The instructor here really works with each individual student. You will work hard, but it's worth it. Mr. Armstrong has extensive knowledge of Muay Thai from when he was overseas and has had fights in prominent stadiums against Thai opponents. So, if you want health benefits, losing weight, just training, or train to fight in Muay Thai, he is a good option.
