I worked with Matt for a couple of months as an introduction to strength training, for general health and also to manage pain related to a long-term injury. He was great about introducing concepts gradually while still challenging me and offering alternatives if one exercise was aggravating injury pain. I was really happy with the progress I made and would recommend Matt as a good trainer for beginners.

Working out with Matt was amazing!
My form was so much better corrected that I felt muscle areas that I never knew existed before even though I've worked out similar in the past. Matt is very knowledgeable and tips were made easy and I felt werre tailored to my my level of knowledge (which isn't so high) and my goals and endurance, and above all of that it was pretty fun and I felt that it was very productive!

Matt has been great from the start. I’ve been working with him for about two months and he developed a great program for me. I’ve seen steady progress in my physique and strength. I had a muscle imbalance in my left arm from playing one arm dominant sports and it has been evening out over time. Matt is a great communicator and he provides a relaxed environment but still makes you push yourself. Couldn’t recommend enough.
