It’s modern and clean. That’s about all I can say about this place. I absolutely HATE the matrix equipment. All the renovated golds gyms have that same brand and every renovated gym has such a small selection of equipment. They don’t even have a row variation for back exercises!! This is a good place if you’re a casual gym goer but if you like variety go somewhere else. These new golds have been such a miss for me.

Kadarrius was an amazing help and so welcoming as soon as I walked in! I just joined Golds after he let me come with a visitor pass twice. I wanted to make sure Golds was truly a great fit for my commute and fitness goals. He took the time to give me a tour and answer all my questions! If you are questioning whether you want to join, please ask for Kadarrius first.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. If you're working towards a fitness goal, this is the place to do it. KaDarrius is the General Manager, and he hooked me up with a sweet military discount. I recommend this gym and this specific location.

My name is Joseph Marcell Scott , I don't believe in anonymous reviews. I've been a Jim owner for about 25 years. My wife and I have moved here to Virginia and I am semi retired, out of all the gyms across our travels. Jim and Falls Church really stands out because of two key employees. Joe and Jay. These two have made it such a great experience, seeing them at the front desk every workout.

This gym should be so much better for what it is, being a newer facility with newer weights, bathrooms, machines, etc. There are some pros - the gym does look nice, the bathrooms are generally clean, and parking is no concern, but there are also some baffling decisions by management that make for very noteworthy cons:

-why have as many ellipticals as treadmills when treadmills have always been clearly more popular?
-why does any gym management think that one leg extension machine is sufficient?
-why not install a sauna when it’s such a major draw, like at the Ballston location? People will pay for a gym membership for sauna access alone.
-why are the cable attachments so lacking? (Ropes, 1 handed grips, etc.)
-Why is there only 1 water station which you have to walk all the way down the hall to use?

Hopefully some of these issues have become obvious to management and will be addressed soon.

This location of Golds Gym seems to be better than the Ballston location by far, due to cleanliness, better AC, and respectability of clients picking up weights and putting them back where they should go, along with the Front Desk friendliness aspect.

The issue of 4 stars vs. 5 stars for this location is because of the fact that this location seems to favor Les Mills group exercise via film projector instead of having a live instructor there to help correct your form on the spot. Furthermore, this location doesn't have BodyStep nor any Les Mills cycle classes (as they favor the Golds Studio experience). If somehow they would allow for Les Mills RPM and Sprint, this gym would possibly be the definitive gym location to attend.

For reference; I have been going to this gym for 4 months now, it’s a beautiful, affordable, & a very clean gym!

I wish it was 24hrs but oh well nothing is perfect. But I’ve have been to DMV Iron, Planet Fitness, Xsport (now LA Fitness) and one life, can genuinely tell you GOLDS GYM is the best option. Cheaper than DMV Iron still with all your essentials, slightly more expensive than PF but cleaner and better equipped, relatively similar price with LA & One Life but much more welcoming, cleaner, and overall convenient!

Best gym in the area!

(Side note; I am a gym person, so I like going to different golds & other gyms, and you should get that membership to try out different golds, so convenient if you ever are out of town!

Ali, the Personal Trainer, was excellent! He has a medical background and understands how the body functions. He asked a number of questions and gave me a few exercises to understand my body, its strengths /weaknesses, and highlight where to focus. Although I have been lifting weights for 25 years, it was an hour of learning new techniques to get the most from weight lifting, floor exercises, and bands. Choose Ali for all of your personal training needs!

My personal training experience with Kadarrius has been excellent. From the start, he was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable and motivated. He listened carefully to my goals and tailored the training sessions to fit my specific needs, which made a huge difference.

What stood out the most was how he helped me find a plan that truly works for me I’m really happy with the hospitality so far.

I will be cancelling my membership at Golds. They charged me $99.99 for an annual fee when last year's fee was $70. Not only did they not tell me that the fee was coming up (which they should), they didn't tell me or anyone else of the increase. Pathetic and shitty customer service with zero consideration for a paying client. I'll pass.

I’ve been to multiple locations around DMV and Bailey’s is one of the better locations.
The machines are a little better than Clarendon and Ballston so that’s a plus.

Ballston by far is the most chaotic mess I’ve ever seen in a gym…Weights and dumbbells everywhere, no wipes recently, too many machines have parts that are shaky and in dire need of repairs. The list is never ending.
They’ll wait for someone to get seriously injured & or a law suit, to clean up their act.

Bailey’s clientele seem to be more considerate and the replace weights after use and the machines though worn, work well enough.

They offer free parking and the staff seem friendly enough.
Out of all in DMV, this is def one of the better locations.

Es bastante organizado, es amplio y cómodo. Lo único malo es que si quieres cancelar tu membresía por alguna razón, debes si o si cancelar con un mes exacto de anticipación. O te cobrarán 100 dolares más por el año

I’m writing this review out of frustration after months of trying to resolve an issue that should have never happened. I was a member at Gold’s Gym in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia, and I canceled my membership before March 11—well before any annual renewal fee should have applied.

Despite canceling in time, Gold’s Gym still charged me $99.99 for a “renewal” fee. This made no sense. I followed all procedures and canceled before the renewal window. I went to the gym in person, where the manager told me to send an email to resolve the issue. I did. No one ever responded. Not a single email back. No call. No follow-up.

Then, things escalated. I was sent to a debt collection agency, ABC Company, even though I had canceled and had tried multiple times to resolve the situation. For weeks, I received daily calls—sometimes no one was even on the line. When I did speak to someone, they were rude, aggressive, and even threatened my credit score. All of this over a charge I shouldn’t have been responsible for in the first place.

Eventually, to protect my credit and stop the harassment, I paid the $99.99—even though I knew it was completely unfair and undeserved. I tried to go through the right channels. I showed up in person. I sent a respectful email explaining everything. I was ignored.

This whole experience has been disappointing and exhausting. Gold’s Gym Bailey’s Crossroads showed no accountability, provided zero customer service, and allowed a third-party collector to harass a customer who had done nothing wrong.

I’m sharing this to warn others: If you plan to cancel your membership, watch your bank account closely. Keep written proof. And don’t expect anyone at this location—or Gold’s Gym corporate—to help you when things go wrong.

This was a terrible experience, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did just to protect their credit and peace of mind.

I’ve been a regular at this gym due to its convenience, but since its conversion from HH Greg to Gold’s Gym, it feels neglected. The lack of a sauna and removal of a whole row of treadmills (which were given to another gym) are significant drawbacks. It seems the owners prioritize matching machines over member needs. The GM and trainers are excellent, but the overall experience is marred by poor management decisions by the owners. I hope the owners will reconsider their priorities and invest in improving the gym’s facilities to match the quality of their staff.

Been to the Bailey's location for over 15 years and somehow the new location is much, much worse. So much so that I've started avoiding coming here and going to either the Ballston or Annandale locations. The layout is a complete waste of space. The space for free weights and all of the machines make up 1/4 of the gym, and are very close together. So much so that the bar for the singular incline bench overlaps with the bar for the shoulder press. A lot of cardio machines that aren't used, a huge functional astroturf area, and a ridiculously large reception area that takes up more than 3/4th of the gym.

Every time I go to this location, whether it's noon, 5pm, or 9pm - everyone crams into less than 1/4th of the space trying to get on a bench or a machine. It takes forever to actually work out here during peak periods. Compared to the old location, they also got rid of several freeweight machines, a universal, bench presses (did I mention only ONE incline?), and squat racks. Not a good look since no one wears a mask and distancing is impossible due to the layout.

Huge rooms on the side for classes that are taped off. Oh - and this place has 20+ wipes/trash units that are so low to the ground that you can't even see them over all of the machines. Have fun walking around aimlessly trying to find one.

But on the bright side: you can stretch anywhere on the astroturf! Parking is better but awkward to get to from Columbia Pike. Also thank God I can check into other locations, even though this one is less than a mile from my house.

Edit: there is a sign at the gym which says that renovations are coming December 2021. I will update this review once I've checked out the improvements.

Edit 2: they took the sign away but the layout is exactly the same. They listened to everyone's complains and just didn't care. Sending an email to the "Experience Team" is a complete waste of time.

Edit 3: Gym is okay now after they opened the back area for free weights, got rid of some cardio equipment, and shuffled some of the machines around.

I just switched to Gold’s because I needed an upgrade from my old gym. KaDarrius was kind enough to show me around. He was very friendly.

Gold’s is definitely way nicer than the last gym I was going to. The gym is really clean and well taken care of. They have a wide range of equipment and have it organized in a way that makes sense. I’m really looking forward to continue my fitness journey at Gold’s.

I’ve just started working out here and it has everything I need, nice Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates, pull-up rigs with bands, lots of dumbbells, a functional fitness area to easily set up a cross-fit style workout station. Manager KaDarius was very welcoming and forthright in terms of membership options and did not use smarmy salesman tactics to get me to up-sell. Stuff appears well maintained and the equipment gets put away after use! Only 4 stars so far because the Gold’s Fit rooms and other group fitness spaces can’t be used in the off-hours. Seems like a waste of space and resources, but I can pretty much replicate it with what they have in the functional fitness area.

Long-time fitness/lifter, and will say that this is the best gym I have encountered over many years and having lived across the country.

A variety of classes, state of the art equipment, and a fantastic staff. Jay on the front desk is 5 stars and club manager, Max, has nearly 20 years experience building and directing top fitness centers. Super clean at all times which serves as a catalyst for members showing respect and keeping the shine on this club. Check it out; you won't be disappointed.

Canceling was a nightmare. My wife and I had memberships. Went ahead and cancelled. We were expecting to pay the cancelation fee for both accounts but when we were only going to pay for one of them, front desk person said we were set. My account was fine, hers on the other hand was not. Somehow despite none of our bank information changing there was a balance on her account and we were never informed of this. No email, no mail/letter no phone call, nothing. We canceled in November 2023, fast forward to March 2024 we notice there is a collections on her credit report for almost $400 originally from gold's gym. We call the collection's agency and they can't give any more details so we decide to call gold's. The then manager Mark Krueger after explaining everything and realizing that it was a mistake on their end mainly because the bank accounts they had in file never changed, for some reason they stopped charging us and now we're being charged late fees and everything else he said he'd fix it for us. We were even refunded a ~$50 amount for the inconvenience. Fast forward to today August 27, 2024, we check my wife's credit report just to see that the collections is back, this time with a July 28, 2024 date on it. We contact the gym and there is no documentation of this situation. Mark no longer works there. I understand without proper documentation it's hard to prove these things but as a businesses they should've kept proper documentation of the situation. Without it, the current manager could not help us. We then called the collections agency and they have documentation that the previous manager did contact them but nothing else. All in all Gold's mistake/lack of organization/lack of communication, whatever happened is costing us almost $400 which we have no option but to pay and some damage to credit score.

Gold's Gym Bailey's Crossroads: A Nightmare to Cancel
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience attempting to cancel my membership at Gold's Gym Bailey's Crossroads. My initial review detailed the unexpected price hike and the gym's refusal to honor the terms of my contract.

Despite their promise to resolve the issue, I have encountered nothing but additional obstacles and poor customer service. After being told to visit the gym to speak with the manager (the same manager who previously displayed indifference to my concerns), it's clear that Gold's Gym is more interested in creating barriers to cancellation than honoring their customers' wishes.

The process of canceling a membership should be straightforward, not a convoluted ordeal. Gold's Gym has proven to be dishonest and disrespectful, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly urge potential members to avoid this gym at all costs. Their lack of integrity and basic customer service skills is appalling. Gold's Gym has tarnished its once-respected name.

I demand a swift resolution to this matter and expect Gold's Gym to honor the terms of my contract and cease all further charges to my account.

I will be sharing my experience on social media and other review platforms to warn others about the deceptive practices of Gold's Gym Bailey's Crossroads.

*Original Review*
Gold's Gym - Bailey's Crossroads - A Total Rip-Off!

I signed a contract with Gold's Gym in January with a clearly stated rate of $14.99 every two weeks. To my surprise, in June, they unilaterally increased the price to $16.99 without any prior notification. When I attempted to cancel my membership due to this price hike, I was informed that I needed to give 30 days' notice and would still be charged the increased rate for three more weeks, even though at signing they charged me $29.98 for "Last Month Dues". So I paid in advance for my final month, but was informed today I would be charged $16.99 August 2nd, 16th, and 30th.

The gym's General Manager, who the staff refused to give me his name, was completely indifferent to my concerns and simply stated that they have the right to increase prices whenever they want. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. It's clear that Gold's Gym cares more about their bottom line than customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise potential members to avoid this gym at all costs. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and clearly do not value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and find a gym that actually cares about its members.

This Gym is not safe at all, I lost my AirPods while I’m doing my workout and somebody stole it, I asked the receptionist he told me i will add note in the log sheet and we will check the camera, i called them next day he told me there’s no manger in the gym and he don’t know when the manger or the owner will come to check the camera which is so wired, i told him so now if something happens in the gym and police asking to check the camera what u gonna do in this case?!! He didn’t answer!!! And I don’t feel that he show any kind of help at all, i love this gym but safety and security should come first.

Pretty good facilities and a good variety of classes, but get ready to wait for machines as a number of popular machines -- like leg extension and pec fly -- only have one available unit. The gym will tell you to come at times that aren't busy if you want to avoid a gym rush, but if you have someone(s) camping out on the one leg extension machine at 10.30 am on a monday for 20 minutes it doesn't matter. Also, expect a yearly price increase around the holidays, usually without enough notice to cancel your membership before the next cycle.

Apparently gym employees are trained to wander the floor and discourage the camping issue: that's news to me. I've never seen a gym employee speak to anyone about overusing equipment, but I've seen plenty of people hogging one piece of equipment for 10-20 minutes at a stretch (or worse yet, doing circuit training on multiple pieces of equipment). Again, overall a good gym and I've happily been a member for several years, but will likely explore other options before the aforementioned price hike kicks in.

Edit/Update: Classes, unfortunately, have taken a real downturn in the past 6 months or so. Most classes are taught via projector, it seems: it's ok, I guess, but for the amount I'm paying in person instructors would be better. Most days might have 2 in person classes whereas other gold's locations often have around 4-6 classes a day. Worse still, yoga seems to have almost vanished altogether as a class option: I know other gold's locations -- like annadale and ballston -- offer several yoga classes a week. Not sure what the issue is at this location.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CANCEL!!!
I first canceled my membership on January 12th and the incompetent person at the front desk who apparently wasn’t even allowed to cancel TOLD ME HE CANCELED IT AND SAID I CAN LEAVE. February 2nd i call the club and ask to speak to the GM every time i get the same answer GM is not here he will call you back and I NEVER GET A CALL BACK, February 28th i email the club and the GM’s email separately asking them to cancel my membership the next day i get the cancellation notice in the email WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT WITH IT WHATSOEVER!!! and then they continue to charge me for the next three months I LITERALLY HAD TO TURN OFF MY CARD FOR THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME. TO THIS DAY I’M GOING BACK TO THE CLUB CALLING THEM AT THE CLUB AND THEIR BILLING COMPANY TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND TO STOP HARASSING ME WITH THREATS OF GIVING MY ACCOUNT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY.

also they have more people . and not enough machines if you go by 4-5 it is impossible to work out

DONT WASTE YOR 💰

I dropped off my 30 day notice to the club as stated in my signed agreement from 2022, in January and abc fitness doesn’t recognize this as honorable….don’t sign anything with them. The agreement isn’t even upheld with their legal and accounting. This has been a terrible experience and the hardest thing is to even get in touch with someone who can resolve this issue. I was coming back from a shoulder injury and in a state of apprehension and excitement decided to pop in and see if I should join. I explicitly told them “I can’t work out yet” and they said I could sign up and put it account on pause and wouldn’t be charged. Unfortunately my shoulder injury didn’t recover as expected and so I couldn’t lift weights for another couple of months and I was getting charged regularly, including fees that weren’t explained when I signed up. Calling didn’t work so I went in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what was discuss and he said he would take care of it. He paused it for a while and I just told him it’s been a terrible experience and I just don’t want to live forward. To this day I never worked out in there once and gave them around $400 total. And I still get calls from automated service saying they’re having issues processing my payment. Money grabbers and Liars.

edited review. This was voted as the best new gym in the country several months ago, and my review is now edited because the gym is starting to get cleaned better which is a credit to the management. I hope the men's locker room will continue to be closed periodically briefly for cleaning thoughout the day. Yet, the tiled shower niches in the men's locker room where you can place your shampoo, etc. are still not cleaned. The equipment is good, and that is the most important part, but in peak-time, in the bench press and dumb bell room, which is small and narrow--to make space, a couple Stairmasters in the adjacent room could be removed and that space reconfiged with benches along the wall to sit for arm curls, etc. could be helpful since all other workout stations are being used.

It's one of the best gyms I have the honor to attend. Very clean, well ventilated, very kind staff.
The equipment is top of the line very spacious overall. You won't regret joining the gold's gym family.
The only downside is to really enjoy the facility. Try to avoid the pick hours doesn't get over crowded, but you will have better access to everything on a more relaxed hour, ah! There's no sauna, at least no that I know of... or swimming pool something to keep in mind.

My experience at Gold's Gym was regrettably disappointing. The facility's poor maintenance and unclean locker rooms created an unsatisfactory environment. The indifference of the staff, coupled with a dismissive manager, eroded my trust in their service. The arduous cancellation process, despite having a flexible membership, resulted in unending charges. Given these experiences, I wouldn't recommend Gold's Gym as it could potentially lead to unnecessary distress and financial loss. Avoid this Gym is the best advise I could share.

My experience with this Gold Gym was far from satisfactory. I subscribed to their monthly membership about half a year ago, which I was told could be canceled at any point. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I had to leave the country. I made multiple attempts to cancel my membership in person, but my efforts were in vain as I continued to be charged. Regrettably, the customer service, especially from the manager, left much to be desired - my concerns were consistently ignored rather than addressed. It felt akin to daylight robbery. I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this place to prevent unnecessary financial loss. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Period!!!

Been trying to cancel my membership, no one has helped me with that. I tried doing it through the billing company over the phone but when I mentioned that to the person, immediately he acted as if he couldn’t hear me on the phone, the rest of the conversation before that there was no issue, he heard me just fine. Really convenient for that person, I’m sure it’s just a coincidence. Also tried emailing the manager, he responded at first but once I insisted on canceling the membership I haven’t gotten a response from him since last week either. I guess it’s true what they say about gym memberships & getting out of their contracts, don’t do it.

It's not a bad gym, quite a nice atmosphere, but it's badly designed. There is one single leg extension machine, which you can never use because it's always occupied. And yet there are 2 of those weird concave treadmills I've never seen used, and 4 80s style stair climbers. Then there's a massive largely unused functional fitness area in the middle which takes up half the gym. Then there are huge studio rooms off to the side which I've never even seen open.

The layout of this gym has marginally improved since it opened. The matrix equipment is still terrible and the "functional fitness" area is still a massive waste of space. But if you go at off peak hours you might be able to get a halfway descent workout in. So there's that.

On a road trip from NYC and was looking for a gym. Found this one near where we were staying but some of the reviews had me hesitant on visiting, but I'm glad I did. Plenty of space at least at the time I went (7:30am), clean equipment, 2 squat racks and 3 power racks 🤩 what I usually look for gyms to have when I'm away on trips.

Baileys Crossroad location is my go to gym and this is mainly because it’s the closest to my house. It doesn’t have all the equipment like the other golds gyms have but still works

To avoid the rush, I always go around 5/6am so I never have to wait on equipment. If you go at 6pm or later, good luck! Might just have to be a cardio day for you LOL

Side note: Jason is a rockstar employee at the golds. Answers any questions I have when I’m lifting and just a fantastic human being

You only provided one line of circuit machines now versus the variety available at the old location and at other Gold's.
The men's locker room has a bizarre layout and missing a sauna like there was before.

The receptionist said to email the manager but I expressed that I've emailed a trainer there when I first signed up and that trainer has yet to reply, it's been 90 days since the email and I see him at the gym so I know he's still employed there. My trust for a reply is non-existent. I'm sure if I owed them money, they would use their lunch break to send me emails and leave me numerous voicemails to get their money.

This new gym is the worst layout- it’s like they didn’t consult anyone who had any physical fitness experience whatsoever to design it. The functional fitness area takes up 2/3 of the space and usually has 3-5 people in it. Meanwhile, the weight area is overcrowded even at off peak hours. I am not a serious lifter at all and it takes me forever to get in a decent workout because I have to constantly wait for benches and weights. The variety of group fitness classes is awful as most of the classes are now virtual with an instructor on a large screen (basically a zoom class). I’m not sure why I would even bother to come to a class like that when I could just do one at home on a screen. The 2 other group fitness rooms are for golds version of orange theory and they are charging an additional $90 per month on top of the $60 usual monthly rate. There is no sauna or steam room and lastly, the childcare room is huge and empty. I would’ve expected a huge indoor jungle gym type thing for them in that big of a space but it’s just a big room with some tables and coloring books. This gym is such a huge disappointment. I much prefer the old smaller location and am going to spend my time going to the other close by locations instead.

The gym smells absolutely awful when you walk in like someone puked in the corner and nobody was there to clean it. The staff is very unfriendly and rude as can be. The equipment is all over the floors and never racked properly. Everyone you talk to will just try to push you off to someone else to deal with. They change managers every month it seems, I’ve spoken with 3 managers who told me my membership would be cancelled, Never happens. They tell you to talk to member services but they do nothing. I’m still being charged to this day and they refuse to do anything about it. These guys are terrible, shady, unprofessional, uncaring, unhelpful, it’s no wonder they have a new manager every week. I love this gym! It's very clean and there is a ton of equipment. I only use the cardio machines and the weight machines. I don't use free weights or anything else. I also like all the classes they offer. The service desk people are also welcoming and friendly. The locker room and the bathroom are fairly clean. There are always wipes available, which is a huge plus. I pay $50 a month for a month to month contract. I love that this gym is brand new and the equipment works pretty well! I recommend this gym !

Nice and new but missing some key items. Annandale and Ballston are superior for the serious lifter.
Main complaints:
- empty space where they could’ve doubled up on useful equipment.g.; more dumbbells and free weight stations
- no spread arm adjustable cable cross or seated cable cross
- no grav-assist pull-up / dip machine
- almost no open mirror space that’s not blocked by stations or dumbell racks, so you can’t really be near them. They’re not just for ego, they help with reinforcing proper form, especially corner mirrors.
- I couldn’t get a squat/deadlift station, even after waiting a while, and I’m not moving over to the Smith machines; sorry. I moved to doing dead-rows over in the functional area, but, again, no mirrors there.
- no paper towel stations, in the event you don’t have your own towel with you
- water fountain feels like it’s a quarter mile away.
- didn’t see any plate machines. Maybe missed. Everything was cable and cam/pulley, which can be okay but not always a fan of the resistance curve on them.

This gym is asinine. The old location on Carlin springs had way more equipment. Terrible facility and culture.

Things to expect:
•People asking for your cable rope when there’s two perfectly good ones free
•Trainers stealing your spot when you’re not looking
•Dumbbells and weights left around
•Creepy dudes asking girls “are you done with that” when they’re literally on their first set
•0 chance to super set workouts or have a fluid momentum when it’s slightly busy bc they have nearly one of everything, one cable station, 3 benches, and 3 squat racks

Only redeeming thing is Jason greeting me with a smile every time I go in while almost everyone else is on their phones. I’m saving up just so I can cancel. You’re better off going to another gym. You’ve been warned

Go elsewhere, massive waste of space.

Was a long time member of the old Baileys Crossroads and was excited for the new space to open. The new gym however is a massive waste of space, really mind boggling that they could turn a huge building into such a small gym. The actual free weight/machine area take up about 1/10th of the actual building while the front desk itself takes up more space. They somehow managed to lose more than half of the machines they had at the old location. The turf is nice but takes up the entire middle of the gym the design layout is horrible. Half the building is meant for specialized classes that people pay extra for. Really disappointed to have to go to the crowded south arlington location now. Will be canceling membership.

Too much turf area compared to the weights. No one uses the huge private class sections. Only one leg curl machine? Only 3 squat racks? No adjustable chest fly machine? I’m disappointed. Apparently they’re going to expand, I’ll see how that goes and update my review accordingly.

Golds has gone so downhill. They closed 2 locations to open up this mediocre one. Has way less weightlifting equipment, free weights, machines, and racks and too much cardio equipment that hardly anyone uses. They also don't even have a sauna which all of the other gold's gyms have-- what exactly am I paying $50+ a MONTH for??? The turf area is ridiculous and a waste of space as well as the massive front desk that serves zero purpose. Whoever designed the new gym should be fired.

I cancelled my membership and won't be going back until they lower their prices and renovate this gym to be like the other Gold's gyms were with saunas, adequate weight training, locker rooms, etc. It's just not a function gym right now and they have almost doubled their prices in the past 2 years with no added amenities. They should lower their prices and have a separate membership for those who also want to take classes and pay extra if that's what they're worried about. The staff at this location was also not very friendly or helpful.
