Love Glatterfitness. Very personalized program. It is not monotonous. This high intensity program should be done all women ( but above 50 will benefit more). Strength training, endurance, gait and weight loss will be seen. Invest now for better health so that you spend less when you are in your 60s and 70s and more

I absolutely love Glatter Fitness. It was the community I was looking for. Working out in a group and everyone working on being a better version of themselves. I love the support. I had gym memberships for years and worked out for a very long time but I did fall off for a while and I needed something that would jump start my routine again of taking care of myself. I knew the gym wasn’t going to give me that fire again but Glatter definitely did that!!! Love it and I look forward to each class

The team at Glatter is awesome. I felt very support by the staff and encouraged. I loved how the workouts flowed. I went for about 5 months and then took a trip and then got sick so I took about a month off. During that month or so off I came to some realizations. At 60 with 2 torn rotator cuffs (right and left), arthritis in my right knee, and a sciatic nerve that gets angry at me .... i figured out the workouts were too hard on my body. While working out in the bootcamp, at night I had leg cramps, sciatic nerve pronouncing in my right knee with the arthritis, I had trouble sleeping on my side because of the pain in my shoulders from the iterated rotator cuffs. After consulting my massage therapist, my primary dr and my ortho they concluded the same ... too much on my body. This realization came during my time off --- because at night I no longer had any issues stated above and the only thing I had changed was going to bootcamp. I still 5 months later I don't have those issues.

Unfortunately I had signed a year contact of $196 a month. When asked to be let out of the contract for the reasons stated above I was told "your contract will end in May" ... so basically no not letting you out of your contract. So at the end of my contract I will have spent $1372 for services I can't use. So fair warning .. don't sign a year contract.

I have 6 months and year long contracts at the company I own, Crossroads Art Center. If an artist come to me and asks to be let out of their contract for any reason, I let them out. If it is not working for them because they are not selling, then it is also not working for me. If they have come on hard times for whatever reason, I let them out. My philosophy is that is it the right thing to do and if I was in need of a break I hope someone would give me that break as well.

But everyone runs their business differently. So I will keep paying until the year is up and I will not make that mistake again and if anyone asks I will share my story with them as a warning ...... Don't do the year!

They reached out personally after workouts with tips and support. 5 options daily has made it convenient and easy to schedule and if you miss your time you aren’t penalized for it and can come to the next one. I must say this has been one of the best experiences in my life! That may sound like an over reach but I promise you it is not! I have struggled with my weight and health for a while because I was diagnosed with PCOS! I’m self conscious about going to the gym most of the time because of my weight and how I feel my body looks! I saw an ad for Glatter fitness and it was talking about a boot camp and I was going to scroll right past it because I see that all the time but instead I went to the website and saw the reviews and the results! I was nothing short of amazed at the amount of support and encouragement I have received! I had a consultation with Michael the owner this past Friday! He was very welcoming and actually listened to me! I signed up on the spot and had my first class the following Monday with Ellie! I was very nervous but from the time I walked in I was greeted by name with a smile! I did not know how out of shape I was until I began to workout! Ellie was very supportive and encouraging! She pushes you to be better but she lets you go at your pace! Throughout the entire words you hear her say “ good job” “ you got this” ! I have never felt so good about going to the gym! Although I have a long ways to go, I can truly say I am on the right path and chose the right place for my journey to health and wellness! To add to this the other people who work out with you are awesome as well! My first, second and third night there was a member saying “ you got this” and “ we got this” !! I encourage anyone who wants to get fit and be a healthier version of themselves to try Glatter fitness! I live in Prince George VA and Glatter is 40 minutes from me but it is worth every mile and minute! They have multiple classes with multiple trainers! Ellie is my favorite and I attend her sessions only at the moment until I’m more comfortable but the other trainers are just as awesome I am sure!

Michael and his team take the time to build lifestyle changes with their clients and I believe that is the key to lasting success. I started the six-week challenge three weeks ago. The Bootcamp has helped me lose weight and become stronger! They have modified moves to help you get stronger and before you know it, you can do the move without modifications! The members are very welcoming and include you in their "challenges" right away. That gave me the motivation I needed to succeed. The simple meal plan really works, and I'm not left hungry or craving sweets anymore. I can choose a Bootcamp in the early morning before work, during lunch, or after work, which makes fitting it into my schedule easy! If you want results go here! I did their 6 week boot camp and followed their nutrition guide and lost 2 sizes in 6 weeks at the age of 44! It can be done! Classes are 45mins each and a full body workout each time. The nutrition is also very easy to follow and include in food prep.

The support that you receive is outstanding. The Instructors cater to your needs although I'm in a group setting. I have to have a knee replacement and they have modified exercises that still keep you engaged while being safe. The fact that I select my times, based off my work schedule. Glatter Fitness Bootcamp is wonderful. I am very impressed with the attention Michael and his trainers give to us clients. There is an extremely personal touch when they welcome you to the bootcamp. The workouts are short but extremely effective. I haven't felt this motivated to work out in about five years and I've gone through different personal trainers and multiple gym memberships. Even when I was sick for a month and couldn't make it, I was desperate to come back. I also like that it's inside too, as outdoor bootcamps tend to get annoying really fast.

I have been attending Glatter Fitness Bootcamp for at least 8 years. I attend the 5:30 am classes.
The sessions are 45 minutes including warmup and stretches. Michael Glatter and his trainers are excellent. The sessions can be tough but they will help with encouragement and will suggest alternative exercises if necessary.
I only go to the 5:30 sessions. The other clients are encouraging and non judgemental. Over the years I consider many of them friends. I am over 60 but I would encourage anyone of any age or physical shape to give Glatter Fitness a try.

Best gym in Richmond. Indoor boot camp class. Full body intense workout that really burns the calories. Done in 35 minutes which I like. It would take me 2 hours in the gym to get the same workout. Great trainers and camaraderie with fellow gym members. Highly recommend Glatter. Give it a try.

This place is great.

After years of being a couch potato, and after living through a pandemic, I clicked a link that appeared on my FB timeline for Glatter Fitness. After doing some research, I set up a meeting and signed up at the meeting.

Glatter Fitness bootcamp concept is the best around! It’s a full body HIIT workout that anyone at any level can do. I love all the trainers! They make sure to push you when needed, to add heavier weights if something looks too easy and they make sure your form is always correct. I love this place mainly bc it’s not intimidating. Thanks to the trainers and clients it’s a very welcoming encouraging environment. If you get past the first day by just showing up you will realize that Glatter Fitness is a way better choice over a standard gym. I work out with people all ages, shapes, & sizes and it’s ok if you can’t do something. Every exercise can be modified. For the price you can’t beat it! I also love the heart rate monitor concept you can really see & track how hard you need to push yourself during the bootcamp. Glatter Fitness has well established class times offering a variety of exercises for cardio and strength in the bootcamp classes. I’ve found that the coaches focus on form over speed which has kept me in class instead of out. I’ve seen great results when I combine the meal planning with the exercise program. Glatter fitness changed my life. I started out not being able to do push ups or hold any kind of weight. I was never fat but I was not healthy either. First, I would like to state, I enjoy the service and results provided by Glatter Fitness so much, I did a video testimonial. I have been with Glatter since January. I am in some of the best shape of my life! I am stronger than I ever thought possible and have lowered some health risks, which before starting were an issue for me.

Michael is certified and always answers questions I have rather knowledgeably. He is far more knowledgeable than some other personal trainers I have encountered and can even provide me a source for the information he gives.

If you are willing to put forth the hard work, actually come and work out, follow his food guide, you will make improvements. I went from doing push ups on my toes to being able to do one hand push ups. I can lift weights in excess of 140 pounds. I have a smaller waist size and far better endurance.

As far as accessibility, he does not limit when you can come, which I love. He has 5 class times throughout the day so it allows for flexibility. I don't foresee any time in the future where Glatter Fitness will not be in my life.

When I say I am in some of the best shape of my life, I mean it in every way possible. I owe all this to Glatter Fitness!
