Garrett is an excellent personal trainer. He helped me reach my workout goals through the combination of his deep expertise and thoughtful workout plans. He provided helpful coaching tips throughout our personal training sessions to make sure I was making the most of each exercise and doing so safely. He also frequently checked in throughout our program to make sure I was feeling the progress and to make adjustments when necessary. He helps give his clients confidence and motivation. His workout space has everything you need to take your fitness goals seriously.

Garrett is my personal trainer. He knows I struggle with balance due to epilepsy. He helps me lean on him, or hold on, to certain exercises I can’t balance well to do.
The stretching class was calming and relaxing.
Any exercise I needed help with Garrett knew before me. I was able to do all the exercises that everyone else did. I’m 70 and the group was mixed ages. The lady next to me helped me when I was backwards. I would go again.

Went to an outdoor stretch class with a friend and felt so loose and relaxed after an hour with Garrett! His instruction was very clear and his stretch routine flowed very naturally. All around great instructor 💪🏽

I signed up for the May You Challenge and it was a life changer! I lost 14 pounds and learned so much about carbs and healthy eating. Garrett hosted weekly work outs which were strenuous at first (I had not worked out in years) but became easier over the weeks. Garrett was always professional, informational and motivational! Garrett is the best personal trainer out there! He asks what your goals are and sets up the training in a way that is challenging and not too overwhelming. I also liked how he set up a profile for you to track your changes throughout the course of the training.
He pushes you to present what you are capable of. Training with Garrett was a pleasure. He was motivational, friendly, supportive, and genially does his best to transform you for the better. I had my morning workouts with Garrett and each morning it energized me for the rest of the day. Those morning trainings easily replaced my coffee, its much better than coffee!

I’ve been training/working out with Coach Garrett for about a year and a half. He personalizes his sessions to meet the needs of his clients based on what your goals are. Not only did he hold me accountable, he gave me encouragement along the way to keep me focused and I felt supported. He doesn’t push too hard but acknowledges when it’s time to level up. I have lower back issues so he trained me to help strengthen my core, improve my mobility, and get me back to the healthiest I’ve ever been. I’m over 50 so keeping it “right” is important to me! He takes feedback well when I’ve pushed back on certain exercises or or his coaching style.
I’ve observed how he treats clients regardless of age, gender, or how they identify. Garrett is professional and treats me with kindness and respect.
I HIGHLY recommend him for training. You won’t be disappointed! You’re guaranteed to get the results so long as you trust him, take his coaching seriously, and be an active partner in meeting your goals.

Garrett provides his clients with solid and structured personal training programs. It is not just the training session that is great, but his psychological support is also superb. I noticed my conversations with Garrett have been as valuable as the physical workout.
He really wants to help his clients achieve their personal goals. Garrett does very detailed record-keeping and keeps close contact with his clients to keep them motivated.
To date, I have taken 16 sessions and I have learned so much from him. i would give him 6 stars if only i could. Thank you, coach Garrett! Way to go!! 😊😊😊

I’m a solo widow mom, had a rough two years and had 0 motivation to workout, until saw my neighbor workout in the backyard and got Garrette’s info, I was hesitant but he pushed for me to schedule and start, been 3 months and I have been working out 3 times a week with him virtually and loving it, helped me in every way possible to get over my stress especially having a two years old child and a pandemic. He removed every obstacle I can face and even made it so simple and easy to meet him in person that now I will be doing in person sessions, Garrette is a positive, motivated coach, he is always encouraging and add a great vibe to the workout and great communication that you become part of the workout group family. My friends and family saw the difference not only physically but also mentally in me, almost stress free. And on the top of it I’m almost non smoker after being a hard core smoker for awhile. All in 3 months and more to go still to get to my goal. Thank you Garrette and also my neighbor TL for referring him.
