Dr Green and his team are amazing. I have been doing triathlons for about ten years. A year ago I had surgery on my knee, which left me in a brace for 8 weeks. I was feeling hopeless and unmotivated. Thinking I would never race again. Dr Green and his team work with me to build back my knee and my confidence. They never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. Last month I completed Escape from Alcatraz. One of the toughest courses I have ever done. There is no way I could of done the race without them! Thank you HUB training for believing and supporting in me.

The Premier Triathlon coaching center in Richmond. Rob Green coached me for Ironman California. He was engaging, set up great work outs, was able to go above and beyond with my questions, and was understanding when the race was cancelled. I plan to be back at HUB again this year for my second go at IM California! Hands done the best in the business.

I loved to run, but I had picked up some bad habits due to a chronic leg injury. After Dr. Green and his team helped me successfully rehab my injury, they also helped me correct my form, so that I could safely return to running. Through their video gait analysis, Dr. Green showed me the issues with my gait, gave me specific drills to do and provided a detailed plan to reach my running goals. And, I was able to access the videos and instruction whenever I needed to reference them. The gait analysis was and continues to be incredibly helpful!

Last year, I suffered from an overuse injury, but they successfully guided me from no running to 2 PRs in the same year.
Being a HUB Training athlete means you no longer waste time wondering what you need to do, and Dr. Green is genuinely passionate about your growth as an athlete.
Training for an endurance sport requires much knowledge, experience, and expertise. My only regret is not coming to HUB Training sooner, and I can’t wait to explore more of what they offer. - Mo

After a torn ACL in 1989 and a ruptured Achilles in 2015, running never seemed possible. It has been amazing to have the team develop a plan to help me compete in Olympic and 70.3 triathlons and actually learn to love the running. Knowledge coaching has helped me train consistently and learn to race. I have a hectic travel and family schedule and my coach helps maximize the time I have. Truly impressed.

HUB Training Center offers truly exceptional individualized coaching based on metabolic testing, physical assessments, racing goals and the personality of the athlete. I've been working with HUB for about 10 months, 3 of which I was injured, and I've been blown away by the high quality super-focused feedback that has kept me going safely and continues to move me forward both physically and mentally. Dr. Green deeply understands the sport of triathlon, he is so enthusiastic and he works hard to educate and motivate his athletes. His methods are the result of years of study and practice and this is clearly not a cookie-cutter approach. He will always tell you the why and says the right things to get you fired up. He leads by example, is a person of high integrity, and is very respectful. It is so abundantly clear that he wants his athletes to succeed. He has a great team of coaches with the same mindset. THIS is real Coaching.

Let me start here. I'm not a "runner". I am an athlete! When I started running I got recommended to do a VO2 max test. When meeting with Dr Rob. He gave me advice on how to train. In 6 weeks I had amazing results.. I also had bad habits that were getting me injured. Dr. Rob did a Gate Analysis and I haven't felt the pain in weeks. Him and his full staff (Dr Hancock, Maria Maisono, Laura at the Front desk...etc) are all HUGE assets.
Dr Rob Green and his team are very passionate about what they do. They are all in! If you have running issues or want better performance... Go see Dr Rob @ HUB Training Center!

Dr. Green and team are clearly passionate about helping athletes of all abilities achieve and surpass their goals. Just completed my metabolic and VO2 Max tests and learned all sorts of great info...mainly exactly how many calories I need to fuel my activities and how to pace myself way more efficiently. Can't argue with science! Dr. Green is not only a wealth of info, as he is himself an accomplished athlete., but he's a phenomenal cheerleader as well! Thanks, Hub Training, for getting me back on track for success!

What a cool experience! Without boring anyone with the details I had the bmr test and far burning test done which is going to help me train and refine my nutrition plan. I essentially figured out that I’ve been taking in far too many calories per hour which has likely sent me to the woods in several of my past races ;). Dr. Green is 10 x smarter than me but was able to break all the data down in a way I could understand.
