They have the coldest sauna out of all saunas. It’s never hot, it takes like 15 minutes just to break a sweat. Plus, having 1 sauna for both genders, you have people opening the door every 30 seconds. I’d rate this place higher if the sauna was actually a sauna

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY SESSIONS AT ONELIFE IN BURKE.
For the better part of a year I have had sessions with Carlos and Julianne at One Life Fitness in Burke. Carlos's sessions have been on flexibility and mobility, Julianne’s on strength and balance. They talk to each other to make sure I get a cohesive program and that everything gets covered. The two of them have done wonders for my strength and balance. What I really appreciate is that when my physical limitations prevent an established stretching/ balance/ strength activity from working, they ingeniously come up with alternate ways to achieve the intended result. Recently they have been physically preparing me for an upcoming hip replacement surgery. I am confident that with what they have done my recovery very should be both quick and complete. Many thanks to the two of them!

When I decided to join this gym, it was directly because of the GM, Emery. As a former district manager in retail sales, I love when I come across someone who actually knows how to lead and sell the right way. Emery handled my initial concerns with real professionalism. He earned my trust and gave me peace of mind from day one. He clearly enjoys what he does, and it shows.
The staff follows that same energy. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they like working here, and that makes the entire place feel different from most gyms. They just get it at Onelife in Burke.
I also want to give credit to Maricar in Accounts. I had a small billing issue recently, and she fixed it immediately — no hassle, no runaround, just straight-up great service.
Bottom line: this location is run well, the people care, and it makes the whole experience worth it. Highly recommend.

I joined the gym here nearly two months ago and I have yet to regret it. I love the fact that it offers childcare and the variety of classes is great. I primarily go for the classes and have enjoyed several of the instructors, particularly Valerie. I'm looking forward to using the gym for the kid's night out which they offer monthly. The kids care is a pretty large area and the workers are very nice. They often print out cute coloring sheets for my kids in things they like (Paw Patrol) and they usually don't put on the television unless they have a lot of kids- typically weekends. There is a play place, basketball court, separate baby area, and the hours are divided into morning and after work on weekdays and just 9am-1pm Saturday and Sunday. I felt really guilty leaving my kids to work out, but honestly this gym has been wonderful and my kids enjoy going. My daughter especially loves the little splash pool they have for young kiddos. I've also been able to visit other locations with my membership and that's been very nice to switch it up based on our schedule. The gym itself is clean, well supplied, and never crazy crowded. I've definitely attended full cycle classes, but as long as you aren't trying to get into a class last minute you can snag a spot.

Best gym I've been to! I started going to this gym about 6 months ago and have loved it. The childcare is amazing, they are the sweetest and care for the little ones so well! I also have to say, I love seeing that they don't just turn on the tv for the kids and actually play with them! I've also already seen multiple renovations, new equipment, and constant positive innovation and change. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. There's always people on the floor keeping the place clean. I love being at a gym that cares about their people, their facility and what they do.

I have been going and working in gyms for 20+ years and One Life Fitness in Burke Va is by far the best gym I’ve ever set foot in! It’s clean, welcoming, and the layout is in such a way that in over 6 months of attending I’ve never had to deviate from my routine because a machine or weight was not available or being used. The variety of machines and equipment is phenomenal and I enjoy my time there everyday! 😊

Everyone is courteous and respectful, staff and members included. I've never had a bad experience there. Out of over a hundred visits, I've only had to wait for a machine twice, and never for more than 2 minutes. The locker rooms are clean and spacious; I never feel crowded, and staff are always happy to help when asked. There are so many fun classes to choose from too. I love going there to work out. OneLife is my happy place.

I was afraid that when I moved from Richmond, I would not find a "work out" home. For my age, exercise is not an option but a necessity. I visited most of the gyms in this area and decided without a doubt that OneLife at Burke had the most diverse classes and workout equipment. The place has great classes during the day and instructors and staff very helpful. I found a new "workout home" here!!
Am looking forward to a great relationship here.

I want to express my gratitude to Byron, the receptionist at Burke OneLife. Not only is he a friendly and welcoming person to everyone who enters the gym, but his attention to detail is truly commendable.
One day, I noticed that a runner rug at the entrance lobby was slightly tilted, posing a tripping hazard. As I was about to straighten it up, Byron promptly arrived to take care of the issue. His promptness and concern for safety are evident, and I believe that every employee at this gym shares his dedication to maintaining a safe environment.
I am confident that members, including myself, feel safe and comfortable using this gym because of Byron’s efforts and the commitment of the entire staff.

I believe a gym is made by the people who go there and work there. You do have some high school kids who don’t like to re-rack their weights, but that’s to be expected for that generation - entitlement and laziness. Most of the other people seem to respect personal space and the gym itself which is nice, it’s not a social hour like LA Fitness. The gym is clean, equipment is kept up, bathrooms are fairly maintained, and the overall vibe is pretty nice. I used to work out at Vida-Chinatown when I lived in DC, and that still is my favorite gym I have ever been to. However, Onelife definitely is right behind it. It gets busy, but it’s not a meat factory and the layout is pretty solid.. it looks like a great deal of planning went into what equipment to put on the floor as well as the layout. I did free passes to all the gyms in the area and this one stood out the most. Shoutout to Bryan and Mike for helping me out. I am an avid lifter of 15+ years so I have been to many gyms all over the US. This one being in my top 3 says a lot.

Can you all please update your treadmills? They are severely outdated and the fans barely work on them. The ones on the right side barely are able to hold phones without them falling down without proper holders and all the belts are very worn down - liability waiting to happen. Also pls turn the AC colder - it’s way too warm in there for working out.

I’ve was a regular at this gym and used to really enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, I had an experience recently that changed how I feel about the place. I lost my airpods and discovered it wasn’t at their lost and found. Later, I found out that a different staff member (not front desk) had it at her house.
I understand the gym isn’t responsible for lost items, but it’s frustrating and honestly disappointing to see an employee take something from lost and found rather than turning it in properly or trying to return it.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I signed up for a guest pass for a day and made a 30 minute drive to this particular gym where I was meeting a friend. Upon getting here Mr Emory Bishop spoke with me saying that the membership office was closed and that I was not able to take advantage of my pass today. I was very frustrated seeing as I work 9-6 and try to make time for what I can. The gentleman did not let me explain that the pass emailed to me did not mention anything about the time limit nor did the text message confirmation I got inquiring about my fitness goals. Instead Mr Bishop refused to let me get a word in, further elaborated that this was his gym and he would not tolerate me talking back to him and went as far as to suggest that it was my fault for not texting back within a timely manner. Nothing provided by the gym was giving me a heads up about my limited time access or I would’ve have happily adhered to the rules. It’s very disappointing and disrespectful to hear wonderful things about this gym and get greeted so unprofessionally. Mr Emery did nothing to behave like a proper manager and instead wanted to assert his authority over ‘his gym’ i doubt everyone is this terrible here but id steer clear from this location!!

I've had a wonderful experience at this community center—it genuinely sets itself apart! The entire place is consistently clean and well cared for, which really shows how seriously they take cleanliness and upkeep. The staff members are warm, helpful, and clearly dedicated to making every visitor feel valued.
One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the Children’s Program. It's an excellent resource for parents, allowing them to fully engage in activities or classes while knowing their kids are safe and entertained.

I used to come to this place since 5 years ago. I love the staff and the place and coming regularly 4-5 times per week. I try to act responsible and clean the equipments I work with before staring and after finishing. Today, the bottles with the cleaning products were empty when I started and still empty after finishing (45 mins ). I approached to the desk of a lady who apparently was working on her computer and asked her for a full bottle who were literally behind her desk . She wouldn’t even need to walk for getting it and bring it to me , but Kasey was very “busy’ to to that and asked me to go to the front desk and ask for a cleaning staff member . Whaaaaaattt????? Why I need to do this? For me , she is an employee and she is the one who needs to solve that communicating with her team specially if she is part of the management team as it apparently is . My complaint is about how some members treat customers , how they don’t realize they are there to bring customer satisfaction. I was totally disappointed, and to be honest, I don’t care who she is or who she pretend to be …. For me this is totally UNACEPTABLE. She didn’t care since the very beginning and I got the message “it was not one of my tasks” Really? How an admin member can act this way? It deserves a review even though I love to come here and this is like my safe place for training .

Nice gym but the owners refuse to get an automatic front door, which makes access difficult if you’re carrying your exercise mat, gym bag, purse, weights or water bottle, etc. Not to mention all the cold and flu germs on the door handle. I really like One Life Burke. It is clean, hydromassage chairs are great. Sometimes they are down but that is rare. I worked with Kasey, a trainer there, and she was amazing. I have had lower back pain for about 25 years. I started having shoulder pain and she got rid of all my pain just by her stretches and exercises she had me do! I have been a member of this gym literally since it opened its doors years ago. The current management staff is the best that they have ever had.
Emery, the GM, is very hands-on and approachable to all members. He is fully involved in all aspects of running the club.
Kenny, the Fitness Manager, runs a well-designed program of personal training and fitness.
In recent years, OL has embraced the development of a community of their members that play pickleball in the gym. There have been some growing pains with the popularity of the game, but OL has been very supportive of their members and helped to develop the program.
I am very satisfied with Burke OneLife and I strongly recommend this club.

Good equipment and nice instructors. My complaint is the lack of temporary storage in the fitness classes. There are lockers in the changing rooms but you need a lock. I was a member for several years and initially liked the gym, but then the experience gradually got worse. I rarely saw any equipment improvements, despite the annual "club improvement fee," and several things needed replacement or repair. There are not enough dumbells and many don't have numbers or labels. Equipment is usually scattered all over, and even though this is general member gym etiquette problem, the staff really doesn't do much except try to put things away in the last 10 minutes of their shift. There are always bags and belongings scattered all over and groups of kids lifting without shirts on or posing for photos. The bathrooms are always dirty, along with much of the equipment. The staff will go around pretending to clean, but anyone actually using the equipment and paying attention can see filth all over the floor and on the equipment. The open hours were cut during covid and never restored. Finally, I left the area due to military orders and was still charged 6 months after last being in the gym before finally disputing it with my bank. This gym used to be ok, but I think new management came in a few years ago and it's been downhill from there. I also suspect there are fake reviews posted on here because there is no way so many people could not find one thing to complain about at this gym, or any in this price range for that matter.

I found this gym experience to be incredibly frustrating. It seems like no matter what time you go, except for the narrow window of 10 AM to 12 PM, it's packed to the brim. Trying to use any equipment is a nightmare – it's always occupied and you're stuck waiting as others linger on their phones and engage in lengthy conversations while on machines. The overcrowding and lack of consideration for fellow gym-goers make me question the value of my membership. Honestly, there are other alternatives nearby with less crowded gyms. Save yourself a huge everyday hassle !!!

Moved here last year and decided on onelife because they had a pool and kids club. Turned out to be an excellent choice. Hours are broad. Staff is great. Equipment is comprehensive. And my kids love going to kids club every week, which is huge. Most importantly, the manager, Emery, really cares about the customer experience, which sets the tone for the whole place. Only complaint I have is that the family changing room could be cleaned more often. But overall, definitely recommend.

I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the professional customer service received today. I did a comparative analysis between Golds gym (where I was a long standing member) and One Life Fitness. OneLife won. You ask why?
Personal exceptional customer service from Jeff O Emery B and Michael B goes unmatched. Their mental equanimity(brilliance) about fitness coupled with their freshness of approach goes unmatched. They make it easy to join, no pushy sales, plethora of equipment, bright lights and cleanliness of the club speaks for itself. Checkout it out. And just for grins checkout Michael B. perfect white teeth at the front desk.

A shame as was going to return in 2025, but the corporate side of this company is unreasonable, lacks character to check what happened, and my son and I will go to another gym. They’ve left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff here is amazing, but you’ll have to deal with the corporate side, and they’ll treat you as a low life peasant rather than a responsible paying gym member. Avoid this like the bubonic plague.

Tracy the spin coach is amazing she has one of the best classes I have ever been to everyone one in there is pumped to be there. Most of the time every bike is full. Tracy is an asset to one life fitness.
As for the rest of the gym killer place to workout at swim laps relax in the jacuzzi and sauna and do a pool workout in there heated to 90° therapy pool. For the price of the gym can’t understand why you wouldn’t workout here. Beats going to planet fitness that’s for sure.

The facility is nice. This review is for a kids club experience. My children’s grandmother was checking in our children at the kids club and they are members. The kids club manager (Soraya?) yelled and threatened to kick their grandmother out of the kids club since she was not yet a member. She was yelling, became irate and her manager even asked her to calm down or he would send her home for the day. Children should feel safe and the behavior displayed by her scared the children. If the kids club manager or any kids club staff are easily angered, how can we ensure our kids are safe in her care? I reported this incident to the regional manager and the only solution offered was to have the kids club manager take more training. Sadly, I’m not sure we’ll ever feel our kids are safe at One Life Burke kids club. It makes you wonder if this were reversed, would they have called the police.

tl;dr If you want to join this gym for the amenities, they frequently are out-of-service.
I joined this gym over a year ago and since that time the hot tub has been out of service twice, the sauna has been out of service twice (both times for over 2 weeks), and the men's showers were completely out-of-service once. It's like playing a roulette game every time I walk in to see what part of the gym I can't use that day. I won't list all the machines which break and can't be used, but it's a non-zero number on any given day,
The managers, staff, and trainers are nice but it's a frustrating experience to constantly not be able to use the amenities I joined this gym for.

I was on the stairmaster when I noticed a guy taking a picture of me. I confirmed this as he walked in front of the machine I was on where I was able to see that he had the camera opened on his phone. He continued to go around looking for other girls to take pictures of and that is when I decided to approach one of the trainers that was right next to the stairmaster machines. I informed him of what had just happened and pointed out who the guy taking the pictures was. That is when I noticed that the the guy was now near two girls who were both bent over doing different exercises on the cable machines. The gym trainer proceed to tell me he will talk to management but all he did was go stand near the guy and looked to see if he took pictures again. As I continued my workout doing abs at the mats, I noticed the guy who took the picture of me had followed me and when he saw me starting at him he pretended to look out the window that was right next to me. After that happened I decided to end my workout and head home because I did not feel comfortable there. Before leaving the gym I spoke with the women at the front desk and she called the manager over. The manager hesitantly came as he mentioned he was busy and a lady was waiting to speak with him. The front desk lady mentioned that this was important and concerning which got the managers attention for about 2 minutes. We were able to describe what had happened and I mentioned that I was able to take a picture of the guy in case they asked me and he wasn’t in sight. The manager proceeded to question how I knew he took a picture of me and said he would speak to him. Then before we could say anything else he went over to the lady who was waiting to speak with him. This is not the first time this guy has taken pictures of girls as he did the same to my sister and cousin who are also members there. I think it is extremely unprofessional how the manager and trainer “handled” this situation as many of the girls who go to the gym around that time are high schoolers and this makes it an extremely uncomfortable environment.

Onelife fitness has grown its membership, but don't let that deter you from making a visit. Solid equipment, facilities, and staff will make you become a member. Bobby, at the Burke location is firm but fair. He's one of the main reasons I've continued my membership.....he will enforce the rules and treat everyone fairly while doing so. Emory, Bradley, Kenny, Kacey, Marcus, Jim, Rich, and others...... I can go on and on about the quality, professionalism, and their positive attitude the moment you walk into the facility. Again, don't let the full parking lot deter you....come in, take some classes, and start that fitness journey.

I have been a member of this gym for many years now. I must say it is one of the best in the area. I read some of the other reviews and I suppose I don't understand them. The gym is neat, clean, and very well managed. Of course the bathrooms and locker rooms become dirty, but "members" make it that way. There aren't gym employees just standing around waiting to pick up after members. They do a decent job keeping things clean. In fact, there is time allotted on the schedule for cleaning. Equipment does get moved around by members, and yes it can become frustrating. However, you have to go and get what you need to work out with in another area of the gym. Great classes with great instructors. There is good equipment, pool, sauna, red light therapy, and a tanning salon. I am very happy with my membership, in fact I left another gym to join OneLife Fitness. Overall, very good gym for the money. You will not be disappointed. Did I mention, Pickleball!

I have been a member of this fitness club for just about 2 years now. It is affordable and convenient. But the most important things I like about this club are the camaraderie, atmosphere, and the instructors. I enjoy being in a class surrounded by similar minded people keeping up with and enjoying the workout. We all get into the zone. I feel that I truly belong! And the instructors are wonderful in that they give guidance and advice regarding the particular class with absolutely no judgement. Everyone is respected for their own abilities.

About a year ago, I started coming to this gym. It was great. However, the experience has nosedived. The bathrooms are constantly in a bad place, one of the turfs is infested with bugs and when you seek to use the amenities included in the additional membership there is always an excuse. Most recently I asked to use the InBody scan, included with my membership, was told that it had to be scheduled. When I asked if there was no way to use it, as he wasn’t helping anyone and it was not in use I was told no. Was not offered a way to schedule. The infestation has been more than a month.

Before subscribing to this gym, it's important to note that canceling your membership requires providing justification to them. As adults, we shouldn't have to explain ourselves, yet here we are expected to justify our decision to leave. If they don't find your reason acceptable, you'll be charged a hefty fine of $119.97 for early termination of the contract you're required to sign. However, the gym staff fails to explicitly mention this crucial point. It's essential to realize you're signing a year-long contract with penalties for early termination, even if your reason is deemed valid. It's concerning that such details are buried in the fine print, shifting the responsibility onto the consumer. This deceptive business model, coupled with their failure to address recurring complaints, reflects dishonest practices. They prioritize extracting money from clients over fostering trust and loyalty. Consequently, I cannot in good conscience recommend this gym to others, and will actively dissuade friends from joining.

I’ve been coming to Onelife Burke since moving here a couple of years ago. Since I joined they added some new machines (hack squat and decline bench, finally!) and other features like the red light therapy room and hydromassage chairs. I generally lift in the free weight area, and my one gripe with this gym is the members being inconsiderate and leaving equipment and weights all over the place and plates racked on bars; I get a warm-up in just unracking other peoples’ weights. Sometimes when I come in first thing in the morning this is still the case, so I’m not sure if anyone cleans things up overnight. If you’re reading this and are a current member, please clean up after yourself and rerack your weights!

What's with people walking straight from the exercise equipment, through the pool area fully clothed with shoes on, going right into the steam room, sweating in their clothes with shoes on, then going back into the gym? Disgusting! There is a sign on the door saying to 'shower first and wear swimwear' but everyone including the staff ignore it. Stinky shoe steam room! Other than that, it's an ok place.

Twice in the last week, the gym has been late opening. 3/26, it still wasn’t open by 5:15am and then again today, 4/1, it wasn’t open by 5:15am. It’s disappointing to get up early to go to the gym and not be able to use the facilities that we pay monthly for.
Other than the timeliness of the opening staff, this place is a nice gym. It’s clean, has a variety of equipment. Our son loves the kids club when I come later in the day.
I hope management can do something about the late opening times!

This gym is worth it. I loved all the amenities. Be cautious of your belongings, though. I had AirPod max ($600 value) stolen from my gym bag in the locker room. Victoria Rosell, a teenager that was allowed on the premises of this gym and allowed to obtain a membership, is snooping through the locker room and will steal from you if you leave anything unattended. I am sure others have been victims of this. This gym is fine, it is worth a membership. But please be cautious of your belongings. This gym is not that great. For $60 a month it should at least be somewhat put together. I can never find the weights I need, I spend most of my time just looking for them and for being a fairly new gym, the lockers rooms are in terrible condition. You will often find teenagers who just hang out around the machines. It’s annoying for someone who wants to just go in, get their workout in, and get out. I have since canceled my membership (which I had to pay an extra $149 because I broke my 12 month contract) and been contacted via email by someone due to the review I gave when they sent me a survey. They asked me if I’d like to chat so they can better understand why I wasn’t satisfied with the gym so I said yes and provided my phone number and a time that was most convenient for me. This was on January 27th and the general manager has yet to contact me.

I like the club's location and decided to become a member, but I've faced difficulties in finding proper assistance, particularly with the personal training services. After purchasing the first package of three sessions, the trainer unilaterally assigned me to a new, inexperienced trainer for her practice without asking. Although the new girl is very sweet, I was actually seeking a more experienced trainer.
Today, while searching for assistance and waiting for half an hour to purchase a personal training package (which led to canceling my business meeting), the interaction with the only available trainer was unpleasant; he seemed too busy and only gave me his card, suggesting I call at another time. Surprisingly, the manager couldn't arrange a suitable personal trainer either. It's puzzling why the club doesn't seem interested in accommodating an enthusiastic client willing to spend extra money.

Seems like it should be a good gym. But it’s very much below average.
-Scales. Is it unreasonable to ask that a *gym* have working scales?
-Very little space for floor workouts
-A weird mishmash of weights
-Extremely poor gym courtesy. Weights not put back, equipment uncleaned
-Equipment might get cleaned better if they used gym wipes instead of cheap paper towels that one has to spray with disinfectant and come apart upon use
Pros: it’s close to my house

This gym has great potential, however there are a few things that grind my gears. My biggest issue is the lack of cleanliness. The women's locker room is just gross. There is hair, water, paper, and other randomness all over the place, all the time. There aren't enough cleaning stations around the gym to properly and quickly sanitize the equipment. Also, there are TOO MANY teenagers in here socializing and taking up space on the equipment. It's frustrating for those of us who want to workout efficiently. The Alexandria location is better and cleaner, however I pass Burke to get home....so here we are. Please clean up.

The facilities inside this gym are passable, but the administration is a cesspool of deceit and trickery.
As a naive newcomer to the world of gyms, I ventured into their lair seeking information about trial periods or any other form of introductory offer. I wasted over 20 minutes of my life spewing my concerns to the membership desk, explicitly stating my uncertainty about committing to a long-term membership.
These conniving serpents disregarded my reservations and slyly manipulated me into signing a one-year contract on an iPad. I foolishly neglected to scrutinize the fine print, but their underhanded tactics are inexcusable.
Only when I attempted to cancel my membership did the horrifying truth come to light. The cancellation process is a labyrinthine nightmare designed to frustrate and discourage members from escaping their clutches. Instead of allowing me to cancel in person, they directed me to send an email into the void, where it would languish for days on end.
After a week of agonizing silence, I received a response informing me that I was trapped in their clutches for a full year. As if that wasn't cruel enough, they demanded a $10 monthly fee for the privilege of freezing my membership - and only for two months max.
This entire ordeal has left me with a profound aversion to gyms. Thanks to One Life Fitness, I now associate these establishments with dishonesty, trickery, and a complete disregard for customer well-being.
If you value your sanity and your hard-earned money, steer clear of this deceitful den of iniquity.

A top notch facility serving the Burke/Springfield area with everything you normally find in a gym PLUS a pool and pickle ball courts. Most impressive is the staff - from the front desk personnel who welcome you with a smile and a ‘Have a great workout’ even at o dark thrifty, to the cleaning staff.
The group classes that I migrate to have amazing leaders that are welcoming to new people, professional in their own leadership style, upbeat and energizing and really provide a great workout. While each has a different personality nearly every instructor I have come in contact with is top notch in every way. I especially want to give a shout out to Tracy D, Robin R. Suzi R, Shannon P, Valerie M, Brauna, and Mary S. You may not know it but you make this old guys day and keep me coming back. I haven’t had a back workout in any instructor led class - not one. Thanks for making working out fun for me and many others. You’ve each made a difference.
My last shout out goes not to the staff but to a fellow OLF member - Glenn. Glenn coordinates with OLF and together they’ve developed a nice indoor pickle ball community.

I am a student and an out of the state for 9 months out of the year. This company is not accommodating at all to students. You are forced to pay just to put a hold on your membership AND it caps out at two months unless you are 1. unable to use their facility due to a medical reason in which you need a doctor’s note 2. deployed.
Also, this facility has become ridiculously over crowded in the past couple of years making it incredibly difficult to get a decent workout in without having to wait for equipment. This company is drawing in so much money but visibly is not doing much at all to improve their facilities. They decided to install a new towel dispenser rather than fix half of the equipment that’s broken and nearly unusable. Some of their equipment is at the point where it isn’t even safe to be put on the floor…
You are much better off going to a gym that is only a few minutes out of the way than try to deal with all of the problems that this facility refuses to fix.

Great ownership. I needed a spot to lift for a couple days, nothing permanent, and Shaun (the manager) helped me out. Great facilities and services, definitely would recommend

They charged me 1 month after my cancellation request, and when I asked one of Burke's branch manager to help me, he said I can't if you can't remember the name of the person who talked to you 1 month ago when you requested the cancellation.

This has been my go-to gym for a few years now, and I have to say that it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff, the equipment, and the facility is top notch. It provides everything in a gym that I was looking for, so if you are looking for a gym in the area, this is one that’s worth your time!

Very bad time hours , they close early for the pool area. Finish work by 8 and can't have even 1 hour in the spa. Terrible business hours

The most amazing gym! The staff is so nice and welcoming. The gym always has what I need as far as equipment. Love their an station. It’s always so clean! The day care takes great care of my babies. I can’t say enough about this location. There is nothing they can do to make this a better location.

I visited for the first time today. Very clean facility and spacious. I enjoyed the layout. The only complaint I have is the dumbbell section needs newer equipment. The dumbbells are outdated.

Nice gym with great staff and a lot of equipment and amenities. Honestly a good deal for the price you’re paying compared to a lot of gyms in the area. Shoutout to Shaun and Chasz for being awesome managers and being really helpful during the sign up process.

Great gym, been going here for awhile now! If you know what time to come, you can get on all the equipment you need to and get out the gym in a reasonable amount of time! The staff are typically friendly as well
There are 3 areas keeping this place from being 5 stars.
The 1st is that the people on staff need to make a greater effort in kicking people off equipment who are on their phone or talking to people and not working out.
The 2nd is that I found out they recently got rid of the free guest passes for first time guests. Which means they have to pay $10. This is a little absurd to me considering all the gyms who let their members bring a guest as much as they want for free. Not to mention unlimited free guest passes would be a GREAT way to get potential new members (similar to how Life Time Fitness and Planet Fitness allow unlimited guest passes).
The 3rd is a slightly smaller issue but worth mentioning. I personally think the gym should close at midnight rather than 10pm. That's one of the reasons I have two gym memberships. Sometimes I have to go to Planet Fitness instead of Onelife because PF is open longer. That's perfectly good money that could be going to Onelife instead.
I will update this review later depending on the changes the gym continues to make.

My wife and I joined when Washington Sports closed. My only complaint/comment is: while it may be crowded, to make matters worse, there is too much sitting on a piece of equipment reading cellphones. Some of the equipment needs a sign, “No cellphone reading”. I can’t imagine someone will cancel their membership because they can’t sit on the lat pull-down bench and read their cellphone.

I'm from out of town, so am not familiar with the whole area, but tried this gym out while visiting - I have nothing but amazing things to say about this gym, it's culture, and it's staff. It has everything one could want in terms of equipment, space, and the encouraging culture of athletes/individuals on a mission to better health and fitness. Love being there - Shaun and the team make the experience all the more better with their positive greetings & hospitality. 10/10 recommend!

first and foremost I would like to thank the Abbasi family for recommending me to the fine establishment I’ve been going to this Onelife gym, great location for about a month now and it is very clean and very well-kept the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and feels like I’m walking into my own house every time I walk in. Overall, you cannot find a better gym in the area in a better place to get a workout in.
