I started with Paulo 2 months ago and wow, can I see a difference. I didn’t realize how much I wasn’t using my core!!!!
My hip and lower back would hurt off and on when I would workout with a popular group gym in the area. So I stopped going and decided to give Paulo a try to build up muscle and feel better in general. Am I glad that I did, Paulo already has strengthened my core to the point when I walk up or down the stairs I can feel my strength in my core. No longer am I relying on my back to support my body!!!!
An added bonus is that I’m loosing fat and building up lean muscle.

I am so happy I have found Paulo. I am a 50-something female who plays a lot of tennis as my primary form of cardio. I was having knee issues and knew I needed to do some strength training. From the first visit, I have noticed immediate, definitive results. He has such a nice manner as he encourages you to give it your all. I can’t recommend him enough. I was initially very hesitant about personal training because of my previous experiences with personal fitness, but Paolo made me feel so comfortable from the minute I walked in. As soon as the introductory sessions were over, I knew I had chosen the right place!

Paolo and Gio push me to be the best version of myself and try new things. I feel myself getting stronger every day, and I’m so lucky to be in such a safe and comfortable environment while trying to reach my goals! I leave every session knowing I gave it my all, and it’s because of their encouragement and support.

After a long workday, I actually look forward to going to OTW because I have the best team of coaches who lead me through tailored workouts that fit my needs. It’s been a few months, and I’m feeling stronger than ever. Thanks to them, my relationship with fitness and exercise has completely changed.

I've been going to see Paulo at OTWF for almost a year now. I am so happy I tried the introductory offer of 3-visits for $99.00 because it started me toward reaching my fitness goals. Paulo thoroughly discussed my goals with me; strength and some weight loss. He has customized a program that fits me perfectly. He has been able to strengthen my legs and yet protect my arthritic right knee. I love that he also has an uplifting spirit and keeps tabs on me to make sure that I come even when I have those days when I don't want to. Because of Paulo, I am strong and have endurance. Paolo is an excellent trainer! I have been working with him for the past few months and my fitness level has noticeably improved during this time. Initially I was hesitant about personal training. I have done some personal training sessions in the Gym before and always felt they were a bit "cookie cutter" in nature. However, it was different with Paolo right from day 1. His workouts feel very tailored to me personally.

Initially we worked out in his studio. However, with the covid lockdown, this was not possible anymore. For the past several weeks we have been working out on FaceTime and he tailored the workouts to maintain the same level of intensity as we did in the studio with minimal to no extra equipment required at home. I still feel pushed to the next level without being overwhelmed. I highly recommend Paolo!!!

I started working with Paulo at On the Way Fitness after completing physical therapy from reconstruction surgery on a fractured shoulder. Paulo customized range of motion exercises for me that expanded on where I’d left off in PT, restoring my shoulder function to essentially 100%, while also safely rebuilding strength at a pace that I was comfortable with. I was so impressed with his knowledge and ability to continuously assess my needs, that I added a separate workout session for lower body, with a focus on recovering from a long-neglected arthritic condition. I recommend Paulo to anyone looking for a personalized training program, whether for general improvements or targeting of specific conditions.

My wife and I have been seeing Paulo at On the Way Fitness for over three years now. We are both what I guess would be called middle-aged and with the aches and pains adding up, however Paulo can always tailor our workout to address any issues. We usually attend together, with one on the treadmill or stretching while the other is getting a custom workout routine from Paulo. That said my wife feels totally comfortable and safe attending on her own as well. Thanks to On the Way Fitness, I am probably in better shape now than anytime before in my life! Strongly recommended!
