my individual goals in a place of acceptance, encouragement and accountability. Brian Logan is worth the drive!!

Brian is amazing! I started with him 3 1/2 years ago to get ready for a trip. I am in my 60's and wanted to make sure that I could do a trip to europe (knees and lower back). It was so wonderful working with him as Brian is all about the whole person.Whether it's the exercise, eating habits,mind and spirit.
He is also one of the few trainers I've ever worked with that actually pays attention to everything that you're doing.You may be working out with one other person. But if he sees that you're not doing something properly he still catches it. Unfortunately also when you're cheating....:)
I can't recommend Brian enough for all ages from teens to 80's and up

I ADORE working with Brian at Fusion Fitness Training. He's a former marine who knows his stuff but isn't intimidating or mean. He's so personable and friendly and really wants to help you get in shape and stay the course. I've been working with Brian for over a year and have no plans on quitting anytime soon.
