Manassas Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced Trainers. Manassas Fit Body Boot Camp is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in only 30 minutes.

I was visiting from California, and my friend who’s a member of Fit Body Manassas brought me along to meet her team. I’m so glad she did!
A big thank you to Coach Bryan for making me feel like part of the family. He welcomed me with open arms, and his great energy filled the entire class. I had a great time even though I miss my Alhambra Fit Body team back home, Coach Bryan made me feel right at home here in Virginia. He even took a group photo with the whole class, and of course, I had to get a picture with him too!
I also attended the Saturday class with Coach Heather. While I didn’t quite feel the same welcoming vibe, the workout was still solid and the people in the class were really friendly.
Thank you, Fit Body Manassas, for the warm experience during my visit!

I joined Manassas FBBC in September of 2024 for the Ultimate Transformation Challenge and could not be happier with my experiences at this gym! The staff are incredible and are highly qualified. They motivate and push you just the right amount so that you leave every single class feeling like you got a great workout. It is a truly great community of members and you can't beat a solid burn in only 30 minutes!

We started MFBBC about 2 months ago, and I already feel stronger. Everyone is very inviting and the workouts go by so fast! I love how all levels can workout together. Our 19 year old college athlete son came with us a couple times and said it was one of the best workouts he's had in years...yet I'm still able to follow the same plan!

Started here doing a buddy challenge with my friend who is a member. I was super intimidated by this type of workout but everyone is so friendly and welcoming!!! I love that most of the workouts are only 30 minutes so even though it’s tough, it’s super doable schedule wise. Really enjoyed my first two weeks so far and the energy boost!

I want to preface this by saying I do not regularly attend the gym here. I visited for a Deka event.
The important part is that the gym owner, and coaches were absolutely amazing even though I was an outsider coming to their gym. They were welcoming, accommodating and super friendly! I would highly recommend this gym for those in the area.

I recently joined Manassas Fit Body Boot Camp and I am beyond satisfied with the incredible experience so far. First and foremost, the coaches at Manassas FBBC are exceptional. I have been a member of Manassas Fit Body Bootcamp for a year and a half. When I began working out I was weak, but used all the modifications and the coaches encouragement to build my strength and confidence. Now I am the fittest I have ever been and have even completed in a couple Deka Strong fitness competitions to test my endurance and strength. In addition, I love the members and coaches. After awhile, the members become family.

I joined Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) during the fall promotion. A few of my neighbors had already been going to FBBC for awhile and raved about it so I thought to try it out. I absolutely LOVE IT.
I had been going to LA Fitness for a few years but felt like I plateaued. FBBC was a great change of pace for me. Classes are only 30-minutes, and there are lots of time slots to pick from. The workouts themselves are very good, and I love the variety. I get such a great cardio workout that even my eyelids sweat. In the 3 months that I've been there, I've lost 12 pounds and gained more muscle. I definitely see the change in my physique.
The instructors Olivia, Vanessa, Heather, and Tava are amazing. They're excited to have you in class, and you can tell they really believe in you and want you to succeed. They push you to do better. I've been told a few times "Oh you can lift heavier than that!" The environment is just very supportive.
I look forward to continuing my fitness journey and achieving my fitness goals with FBBC!

I was looking for a way to challenge myself and heard about this program from another busy mom. The 30 minute classes fit so nicely into my schedule and I love how easy and flexible it is to plan which classes to attend with the app. All the coaches are fun and motivating. While the programs are challenging they are doable and I definitely am seeing results after just two months!

I started off with Manassas Fit Body Bootcamp through a promotion they were running over to summer to attend at a discounted rate for four weeks. As soon as I started, I realized it was a great fit for me. I’ve tried working out through more traditional gyms, however, would struggle greatly with consistency. The great coaches at Manassas Fit Body Bootcamp are warm, welcoming, and committed to helping me to stay on track with my fitness goals. I enjoy the inclusive environment and the well-planned exercise routines developed on a daily basis. Everyday is different, but always challenging, which making the workouts both fun and effective. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!!

I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I signed up for the Back to School special, I just needed to do SOMETHING. I have worked out with all the instructors at least once, and everyone is great! I walked in with zero experience and because all the instructors really pay attention and give immediate feedback during your workout, you know when you are doing something right, or you receive feedback on adjustments needed.
I feel like I really lucked out, trying it out on a whim. I love that the exercises are always a mix of something different and you get the trainer's feedback. The class times are fantastic, it seems like stuff pops up out of nowhere, but I'm still able to squeeze in a 30minute workout, if not in the morning, then definitely in the evening. Also, everyone is super positive. I've never felt out of place there. They are super welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, greeting everyone by name.

Pleasantly surprised...
I joined MFBBC for a month before a major surgery to keep me moving after the holidays when it was cold outside and I knew I wouldn't be cycling or running. In my head I was going for month and be done. Within the first week I WAS HOOKED!!!!
I love the 30-minute format. I love the variety and how the workouts can be tailored to each individual with just a small adjustment of weight or body position.
I came to this gym after having spent the last year doing intense one-hour "muscle head" workouts and didn't expect to be challenged BUT I WAS!!!!
As soon as I am released to workout again post-op, I will be back as a regular at BFBBC and I can hardly wait! The trainers there are personable, encouraging and welcoming.
I have a friend that just completed her 400th workout at another FBBC location and I wish I had joined her YEARS ago with this format! It's the best! Thank you!

This an a wonderful gym! I have had a lot of changes in my life the last several years that had my healthy and fitness take a back seat to other priorities. A few months ago, I decided that it is time to stop making excuses, get back on track, and take better care of myself. I tried at-home workouts in the past and the standard gym routine became super boring to me. Both options eventually fizzled out over time...
Manassas FBBC is ANYTHING but boring. The workouts are tough and constantly changing. You never know what you're walking into with your workout on any given day, but it's sure to keep your muscles burning! After my first few classes, I realized why the workouts were called the "Afterburn Workouts." LOL.
I loved that the program allows you to do a 3-day free trial, followed by an extended trial at a reduced rate. If you decide it's a good fit, you can setup a membership and pay either monthly or weekly; whatever works best for you! The longer commitment you make, the less the monthly rate is to join!
This gym has helped me re-prioritize myself to squeeze in a short, but intense daily workout before the rest of my house even wakes up! I needed something where I could be in-and-out, but still be able to get the results I wanted. I also LOVE all the trainers. I have issues with pain and arthritis, and any of the predefined exercises can be adjusted to fit your needs without sacrificing your fitness progress. It feels great to get individualized attention due to smaller class sizes, but not have to pay out the wazoo for a one-on-one trainer. Its the best of both worlds! The trainers are positive and help provide the extra push when needed. They also provide daily tips at the end of each workout to keep you motivated and on track towards reaching your wellness goals.
I also enjoy their fitness app and scheduling tools to sign up for classes!
I'm a couple months in, and starting to really feel and see results! I'm hoping to continue my classes way into the future. I have found that a scheduled time to have to be somewhere to workout keeps me on track and accountable!

I joined when they were running a special 6 week transformation challenge. I had no intention of signing up beyond that. I just wanted something to kick start me. But I love it and have signed up. The instructors are great. Very knowledgeable and encouraging. I love the half hour class. It fits in with my schedule. I give it my all for 30 minutes and walk away knowing I have had a great intense full body work out. I have seen changes in my body shape after 6 weeks and can’t wait to see what 3 months can do.

I started going to FBBC Manassas a year ago and it has been one of the best life decisions I've ever made. I've tried other gyms and personal trainers before but I never saw results. I'm now down 70lbs from my pregnancy weight and several pants sizes. I was able to make progress because the short class times are easy to fit in to a busy schedule and the coaches are incredible. Shout-out to Olivia who is amazing at scaling any exercise to your level, while also making working out fun. She'll have you laughing and dancing in between burpees.

I started going to FBBC in January of this year (I did a trial in December) and I cannot say enough great things about Manassas FBBC! From the trainers, the fitness model they follow, the overall comfort I feel going, and the amazing support they offer, I have NOT been disappointed. I often linger after class and ask so many health and fitness questions—and am ALWAYS happy I did because Vanessa and Christina are a wealth of knowledge and they are always happy to share. Olivia runs the Saturday classes and her energy can’t be beat! Between these 3 ladies, you will not find a better team. I haven’t been to but a few of Chris’ classes (the owner) but when I did, he was helpful and supportive (and again, he is full of health and fitness knowledge and is excited to share it with you). Between the owners and the trainers, FBBC can’t be beat—it is a judgment-free zone, with an amazing support team. If you want to kick your fitness into gear, look no further. They offer free 3 day trials (no payment info needed, it really is free!)

If you are looking for an option to exercise with professional trainers, for a fraction of the price, look no further. Manassas Fit Body Boot Camp offers mix of crossfit, HIIT, aerobic and weight training that is fun and effective. Each class is different and you never know what a$$ kicking you are going to get on any given day. There are also options for people with health problems, and the coaches always provide alternative exercises to accommodate those with issues. The club also offers a wide range of class schedule, so there is no excuses not to make it to the class. The coaches are very thoughtful and knowledgable and always ready to offer help with achieving your goals. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
