Joined in July and I love it, I make myself a goal along with the competitions set up every month it pushes me to do more! The location is secure enough that I feel comfortable going day or night as the location is 24 hours! (As always be aware of your surroundings) come earn the burn!

I had an awesome experience at the Patriots Crossing Hotworx in Stafford, VA! The studio is clean, organized, and inviting. This was my first time ever working out in an infrared sauna (or any type of hot workout) and I loved it! Maddie was super helpful showing me around and intoducing me to the saunas. At first, I was unsure about doing a workout in the heat, but it was surpringsly very peaceful working out in the sauna. I got a great burn in (and sweat!) during the isometric class and can't wait to try some of the other ones. Thank you Hotworx in Stafford, I'll definitely be back soon!

I have been loving Hot Worx! I love that I can get a great workout in any time of day. I love the heat and the infrared. It took me several weeks to adapt to the heat. I started with Hot Stretch and Hot Yoga. I have now given all the classes a go and have fun tracking my progress and cross training on the app. You have the ability to adjust the temperature in the sauna along with the volume. Jill, Julie, Maddie and the rest of the team are very sweet and welcoming!

I've been curious about Hotworx after hearing a bit about it in the past. After driving by numerous times, I finally decided to stop in and check it out. Julie showed me the ropes and got me squared away with a free class that fit my schedule. Came back for my class the following week, and Maddie helped me get set up and prepared for my class. She gave me a tour, explained a bit about the workouts, and got me started. There is so much variety in the classes. As a member, I have access to the studio 24/7 so I can go anytime. The membership is super affordable for such a top-notch, high-quality, boutique fitness studio. This location is AMAZING! Everyone on staff that I've met is super welcoming, and they know their stuff. I love love love working out here. It's efficient, effective and most of all, the location is super CLEAN (which is a must for me when it comes to my workout spaces). I also enjoy their Instagram posts! It is so entertaining, creative, and fun to watch. It really makes me feel like a part of this community of folks who Earn the Burn! I'd give them 100000 stars if I could. I can't say enough about the HotWorx Stafford crew and location. Just... phenomenal!

If you are as introverted as I am, then Hotworx is somewhere you’d feel energized working out. I love that I can see when making a reservation if someone has already reserved 1 of the 3 spots in the room. Working out alone is one of the many reasons I feel so comfortable there. Jill, Allison, Julie, Gwen and Maddie are so friendly, I love the monthly challenges and sales, and being able to track my workouts.

I came in to try out the new Hotworx here in stafford. The concept is different than other classes I have taken. You take the classes in a red light sauna. Cardio classes are only 15 minutes, I tried out the cycling class. Stretch, Pilates style classes are 30-40 minutes. The box is rather small, I’m under 5’5 and felt my head was close to the ceiling on the bike. This gym is very self driven. You watch a video and follow along inside of the sauna. I personally like completing classes with a live instructor so I don’t think this type of gym is for me. But, the positives are it is open 24/7 so it can work with your schedule. You definitely sweat because of the heat. The gym also offers a free weights section in the back. The price was reasonable at $60 per month. Initial fee of $99. They also have an option to pay extra for the traveler so they can use all the hotworx gyms. But I do feel like you could do a lot of these exercises at home without the fee as it is video based. Overall, not a bad concept but just not for me! I suggest you check it out first and see if it’s for you. The staff are super nice!

I have been a member since November and HotWorx Stafford is really working out for me. The 24/7 open times let me find the right time that works with my schedule. The many workout routines offered at HotWorx are well thought out so beginners to athletes can get some great exercise in a short period of time. I reduced 4 inches on my waist and feel great. I lost weight but don't use the scale anymore as it's always a disapointment so I don't know how much but my body is telling me to keep going. The staff at HotWorx Stafford are very polite, friendly and encouraging in achieving my goals. The free session they gave me was what tipped me over to join. The price is very reasonalbe considering being able to work out in the heat. Stop in and give it a try.

I enjoy it. The owner, Jill, is extremely nice. The manager, Angel I believe, is also extremely helpful. Even if you don’t work out, the sauna alone is worth it. HIIT classes (15 mins) for cardio. ISO classes (40 mins) which are more yoga based on isometric posture holds. There is a strength training zone with free weights, rope and two machines. You must purchase a mat and towel from them but I’m sure you can find everything else where. It’s open 24 hours a day. Each sauna is built to hold 3 people but I’m always been alone during my sessions. I will probably pair it with a gym that has more machines in the future.
