Kelly is awesome, so is her husband, Kevin but I'm a morning gal, so I train with her. I have knee issues and will be needing a knee replacement in the near future. She is helping me to strengthen the muscles around my knee so that after surgery, recovery is easier. She does take a whole body approach, so the rest of me is getting strengthened too!! The gym has everything you need and Kelly is right there, making sure you are doing it properly. She is also very flexible and will work with you to reschedule a session if you need to. The gym is really clean and the Chances are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I enjoy going to their gym!!

KCPT is the only gym I have ever stuck with. I have been a part of the KCPT family since March 2018. I attend bootcamp and group strength classes. Kevin and Kelly truly care about all their βclientsβ or as they call them family, which we have all became. You have the daily support of everyone around you. Every day you can expect something new that is challenging at your own level. Every workout can be adjusted to your strength and ability. I have gradually gone up in my level of weights and surprised myself in my own strength I have gained. Simple daily tasks have become easier as well. My family and friends have noticed my body is more toned too which keeps my confidence high and want to keep attending the gym strong. They have also helped me with my eating choices. Everyone says they know what is good and bad for you, but having them guide you with food journal logging and recipe sharing has made me more accountable of what I put into my body daily. Going to the gym is not something I even think about anymore. It is part of my daily routine. If you are looking for a new gym family I highly recommend checking out KCPT.

I love this gym because its not like one of the commercial, gimmicky gyms. I feel very comfortable here. The trainers are very knowledgable and attentive to my knee issues. The bootcamp classes are always different so its never boring but always challenging! I have done several exercise programs and this one I've stuck with the longest. KCPT has helped me strengthen and tone my body in a way I never thought was possible! I highly recommend KCPT for the skilled trainers, clean facility, and lots equipment.

KCPT has a really awesome Mommy & Me class held on Fridays where you can work out and have your kiddos with you. There is a set up to have your kids play while you do your squats, burpees & other reps. They also show you how to incorporate your kids into your workout so you can do it at home.

I have been training with Kevin for quit a while now. When I first started training at KCPT I could barely exercise because of lower back pain and leg aches. Since learning all the correct ways to lift weights and maximize circuit training, my lower back and legs no longer hurt. I would highly recommend you reach out to KCPT for your training needs. I am coming up on 50 soon and have never felt as good as I do right now, and actually have never lifted as heavy as I do now. I am able to do things I haven't done in 20+ years. Amazing caring trainers who are out to help you look better and feel better. Thank you for being so good at what you do.
