The space is STUNNING. It really is remarkable. I appreciated how Blake welcomed me. And the restorative yoga class, led by Nina, felt soothing and poignant. In conclusion, I am very much looking forward to attending more classes at the MYND Conservatory!

I’m excited MYND Conservatory has found a home in Manchester! The building space itself is absolutely stunning, magical - it took my breath away the first time I walked in. The natural wood on the ceilings and floor, the brick walls, the scent and the 10/10 view of the city skyline… wow. The studio’s cozy vibe feels very thoughtfully designed, with its candles, incense, easy soft lighting & beautiful plants. It engages all your senses in such a lovely and grounding way you didn’t even know you needed.

I’ve taken a few classes so far and have enjoyed all of them, especially the restorative ones. I’ve been telling all my friends who I think would also enjoy this space to come check it out for themselves!

My experience as a beginner at Mynd was wonderful. I attended the Yin evening class led by Melanie, and it was slow-paced, deeply introspective, and grounding. I felt welcomed and safe throughout the session. I highly encourage all beginners to take a class here. The ambience is absolutely beautiful, and the yoga props — especially the blocks and bolsters — were a big plus!

I attended Emma's Stretch and Core class on Friday, 8/17, having never done any class like this before. I felt totally refreshed afterwards in ways I can not properly articulate in words. I found myself totally encompassed in self-awareness through her calming guidance, and all of her exercises were engaging, intuitive, and well-directed. She offered alternatives and adjustments for those who need physical accommodation, and did a great job at putting words to somatic feelings, allowing even a layperson such as myself to totally understand what I was meant to do, to feel, and to engage.

I went in tense and tired, and left feeling clear-headed and with a range of motion I had not been capable of since I can't remember when. The core exercises especially felt challenging, but her guidance gave me the necessary tools to push myself.

All-in-all, I had an excellent time in this class and will definitely return to experience Emma's teaching again!

I absolutely love Mynd Conservatory! Every instructor I’ve had the pleasure of learning from is incredibly talented, and after every class I leave feeling aligned, centered, and more connected to my practice. The space itself is beautiful and has the best vibes. I can’t recommend this studio enough 🧘🏻‍♀️💕

I fell out of my yoga practice about a year ago, and MYND has reconnected me back to yoga in such a beautiful way. The instructors make yoga something that EVERYONE can do, and there’s a growing community that Blake and Melanie are fostering. The studio is bright and welcoming, and me feel at home almost immediately. The loft space is absolutely gorgeous, and you can smell the fresh wood from down the stairs. I’m so thankful to have this space that helped bring me back to yoga.

Tried for the first time today, I felt welcomed and had a great time. Even though I’ve never done yoga before I did not feel pressured, embarrassed, or out of my comfort zone trying something new. Everyone was super nice and helpful, I will definitely be coming back!

Searched for "yoga near me" after a stressful day and Google suggested Mynd Conservatory: a brand-new studio in Manchester. Just took a yin/restorative class and left almost floating.
If you're coming straight from work, they'll provide a mat (or bring your own); props are top-quality. The loft space is restorative in itself, full of natural wood and light.
You can try a single class (and reserve online); if you like it, buy a package of classes at a discount. I will definitely be back.
