I usually get chat GPT to help me write reviews but I am so passionate about the training I've done w/ Michael that I'm going to take this one all on my own!
I started about 6 months ago - I had tried everything. Boot camps, apps, DIY - and seen little results. Due to this and a few injuries I decided to go the 1:1 route so I could get a personalized program based on my needs.
Michael has been incredible! He has a great motivating attitude without being too "extra". He also taught me a lot about nutrition and rest that have been life changing (literally - not just about aesthetic results but feeling 100% in all areas of my life)
But most importantly - I have never felt stronger and more confident in myself -- it's borderline becoming a problem :)
I initially was only going to do short term but w/ the results thus far I will definitely continue to make this investment in myself. I look forward to every workout (even leg day?!), and have an easy to follow, executable plan for my off days.

Michael is a great trainer. Working with him is a very comfortable environment.
I have been using his remote coaching services supplemented with in person sessions and it is perfect with my schedule. I get all the direction and accountability I need with the in-person training to improve technique.
Can’t say enough good things about this program. Totally customizable, actual conversations about changes and concerns. Much better than any app you would download in an attempt to keep you on track.

I have been working with Michael for almost a year now. I have never, ever stuck with consistent strength training until I started training with Michael. He builds workouts to make you feel confident. He's positive and helps you excel based on your own goals and physical abilities. It is the only workout I don't dread! Cannot say enough wonderful things about him!

After training with a few different personal trainers over the years, none have been as knowledgeable and personable as Michael. His programs are well thought out and a good fit for my strength training goals. I'm extremely happy of where I'm at after only a few months. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer because, regardless of the level you're at, he will find what works for you. Most importantly, he makes "going to the gym" enjoyable and never a chore!

Michael is a fantastic trainer. I’ve been working with him for about six months now and couldn’t be happier. When I started I didn’t have any goals or any idea of what to even do in a gym, I just knew I needed to do more than I was doing. Michael has really helped me understand how I should be moving my body and taking care of it for a long, happy, healthy life. On top of being a great trainer he is a great guy, always willing to work with whatever it is you bring him. Couldn’t recommend him more!

I have been training with Michael for 8 months. I first found Michael to help me get back into the gym after a long COVID workout hiatus. You can tell he really does have a passion for introducing (or re-introducing) people to the gym or new to working out. He is mindful of some things I really care about while training; focusing on mobility, improving form, safe use of equipment, and to enjoy the process! Even while I was injured, he helped create sessions that accommodated my pain and weaknesses so I could still keep working. My husband now goes to him too! He's super accommodating with scheduling, very communicative, and all around a great person! Highly recommend Michael!

Michael is a phenomenal trainer! My partner and I began training with him following a medical issue, and I’m so happy we did as we have both seen improvements in our strength and health. Michael is patient and accommodating, and has helped us both feel more comfortable and confident in the gym. He explains the exercises and their purposes well, takes care to answer any questions we have, and has done a great job tailoring his program to our needs. His training recommendations are holistic, well-researched, and have an emphasis on mobility, which we have noticed have translated to better movement patterns and strength in our everyday routines. Michael has transformed my life! I have several back issues that have prohibited me from doing many many things in my life. After working out with Micheal, I am now able to do things that I never thought possible. I am living pain free, enjoying time playing with my kids and simply being able to move around without being in pain!
Michael has taught me the importance of strength training and as a result, he has systematically improved my functional mobility . It’s because of Michael’s hard work that I am now able to do the things that I want to do instead of having to say “no” due to my back problems. I can not recommend him enough- He is the absolute best there is!!!

Choosing Michael as my trainer was an amazing decision. He cares deeply about the long term health and mobility of his clients. He takes your goals into account but pushes you outside your comfort zone in a safe way to discover, and master, new movements.
I lost over a pound a week following his guidance but more importantly I started To FEEL better and want to be more active in my daily life.
Michael is a professional and doesn’t give in to fads, but has a real interest in the movements and programs that achieve real results
