Small group(4 - 8 people) exercise classes for folks 40 and over. Excellent staff that readily assists with accommodations for any issues. Wonderful encouragement to do your individual best with guidance on form and suggestions for improving at your own pace.

Small and personal exercise classes for all abilities. Instructors are very aware of each individual's skill level, and they personalize each person's workout for that level. Great concept -- no mirrors, neon lights, and booming music systems here. Just a gym with the equipment that's needed.

Been going here over three months now and it’s the most incredible work out experience I’ve ever had. They really change up the exercises a lot and the trainer David pays close personal attention to each of us and whether we’re making our movements correctly. It has changed my life and mostly I credit this to the Trainer. I had a lot of pain when I started and within 2 to 3 months it was gone

I have been going to Movement Fitness for three months and it is a life changer. I look forward to my sessions and I am really seeing results. The trainer, David is a great task master who can challenge you to do more than you think you can while also adapting exercises to your level of physical ability and training you in the correct form so as to maximize your efforts and not injure yourself. I love the small group concept as you are not lost in the crowd, nor can you hide. There is a very positive vibe that is just felt with the entire operation, from the trainer, to the owner Marcus as well as from other members. The “You can do it, you will succeed, we believe in you, believe in yourself” message is quite powerful. I highly recommend Movement Fitness. It’s great!

I have tried many forms of exercise, joined countless gyms and disliked ALL. NOT the case with Movement Fitness small group training. Individual attention by the trainer (David) assures I am exercising right - efficiently and safely - and pushes me to try harder, going beyond what I perceive to be my limits (in a good way!). The members I have met are great and the comradery during the sessions adds encouragement and a bit of fun. Best program I have found!

I've joined Movement Fitness a couple of months ago. I love this place! The small group sessions enable you to get individual attention from the trainer. Even though the program is called 40+, I find the program doable for a 60+ like myself. All the members are very friendly and encouraging. Like I said I love this place!

I love fitness movement and look forward to my small group sessions. David our trainer gives each person a good amount of attention. You learn how to do the exercises properly and effectivity. He will push you but knows you limit. I was so happy to see I lost several inches and now starting to drop some weight.

Great and friendly trainers that really push you.. I have a bad back so I was afraid to start training. But they have been helping me with my form and isolating core muscles that are imperative for pain relief. Do this! You won’t be sorry!

Movement fitness gets real results! I've been an active person all my life but as I've gotten older Its been harder to keep off the inches. After the first three weeks I lost 7 lbs and 1 /12 inches or more in most areas. I am now in my 6th week and have lost 13 lbs and more inches. On top of it, the instructors are very enjoyable!

I have been doing Movement Fitness in Fairfax for 5 weeks...it is the best thing I have ever done for myself! I’ve never been athletic and hate the thought of going to a gym...I’ve paid many membership fees but never really used it properly. This is 1 hour 3 times a week with personal instruction, you are shown the proper way to exercise so you don’t hurt yourself and find you can do more than you ever thought possible. I am 60 and was very intimidated about embarking on this journey...this program is amazing! Thanks Marcus!
