I chose the gym because of the location mainly, but quickly began to enjoy the gym for the atmosphere and all it has to offer. It can get crowded at times which happens when you offer a good product. The facility is always clean, the staff friendly, and management is always looking for ways to make the facility better by listening to the members. It also helps that there are other locations to use.

nice place but frustrating when i come at night and have to sit and wait sometimes 30 min to use one piece if equipment cause folks congregate or text on their phones at the y they had folks monitoring this so we didnt have to sit and wait. i work all day and try to squeeze a workout in the evening. i dont mind waiting sometimes i end up being here till late waiting for folks to text and or bs

Isabella did a wonderful job taking care of the aquatics today. The spa water level was fabulous and the water was nice and hot. Spa was cleaner than I’ve ever seen it and I was able to enjoy myself. Chemicals were regularly checked and the pool was nice and clean too. 5 stars EVERY. DAY. Great front desk staff too! Elana and Ian were so nice assisting me. LOVE IT HERE

I been member of Onelife fitness ever since it came to existence in Winchester Va! It’s super clean place where I see couple of people are always scrubbing or wiping the floor and equipments! They have a wide variety of equipments and various rooms for different kinds of group workouts! Oh, does forget their sauna, swimming pool and hot water spa!

Thank you so much for causing me to gain weight where it's good weight and lose weight where it's bad weight. Im staying around 235 all the time now. This is becuase going to this gym has allowed me to become stronger and lose weight!! Bring a regular now staff has been working on building a rapport which I like it makes me feel like I belong. Easily the best gym around, so much room, even on the busiest days you can usually get a machine in 5 or so minutes. The staff is friendly and I have to shout out my personal trainer Daniel Shifflett! He was such a big help with my progress in my fitness journey. This facility has been a wonderful place to exercise...there are so many different things you can do, and everything is clean and tidy. I feel like it's walking into a playground when I come in! Turning 65 years old, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that with Medicare comes a FREE membership to a gym. I was disappointed though to find out that the gym that I was currently going to was not a part of that program. However, ONE LIFE FITNESS was included, so I went to sign up with no intentions of canceling my current gym.

It was there I met Isabelle at the Front Desk. Not only was she amazingly informed, but she was hilarious and we “cut up” while she was signing me up. Come to find out that Isabelle was the boss lady and I was impressed that she took time for a newbie like me. She obviously practices what she preaches.

Long story short, I was impressed with the facility and found it well equipped and clean. I have put my former gym on hold to give ONE LIFE a chance.

Currently I am very content and am glad that my eyes were opened to a gym I never thought I would join.

REMEMBER: Anyone can open a gym, but not every gym hires people like ISABELLE!

What a fantastically clean pool and gym! Many of us in the Strasburg area have had to tolerate the moldy rec center pool for the past. This is our redemption! And it is cheaper than Anytime fitness, unbelievable.

If it were any closer to Strasburg, I would know that this is not real life, But a dream.

Winchester OneLife has it all. Equipment, weights , trainers and PTs. Team of of hardworking cleaners also keep the facility nice and clean. For me it was the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi and the basketball court that sold me. OneLife also has massive selection of food and drinks for purchase. Did I mention they have massage chairs. Spend the extra few dollars and sign up at OneLife and say goodbye to Planet Basic ! Did I mention the scenery !!

They have everything you could need, weights, sauna, pool, hot tub, regular InBody Scans, etc. They have a huge variety of equipment and lots of space to accommodate athletes of all training styles. I cannot express enough how incredible the girls who work in kids club are (Maya and Selena). Their ability to keep my children comfortable and entertain them for 2hrs at a time is something I am SO grateful for. This gym has been fantastic. I needed a gym with child care and this place is the absolute best! My children ages 2 and 4 love going and I feel confident knowing they are safe and having a great time. The kids club employees are so amazing with the kids, always interacting with them and dancing or coloring/ etc. The gym is clean and I love all the classes they offer and the pool/spa is so relaxing! One of the trainers Francisco Reyes, helped me so much when I first started. Helped me figure out a good diet and workout routine. He helped me see results fast!! OneLife Fitness in Winchester VA is the best location for a workout and training. The site has fantastic amenities and a helpful caring staff. The trainers are top shelf and provide a range of training for neophytes or Olympic level needs. The building is convenient for those working in the Shenandoah/Winchester region and hours are reasonable. Fees and training costs are competitive with other fitness operators.

I leverage a trainer for formal workouts and it works for me. Becca Toler has been the best trainer I have worked with over the years. She’s good with managing goals and expectations plus holding you accountable. If you do fall short she can assess and partner with you to build a proper plan and mitigate risks. A great person!

Multiple bad experiences with the staff and all in all a bad gym. I’m going to give 2 examples of bad run ins with the staff. My first example is when I cut my finger on a piece of equipment which had metal hanging off it. I warned the nearest staff which was a younger guy with dirty blonde hair. He started off very rude and started rubbing his finger over the equipment and kept saying “I’m not getting cut, there’s nothing there” as my finger is in a bloody paper towel. He preceded to say that I was interrupting his session. The piece of metal is still there as of today. My second bad experience was today. I was talking to my friends while doing a workout when I was approached by a short, stubby staff member who had black hair and black stubble. He started to yell at me and said “I wasn’t talking to you” when I had never said anything to him in the first place. The gym is very dirty with hard working janitors. I once found a bloody bandaid with the machine attachments, which was delft with quickly by their janitors. It has most of the equipment you need which earns it its only star.

I can’t recommend this gym enough! From the moment you walk in, your greeted by a spacious and clean environment – no matter how busy the parking lot is, the gym never feels overcrowded. It’s always spotless too; I constantly see staff cleaning and keeping things in top shape.

A big shout out to my Trainer, Becca. She has completely transformed my fitness journey. Not only does she have a deep knowledge of training and nutrition, but her personality makes every session enjoyable. She knows exactly how to turn my weaknesses into strength without making me feel inferior. It’s truly inspiring how much I progressed with her guidance. I’m honestly shocked at how much muscle I’ve gained in just six months – looking in the mirror and seen muscles in my arms and leg has been such a rewarding feeling.

One Life has given me the motivation I need to keep coming back. I highly recommend a personal trainer to get you started if you are unfamiliar with the equipment. I enjoy such an array of activities here. There is a class for everyone from yoga and barre to cycling, as well as a pool, hot tub and sauna. The locker rooms are clean and I know my kids are well looked after in the kids zone. There is even a cinema to watch movies while you walk or bike. The front desk is always friendly and I recently used my free stretch session. I will absolutely be signing up for more. Also you can go to any onelife while traveling. I have made so much progress physically and mentally since starting my personal training sessions, with proof in the form of a body scan! 5 stars for sure⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great gym, Jesse, Bella, Jaclyn, and the rest of the team deliver fantastic service with smiles.

The training team and the smart-start program helped jumpstart my gym routine.

Overall, could not ask for a better gym experience. They have all the machines and equipment I could ever need, and even a sauna, massage chairs, and group exercise rooms.

Me and my wife have been premium members for a year. When my wife had her baby our contract was up which was convenient because we needed a 24hr gym. As great as this gym is I need to express my disgust with the contracts and cancellation policies and customer service (not the in store employees). As you could imagine having a 9 month pregnant/laboring wife in the summer, you aren't really on the lookout for sneaky contract writing. Even so I thought I was being an "on top of things" husband when I located the contract and saw when it ended. I thought I was being even more proactive when I called to ensure nothing sneaky happens with my contract. When called onelife I first found out that you have to send an email to actually cancel or you'll be rolled to a more expensive month to month. So I emailed and explained I needed to cancel to switch to a 24 hr gym. I was then told I had to pay for an extra month because I didn't cancel in time. I found that quite ridiculous because as I'm writing this review, my contract is still current until the 30th. I explained my situation as anyone with a mom understands to some degree, having a baby is a bit of a whirlwind of life and a bit expensive. I was responded to with unhelpful and very robotic answers. BASICALLY I just want to MAKE SURE to let EVERYONE know.... if you are trying, planning, or even thinking about having a baby, and do not know what your schedule will be like after you have the baby (hint-no one does) then a contract at one life fitness isn't the way to go. You will be on the hook for all months left on your contract as onelife doesn't not recognize the life change of having a baby for the mother or the father. You can move BUT you can't have a baby.

I love one life.winchester staff is so nice and always trying to make you feel good.
The gym is very clean and I love to do exercises,use the pool and byke. They have diverse of classes according to your time.
