We have been having outstanding experience at My Gym! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff set a positive tone. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with ample mats and equipment suitable for all skill levels.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about gymnastics. They provide personalized attention to each student, ensuring everyone feels supported and encouraged. I was especially impressed with how they foster a safe learning environment while maintaining enthusiasm and fun.

The class schedule is convenient, offering flexible options for various age groups and skill levels. My child has made significant progress in their skills since joining, and they look forward to every practice!

Additionally, the community at My Gym is fantastic. Parents are involved, and it's easy to connect with other families during events and competitions.

We absolutely love My Gym! Our daughter attended the gymnastics and ninja classes and always loved when it was her day to attend class. Her confidence has soared since she started and her flexibility/ability to do different poses has increased as well. We also hosted a birthday party at My Gym and it was perfection! We were able to enjoy the party because the hostesses handled everything, including welcoming the kids and keeping them busy with fun during the party. It was perfectly executed and we would recommend this My Gym to anyone.

My daughter started going when she was 15months & she absolutely loved it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. So much for them to do and not only do it build motor gross skills, but social skills also.

We have participated in Parents night out, Costume parties & more and everytime my kids love it there!!

Katie, Danielle and Anjii are wonderful. Our My Gym classes are the highlight of our week. Every class has new and exciting things for the little ones to do. The teachers are so patient and welcoming. My son loves to go and is learning how to interact with teachers and other children in a class setting. I highly recommend My Gym Alexandria for parents with young children.

My wife and I just hosted our daughter's 3rd birthday party at My Gym in Kingstowne. Danielle and Sofia are amazing. They created a memorable experience for the parents and kids. They have fun activities they do with the kids that keep them involved and even incorporate small, developmental activites for the kids!

Many of the parents, including myself, raved about the fact that no other birthday party venue we've been to was this involved and this thought out. The kids were engaged the whole time and did not want to leave. Danielle and Sofia are wonderful at what they do.

We have loved our experience at My Gym - Alexandria! The teachers (Ms. Katie, Ms. Angie, Ms. Sophia, Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Danielle) go out of their way to to be accommodating and make every child feel welcome and safe. They greet every child by name when they walk in the door, keep the kids engaged throughout the class with the perfect balance of instruction and “free time”. We send both of our kids here and they beg us to come back! We could not be more satisfied with My Gym - Alexandria, would recommend it to anyone with young kids. The staff is amazing and make this place truly special.

I am revising my review placed back when my child was 10 months. She is now 3 years old and I am still a statisfied customer. We have moved locations and still offered clean and safe environment for the kids to play. The best part is the staff treats you like family. Every time we walk in the door my child is greeted with great energy. As a team they organized and tuned into the class, parents, and most importantly the kids. We’ve been regulars at MyGym for almost two years and we can’t say enough great things about our experience! First and foremost, our toddler has gained such important and impressive skills ranging from climbing and rolling, to how share, take turns, and follow directions. I knew that my daughter might make friends, but I never expected the friendships I would build with the other adults, including the wonderful staff of teachers! We have been going to my gym since my son was 6 months and he’s now 15 months. We LOVEEEEEE it there. Mrs. Angi and Mrs. Katie are so sweet, although we love all the teachers, these are just the two we have had the most interactions with! We love the unlimited play- it’s such a good deal and well worth the money every month. My gym is such a great place for kiddos to get energy out, socialize and develop new skills!

We went to a birthday party for five year olds and it was great. The kids were entertained and active, the staffers were fun and got the kids moving. More personal and organic than Chuck e Cheese: They learned every child’s name. Finished with pizza and cake and juice boxes. And… Parents can leave, for the duration. Well done!

We LOVE MY Gym! My 5-year-old has been taking Ninja Training class with Miss Angii and he's is obsessed. Miss Angii is very professional and absolutely wonderful with kids, even paying attention to and grabbing activities for my littler kids who wait in the lobby. Depending on the day, either before or after class, there is a Practice and Play time where my Ninja-In-Training gets to teach and show off his skills to his little brother. I wish we would have found My Gym ALX sooner!

Came here for a private birthday party. The kiddos loved it!! The staff were amazing! They took their time to walk up to every child to say “hi” and ask for their names. Once the instructional activity began, they knew all of the kiddos names. The kids loved it, these fun adults knew their names and wanted to play with them. I’ve always been a kids house party type of person but I’d definitely use MY Gym for my next kids party.

I took my oldest child here pre-pandemic for over a year, starting when she was a little over 2 y/o. It took her a while to get used to the structure of classes- she did not want to participate during circle time and only wanted to do free play. The staff at the time were very patient and amazing with her. Everyone was very friendly and worked really well with all personalities. They really tried their best to make it fun for everyone. I really love how it's decorated with all of the animals on the walls, even in the bathrooms! It makes it more fun for the kids:)
I started taking my youngest about a month ago and he loves everything about My Gym, including circle time! He counts the fishes in the bathroom and says hi to the elephant on the wall lol. Everyday he asks me if we're going to My Gym and he constantly tells me he likes it. Miss Katie and Miss Angie make class so fun and they are really good with the kids. Everything is just as I remembered from a couple years ago, except missing a couple of our favorite instructors.

my sons first bday party at My gym was awesome! i also went to a 5th bday party at the Waldorf location and it was bigger and awesome as well. Both parties catered to the bday child and guest( all different ages) the staff were very interactive, the entire party was on scheldule and age appropriate!i was worried about my son and younger guest as well as older guest bkenfing tigether for activities but it was perfect!

Our two boys have been at My Gym for two years. Miss Katie and her staff are amazing, you can see they absolutly love what they do! The boys have grown and learned so much at My Gym. The Gym is decorated so nicely and is always clean. The bathrooms are sparkling especially considering the age groups that My Gym caters too. We love it so much that we even threw our oldest sons second birthday party there. The team at the Gym takes care of every detail which makes for a stress free kids party experice. All we had to do was show up with juice boxes, pizza, cake, goodie bags and take pictures! My son told me that the zip line was the BOMB!
