Our boutique studio allows us to provide a unique personal experience for everyone.

The minute I entered the space I felt overwhelmingly positive & upbeat vibes. The energy in that space is wonderful. Iβve taken several different classes and all of the instructors are on point. The ambiance lighting is magical & the fresh lavender scent is soothing. Glad I found this cute tucked away gym in Buckroe Beach. π©· π§ββοΈ π©·

Let's just say im very impressed !
Started with diet and fitness @Joy2 be fit and it was hard at first bc I was 307lbs but I stayed consistent and was encouraged by Joy every step of the way.
Im now 2yrs in and and currently @157lbs ..I'm eating better , I feel great my body is toned and can I really see all of my curves... Totally worth it!

I received a Reiki massage from Joy in person. This was the second time that I've had Reiki and I was not disappointed. Joy was professional, genuine, and kind. My experience opened my heart and my mind in an emotional and spiritual way that is hard to explain. This is not a physical massage, but the effects on the body and soul are just as transformative. After the session Joy took the time to explain the stones that she uses and the ones that were drawn to me. I thought that was so cool!

Great wellness/fitness instructor!
My favorite are the snatch waist boot camps. New weekly workouts with all sorts of diet advice and motivation from the instructor and the others in the boot camp.
She also offers other fitness and wellness services. She can do one on one training, group training, and specialize the workouts to whatever you may need.
