I wish every town in America had a Kindred Cville. It is the best source of prenatal and postpartum community and resources Iβve ever experienced.

The Kindred Cville Joyful Birthing class is exactly what we needed as first-time incoming parents. I checked into options all over Charlottesville, and this was the only one that offered a holistic experience (from pregnancy tips to delivery to postpartum), with registered nurse speakers, and spread out classes to more than one night so we could really process the information and build community. My partner and I came away feeling 100% more informed and loved the welcoming, kind atmosphere of Kindred. We canβt wait to take advantage of their other offerings for pregnancy and parents. Thank you, Jenn and the Elizabeths!

Kindred is such a special place, when you enter you immediately feel comforted by Jenn and the staff supporting her. I have enjoyed prenatal pump and just finished the baby birthing and spinning babies class. I learned so much from the class (even after having one baby already!) and enjoyed coming every week. The amount of work that Jenn puts in to educate and provide options throughout the birth class to make you feel empowered is incredible. I didn't realize we would have a prenatal nutritionist and a labor and delivery nurse talk to the group as well, super informative and feeling great going into this second labor!

Quiet Time yoga for 3-6 year olds was adorable! We flew like airplanes, read through a yoga-themed children's book, and played with pom poms and colorful scarves. Even better, I got to relax with a mom friend and catch up after while kids played in the play area. It was a wonderful start to our Sunday morning!

Warm & welcoming space. The provider put everyone at ease and was clearly well-educated about her offering. Gentle touch and ethereal presence. Highly recommend.

I did the Flow & Play Yoga for Caregivers with Jenny. The class was fun, we had time to connect with other caregivers, and the yoga was restorative. My little one had an awesome time, and there was a nice balance of letting the little ones play with toys as well as time to use your little one in a yoga pose. Jenny modeled the poses using little ones so I could figure out how I would do the pose. I would highly recommend!
