Krissfit Personal Training is located in Arlington, VA and is dedicated to providing individualized personal training plans for our clients. We recognize that everyone is different with their own unique goals and fitness levels, which is why we put together fitness plans for each client so that they receive training and guidance that is specific to them and their needs. We will help you develop fitness goals, regardless of what they may be, and provide you with all the resources you need to succeed.

If you’re like me, you need someone to push you! Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to work with Kris/Viki or their wonderful team. Last May, six months before my wedding, I realized I was the heaviest I’d ever been. I looked puffy, felt sluggish and saw myself in my sisters wedding pictures and didn’t like what I saw. 2-3 days a week of F45 or Orange Theory wasn’t providing results. By the time my wedding came, Kris had me down 25 pounds, feeling strong and looking great. I’ve continued to work with Kris and am down 30+ pounds. Kris and his team provide an excellent training service that is customizable and
tailored to what you need - and at impeccable value !
I have been training with them for over 6 months in my apartment’s gym and the convenience is unmatched — and I plan to continue for the foreseeable future.
I initially started with a national company that provides a similar in-home service, but it was just another large corporation that came across as in-genuine and the trainer was far less motivated to provide a truly personalized training.

I’ve been doing in home training with Ahmad for 2.5 months and highly recommend him! Ahmad is not only professional, but “creative” in his ability to use the limited gym equipment we have to constantly challenge my fitness! He is also very attentive, correcting my form and knowing when to push more or modify. Ahmad is a certified stretcher also, so he has great ways to stretch after your workout, which especially helps for the day after 😉. I feel stronger and more toned already.

I cannot give more stars but 5 stars does not reflect the work Kriss put in for me. He helped me rehabilitate after battling breast cancer. I didn’t think I would gain the strength in my arms, biceps, shoulders etc. But I was able to do pushups again and although I couldn’t do very heavy weights, I was getting there with every workout. Kriss is caring and kind and I will absolutely be returning when I am cleared. If you are looking for someone to build you up no matter your fitness level, Kriss is your guy! I give him infinite stars!

Discipline is always a necessary aspect to ensure results and with Kris' program you are guaranteed to see noticeable results. In a three month period I was amazed to see the improvements in my strength, lean muscle development, and my weight-loss. I've always been someone able to commit to a workout or strength-training program and see some results without changing other habit patterns. However, what Kris impressed upon me was the significance of following his nutrition and cardio plans in conjunction with my weight training sessions. It took me over a month to buy in to his nutritional guidance, however when I did make the change my physical change was transformational. It was so motivating, that I wanted to sign up for another 3-month package to see how much further I could push myself. If you want to see amazing results, in a well structured program, then Kris is the trainer for you. Trust his program and commit to it...you will be impressed with the results.

I have been struggling to exercise consistently for about 2 years now. I've seen Kris and Viki in our gym working with their clients. They're attentive, know how to isolate and maximize muscle groups, are very professional, and make it easy for beginners like me, to get started.

I work solely with Kris and since signing up I can say this has been one of the best investments I've ever made. This is the first time in my life that I've actually looked forward to working out in the gym, even on my own in between our sessions.

I am actually a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I understand first hand how challenging it can be to get people to start building new habits with a busy schedule. Kris does a great job working with you at realistic pace while holding encouraging expectations. He's helped me with my smoothie regimen, introduced me to healthy supplements, improved my knowledge in proper work out technique, and I somehow got into the gym 11 times in one month while only seeing him once a week!

Hands down the best personal training I have ever received.

I have been training with KrissFit Personal Training for about a month now and am seeing changes in my strength and endurance. Kriss is a no nonsense trainer when it comes to lifting and nutrition. You can see from his own body, he is dedicated to the craft of bodybuilding, health and wellness.

You know how with other personal trainers they can be on their phone and you feel like they aren't focused on you? That is never the case here. Kriss is engaged with me the ENTIRE time. He is looking and adjusting my form to ensure that I am using the correct muscle groups and getting the most out of my session. He is also hilarious! I really have enjoyed getting to know him over our sessions.

He is extremely encouraging during our sessions and pushes me the entire time to do my best. He has corrected form that I have developed over the years that have made me stronger, and prevent injury.

Kriss, and his wife Viki are so kind. They are prompt with communication via text, phone and email. I have enjoyed training here, and will continue to do so in the future.

They are all very professional and tailor your workouts to fit your goals.
