Iβve been enjoying my session with Brian, I can see the difference in my overall mood and how I feel. These folks are incredible. I've been training with Brian for over a year now, and in that time I've managed to cut fat, while still packing on more lean muscle than I ever thought possible.

Brian Lewis and I-B Fit came recommended to me by a friend. I was 55, overweight, out of shape. When I started with Brian, he instantly made me feel comfortable. There was no aggressive jock mentality. He took the time to explain and ease me into the workouts. He was always focused on my workouts and guiding me on correct form.
Brian changed my life. I have lost nearly 40 pounds and I can see real muscle and tone change in my body. I feel fantastic.

I had consistently worked out for five years but wanted to take my training to the next level after I was asked to be in a fitness photo shoot. Brian built me a meal plan and held me to the same programming and standards he sets for himself as a sponsored athlete, fitness model, and personal trainer. I've been working out with Brian for over 2 years now. He is very accommodating with my changing schedule. He's been great about modifying work outs for those of us in the "39 and holding" crowd that have some ortho issues and can't squat like we did 20 years ago.
I also appreciate that his work outs don't include long cardio intervals. I don't need to pay someone to watch me run on a treadmill! Every minute is spend on intense, results-focused exercise.

Been working with Brian and Inde for a couple of months now, what an experience. They are fantastic motivators. If you want to change your outlook and are willing to put in the work you wont regret it. I have lost almost 25 pounds in just over 2 months and am so much stronger then when we started. Been working with Brian off and on for over a year.. Had to quit for personal and financial reasons and struggled with motivation when he wasnt there to hold me accountable. Rejoined in November and already I have reached my back squat goal of 200. Brian and inde are motivating and supportive and available around the clock for any questions. Very knowledgable and personally want your success. I wouldn't recommend any other trainer than these two.
