This gym has been a game-changer for my daughter!
After transferring from another gym, we immediately saw a difference. The coaches here are not only technically strong, but they truly see and support each athlete. My daughter has grown so much in skill and confidence since joining—she’s thriving and more motivated than ever. The owners have created an environment where kids feel valued and pushed to reach their potential. Even the front desk team is kind and helpful, making every visit smooth and welcoming. We feel lucky to have found this place!

I can’t believe the absolute, disrespect and disregard. These people had when it came to my kid getting hurt in their gym. Now I see why they won’t let you in to watch your kid practice for one because of the places in sanitary and for 2 because they don’t want you to know how they are treating these kids in there. Never thought GMS would downgrade to just hiring anybody these days

This place is dirty unsanitary smells musty and has the worst coaches for children ever, especially coach Karissa, who shouldn’t even be training these kids with no coach credentials or certificates. She had a bad attitude and treated the kids so badly. She has even put her hands on my child which I had to step in and speak to her about. I can't believe they have succumbed to hiring anybody to coach.

Coach, Karissa traumatized my daughter! She made my daughter do handstands on the beam until her hands were bleeding. My daughter said she couldn’t do anymore and Coach Karissa demanded she do them until she got it right. My daughter does not even want to attend her class anymore. we told the owner about this and they showed no care or concern. This isn’t like it was back in the day since they moved across the street it is horrible and no longer a family-oriented environment and they are hiring coaches who do not have the proper credentials to train kids some people don’t even need to be around kids.

This gym focuses on SAFETY. Our children are in the best hands where they learn discipline, control, and flexibility all while having so much fun. This is a real gym. Not a flashy one that only cares about $$$. Their top priority is safety. The coaches are incredible- the real deal. Our children have gained skills and confidence and we intend to keep them at GMS for many years. Also, highly recommend the Ninjas class. It’s not karate. It’s endurance, climbing, jumping, strength- really really fun.

An extremely unsanitary gym. Diarrhea was everywhere on the floor in the girls bathroom. One week later, it was still there. Kids are going into the bathroom with bare feet and then their feet are touching all of the equipment. Bathrooms and the entire gym look like they are never cleaned. Subpar instruction. Would not recommend.

The worst facility I have ever seen. Their price is expensive and the administrator never responds to your email. Never put your credit card to their system. They keep charging you with a Kate payment fee in case something wrong with the payment process. You can’t even be able to see what your kids are doing. Their communication is so poor. They only focus on the money you paid them.

I took my daughter for a trail class as we were new to the area. Due safety measures parents were not allowed in the practice area. After the class was over the instructor walked the class to the exit door and never looked back to make sure each child was with an adult/parent. My 6 year old child was left standing outside under the awning in the parking lot ALONE for about 5 mins. Luckily a nice woman noticed her standing alone just as I found her. I received a sub-par apology from the instructor... I WILL NEVER return to this establishment!

Highly recommend! We had positive experiences in the girls & boys recreational programs and the developmental program with our three kids. The coaches are knowledgeable and conduct class in a fun, professional manner. My daughter progressed into the developmental program and really enjoys the practices & showing us her new skills.

My daughter wanted to learn gymnastics and asked me to find a gym. After joining the GMS program, my daughter was hooked. Even through the uncertainty of COVID, GMS has taken the steps to maintain a safe environment to be able to continue training gymnastics. I highly recommend GMS and their gymnastics program!!

The receptionist or owner who knows was so rude (her name Johannah) She said the tuition for bees was $95/month when the website states $87/month. She just started yelling at me for arguing, omg I’ll never take my daughter there!!

We transferred here from BRAG where we were told my sisters needed to go down a level. When we came here they actually moved up and are now doing amazing! The younger one has won 2 competitions and the older one has come in 6th twice and 5th once out of around 20 something kids. Love it here so much!

Great boys team program. Lots of equipment and great coaches! There are a lot more boys at this gym compared to others in the area, and they seem to value these boys in a girl dominated sport.
