The instructors are well-trained and very observant of everyone in the class. If one listens carefully to them, the workout is increases exponentially to a much higher level of intensity....without jumping up and down. Great workout and good friends to boot.

I was looking for the PERFECT way to exercise and found it at Jazzercise! I love to dance and this was the answer to exercise for me. I was having some back pain due to not moving enough and since I've started these classes, my back feels so much better! The instructors are so fun and positive and I've met some of the nicest and encouraging people in class. I'm so happy I found something I LOVE to do! I have been a member of this group since 1993. What a great stress reliever! With both a cardio and a strength portion, it's a terrific workout that can be modified to your ability or how you are feeling on a given day. Added bonus: Making new friends. Jazzercise Winchester is a happy space!

I love the workout that Jazzercise gives me. It can be at any level that suits you. The music is great; the people make it so much fun, and the instructors are the best. I never get tired of going because I enjoy it so much. The benefit of jazzercise for my health is a big plus for me. You have to keep moving!

Started Jazzercise in May 2022 and I can't say enough about the time I have spent here. Not only am I seeing the physical benefits, the mental benefits are even better. How lucky Winchester is to have this beautiful studio, excellent instructors, and BEST all around fitness program there is that is developed by professional fitness trainers. You get heart health, bone health, balance and strength improvement in a workout that you dance to the latest pop tunes. Everyday I workout, I know I'm taking proactive ownership of my health. I've made wonderful friends here. I never have to miss with the convenience of in-person, streaming, or pre-recorded class session to fit all different schedules. It's pure joy.

I have been an instructor for more than 30 years. I took classes for 5 years before that. A Jazzercise class is like hanging out with your friends, dancing, sweating, and laughing for an hour. It is fitness and fun. And can definitely be therapeutic at times. Current music and moves. Come join us!
