Joining Onelife fitness has been a total game changer! I thought I knew what a tough workout was, but joining the 360 fit classes has really opened my eyes as to how much I'm actually capable of. The coach pushes us and motivates us beyond our comfort level, and the results are astounding! It really has become like a family. We're all bonded in a common goal and strive to help and encourage each other to meet that goal in each workout.

I'm thoroughly impressed with all of the coaches and trainers as well as the staff. It's so nice to walk into an establishment and be welcomed each time. It's also so nice that they offer child care for those that need it. I love that the gym equipment is always well maintained and the building is consistently being cleaned.

The culture at this gym is unmatched. The Fit360 classes are my favorite and the highlight to my day! Kevin Clark is the MVP of trainers, bringing out a spirit of excellence out of everyone that crosses his path. I workout 6 times a week now and lost 30 lbs after my second baby. I’ve been going here for a year and the customer service is always great. I love all the amenities espscially the cardio movie room. Early during the afternoon is my favorite time to go because it’s not crowded. You also get discounts on protein shakes and other beverages available at the front.

Nice gym, fairly clean, smells decent for a gym. I like that they keep cleaning supplies near all the equipment. Has a good amount of equipment. Gets pretty packed during peak hours which makes it hard to do your routine. If you’re flexible with the equipment you use then you’ll be fine during the peak hours. Having classes as part of your membership is nice. There’s no basketball court if you’re into that. I love working with bosu balls and for some reason they can not keep those stocked, it went from like 6 on the rack to 1 deflated ball. Oh and read the contract before signing. You basically have to die to to get out of it. I already signed away my life so might as well use it.

I love this gym! It is kept clean and the lockers kept up. The instructors take personal attention to you when you are talking a class. I go 5-6 times a week. I am always greeted with a smile.
I credit the gym with helping me getting in excellent shape for my knee replacement surgery. As soon as I was released by the the doctor I was right back. I used it on days I wasn’t going to PT. My recovery was definitely shortened by the addition of the gym.
No matter your age you will feel welcome.

Edit May 2025: back to five stars! The equipment has been updated and the cleaning is constant to help with the people who aren't wiping down their own machines.

Edit January 2024: the music keeps getting louder and the service/equipment maintenance is declining. Taking off a star. I'll still take this gym over the niche stuff like an OTF gym or a Barre gym because of the variety but I'm seriously starting to consider a "downgrade" to planet fitness since I don't need anything over an 80 lbs dumbbell

This place has been a pain sense the beginning first their personal trainer Brady got upset because we didn’t want him to train us then he started texting mean things to me and my girlfriend.
