LAT Wellness Studio provides affordable yet outstanding personal training for clients of all fitness levels.
VIRTUAL: LAT Wellness Studio offers many classes virtually, so you can join many of our sessions from anywhere in the United States using the Zoom video conferencing platform.
ON-LOCATION: At our Halesford Center studio at Smith Mountain Lake, our trainers offer one-on-one and small-group personal training, as well as special multi-week sessions such as Yoga, Barre, and Boot Camp.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and did not want to take the medicine without trying to see if I could positively affect my bone density with exercise. After personal training with Ashley I took my next bone density scan and it showed improvement! Bonus: I was also having significant knee pain before exercising with a personal trainer and it is almost completely gone now. I feel stronger than I have in years. I donβt have time in my schedule to go to a gym. Having Ashley set me up with a personalized workout routine that I can do at home has worked beautifully. I highly recommend!
