I have now taken 4 classes here with 4 different teachers and they have all been great! I love how many different class options and instructors they have. The only downside is how quickly the classes fill up; but that's a testament to how awesome they are.

Love this place! Great instructors & classes. Only drawbacks are it's sometimes crowded in the main room &, for those of us who have done trapeze with higher options, the bar-height options here are lower than desired (no beats besides knee beats). My previous aerial gym had trapezes at 3 different heights, so beats were always included). Otherwise, love this place!!

I canβt recommend enough! I am a total novice & this is a safe space to learn. Itβs also really fun to be upside down.

Absolutely love the studio!
I have tried both the hard and soft apparatus plus all the conditioning/flexibility/dance classes they offer and it seems like each is better than the last. I haven't been this flexible in over 10 years! Super focused on safety, but they still give you the skills to put together you're own routines. I've only been doing this for a month and feel like I could (adequately not amazingly) perform at the drop of a hat on both Lyra and Sling.

I've been attending classes at Monarca since 2018, and I love it here so much. The instructors are wonderful and safety is always prioritized. There's a huge variety of classes and levels, as well as private lessons and open studio. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming, and there are showcases 2-3 times a year for students to perform. If you're not a fan of aerials, there are handstand and flexibility classes too. Definitely recommend trying a class if you're interested!

I can't say enough good things about Monarca and all of the staff there. I have been attending classes there for 3 years now. I have taken silks, sling, stretching, conditioning and handstand classes. Every instructor I've had has been professional, friendly, and very skilled in teaching. The school is unlike any other circus school I've been to in decor and I like that there are separate rooms for the different classes. They did a great job managing COVID safety in the last few years and continue to offer new classes, workshops and showcases. I recently performed in the last showcase and it was a fantastic experience!

How fun! The staff is supportive, kind, and professional. They are skilled and encouraging. I really enjoyed my intro class and plan to go back in the future. The gym was clean and the people were welcoming.

recently took an intro to silks class, and was very excited to attend. However my experience with the instructor was not a great one. Throughout the class he would say to me "what is that?"when I was attempting to try one of the poses that was taught. I noticed he would constantly say that to me, and not the other students Mind you, this was my first time ever doing aerial silks. I was trying my best. I was getting upset with these comments, that I didn't even want to try anymore. I was so disappointed and looking forward to attending, and was considering getting a membership. Now I don't want to come back.

Monarca in Flight is amazing! I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. I've never done aerials before and took my first intro class about 7 months ago and have had a membership ever since. The owner has done a fantastic job building a team of highly skilled and personable instructors and developing a class schedule with convenient hours (primarily evenings and weekends) and a variety of interesting classes for people with different skill levels and interests, while always making safety a top priority. The culture at Monarca is very welcoming and friendly from the first intro class, regardless of prior experience level or abilities. It's an awesome place to learn new skills and have a lot of fun!

I really enjoyed this place, and even though it's a bit far from where I live, it is such a pleasure every time going. Staff are friendly and helpful!

My daughters attended Monarca's circus Summer camp. Mr. Acoatzin Torres may have many skills, but he seems clueless working with children and pre-teens, and like an insecure yet overly authoritarian person who wastes too much time demanding respect. It s a Summer camp, not a military exercise!

This might be the most pristine circus arts studio I've ever seen: brand new mats & silks. Also well-managed warm-ups to allow max time on fabric, plus teaching to principles of form. Love it!

My friend and I found Monarca in Flight through a Groupon almost two months ago and have become addicted ever since. The facility and instructors are amazing! The pricing is very reasonable as well as worth it for the specialized equipment as well as hands on learning/instruction you'll get.

The classes at Monarca are amazing. My friend and I came with a groupon but we're totally hooked. If you've ever wanted to try Aerials, this is the place for you. Plus if you get a 10 class pack the classes are only $20 for an hour and a half which is awesome considering the specialized equipment.
