My husband and I were excited to attend the Christmas Carol dance recital, but left the performance shocked and disappointed at the overly partisan nature of the performance, specifically a song selection that included lyrics about how the United States of America is 'saving trees but killing children'.

It was an unnecessary, inaccurate and ugly element to bring into a celebration of Christmas. Disappointed that Dance in Motion would bring this into a children's holiday performance.
