I started one-on-one training at Method in May and moved to M2 this October. M2 offers high-level strength training in a small group setting. The groups are capped at six people, so no one gets lost in the mix. The trainers have extensive experience and certifications, so you can feel safe that you will build strength without injury. I like the group setting as classmates support each other through the workout. Also, the class schedule keeps you on track with your fitness goals. Highly recommend!

I took this class initially to recover from some PT injuries. I love knowing that I can strength train without injuring myself and learning the correct movements.

Dylan is great at giving feedback! Always pointing out what we are doing right but also how to adjust our positioning. It makes the class more enjoyable when you're getting corrected less and less because it means growth and learning. I really appreciate this!

He also explains his reasoning for why we are doing certain movements/intensities which is important to me. Thanks team!

I was a client at Method Fitness and transitioned to M2 a few months ago. As a self-proclaimed cardio queen, strength training had never been part of my routine—until I found Method, and now M2.

M2 focuses on strength fundamentals, but the small-group atmosphere paired with high-intensity bursts on the sled and Echo Bike creates a truly unique and fun workout experience. Each class is thoughtfully programmed with clear fitness goals in mind.

Of all the group fitness classes I’ve tried, M2 really does stand out above the rest. It’s not your typical group class where they pack you in a room and no one cares to correct your form or pays attention the rest of the time. The coaches at M2 are extensively trained, super attentive, and make everyone of all fitness levels feel empowered. It’s obvious the programming is thoughtfully crafted and I love seeing my progress week over week (again, different from other group classes where you’re thrown into a random series of exercises every week!).
