Jason was very knowledgeable and skilled in teaching his form of Korean Tai Chi and meditation during a private class for us. His instruction was clear, patient, and truly immersive, making it easy to follow and deeply enjoyable. The classes at Mindful Wellness offer a mix of yoga, tai chi, stretching, and breathing exercises that have helped to alleviate all the physical aches and pains that I get from work and improve my mental clarity and calm. The community here is also incredibly welcoming and I felt at ease from my very first class. Highly recommend trying a series of classes for yourself. They’re great for any skill level!

I really enjoy the Meditation class with Jason. The focus is on stretching, breathing and thoughtful relaxation. It’s a form of exercise I find very beneficial and highly recommend this studio.

My daughter and I enjoy going to Mindfulness Wellness Yoga Taichi. Ms. Nago and Jason are lovely and kind people. If you want to improve your wellness and feel better, this is a great place to start. You probably know or have heard of the benefits of Yoga. Tai Chi or “meditation in motion” is also refered by Harvard as “medication in motion” for its health benefits. I recommend trying it for yourself.

I am so happy to have found Mindful Wellness Yoga Tai Chi! Jason Moon and the other Instructors are super easy going and the classes are great for all ages and every size. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease when I started. It’s a wonderful studio, great for de-stressing and overall refreshing.

Master Jason Moon and his team are the real deal. His down-to-earth instruction is clear and carefully tailored for each individual, no matter their age or conditioning. He is highly trained and deeply knowledgeable across a broad range of techniques and wellness topics.
