I thought I had a drink with you, but it was a miserable and terrible experience. Your service level is not up to par, and I don’t want to be associated with it. That’s why I subscribed to your service.

OTF Rosslyn is a great studio run by even greater people. The workouts are good and the staff really care about their members - sad I had to move away otherwise I'd still be there on the regular

Not customer friendly cancellation policy.

I have only been there one time, but the studio constantly charge for 5 months with the knowledge I am not using my account.

Admittedly I sign the contract, but what they did not put customer interest in any consideration.

Really unsatisfied with experience, think about it before you sign the contract!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this studio. I was new to Orange theory and the staff/coaches/members were so friendly and welcoming. The SA David was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He, along with the coaches, made me feel at home and excited to be there each day. Meredith was also very personable and nice. I loved attending coach Kristof and Aaron's classes as they both brought unique energies to the studio. It is an amazing workout in a supportive & fun environment. The studio itself is clean, organized, and has great energy. I was so sad to leave and I hope to find a studio as amazing as this one in my new city. If you're reading this, you should absolutely give OTF a try, and make this studio your go-to!

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable on the workouts and introduced me to the program easily as it was my first time. The instructor-led workout made it easy to focus on the workout without getting distracted. The coach took her time to help me out on the things I needed corrections on and was a great motivator throughout the experience. It was 100% new to me and I felt 100% comfortable by the end of it. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for something new and exciting in their life.

OTF is awesome. The constantly changing workouts keep things interesting, while also facilitating cross-training that promotes balanced, all-around fitness for all levels. OTF has been a stalwart for me over the past few years, whether I was recovering from injuries or training to run ultramarathons. It's a solid overall workout and the coaches and community make it fun.

So, I have been a member of OTF since October 2020. As an essential healthcare worker, I always go home to change before heading to workout due to COVID, thus I can be a few minutes late. In the beginning, I was allowed into class 12-15 minutes after start. Now, it’s been twice that I passed the β€œ5 minute” grace period by 2-4 minutes and they don’t permit me into class. I guess business is picking up and classes are getting fuller but really unprofessional to this specifically when I have friends that go in to other locations and they’re always late too and get in with no problems. The location manager Rachel is very rude and lacks any idea of common sense. Although the instructors are super cool, SAVE your money and push workouts on your own. This kind of profit making is unethical and unjustified during these difficult economic periods specially. I’m canceling as soon as I can. The last thing you want to hear after a long day of dealing with illness and patients serious concerns, is β€œno your late, you can join in”, with Rachel’s pale stagnant gaze staring you down. Bad energy

Great workout! I've been going here for years and each tier level is worth the cost. If you're worried about COVID, social distancing rules are in place and being strictly followed, so don't let that hold you back from trying a class.

It's for girls. Or guys that want to be skinny. Definitely not a real men's workout

Update: tried orange theory AGAIN! Same thing....more of a feminine workout. Definitely geared towards women and the guy that wants to be skinny. If you’re looking for good muscle mass. This is not the place for you

I’ve done Orange Theory for about 3 years now and it’s a method that works as long you go consistently. Coaches are pretty friendly as well. When speaking with friends about Orange Theory and asking there hesitation about joining many times the response has been it looks to intense and they worry about the coaches yelling at them. I can honestly say that’s never been my experience. The positive thing about Orange Theory is I can eat whatever I wanted and as long as I went three times a week and the weight would still come off.

The coaches are fantastic!! I love the way they talk you through the entire workout like you’re a real person- they make jokes about how much the hills suck on the treadmill β€œBut it’s worth the bag of M&Ms I’ll eat later” - not anything like recorded workout DVDs. They take the time to fix your form and never make you feel incompetent. It’s the motivation and feeling of being part of a β€œfit fam” that keeps me coming back! I have tried tons of other boutique workout studios structured similar to OTF, and have yet to experience anything that comes close to the challenge and motivation OTF brings.

First timer - and I liked that I could "keep up" and follow the workout without a lot of prep. The quick pre-workout orientation was appreciated. CG was an awesome instructor who offers adaptations for varying degrees of fitness abilities. I don't live in DC and only occasionally visit, but if I am in town again, I would definitely visit again. Thanks!

I've been with otf for 1.5 years. At otf, You work out 100% of your capacity all the time if you wish, and that includes whatever YOUR 100% is, and you are always improving. I use the twice a week option, and I feel that I am really paying to become an athlete, not paying to be a member of a gym. I get out of it a body that is truly in top form. I cannot say that I have been this in shape at any other time in my life. When you join OT, you will really go to the classes, and showing up is all the motivation you need. I promise you will get healthy, in shape and never go back. I'm so strong now.

As an ADD exerciser who loves cardio and strength intervals, I appreciated the use of different "stations" throughout the workout. I also really appreciated the attention the coach provided; she wasn't shouty or too cheerleadery, but was very knowledgeable and encouraging. Thanks for a great first free class!

I have to say I have never LOVED a workout before until OTF. I'm super extroverted so I really prefer working out with other people, but I am also guilty of slacking off in a group if no one's watching. Slacking off is NOT possible at OTF, and in the best way. They really motivate you to want to improve and reach measurable goals you set for yourself. The workouts are always divided into treadmill, strength/weights, and rowing portions, but you'll never get the same workout twice, which also helps improve your fitness quickly.

My personal favorite part as a stereotypical Type A nut is the measurable performance in the form of the heart rate monitors and your results, which are projected onto a screen you can see throughout the room. It really keeps you honest about how hard you're working, and is great motivation on those days when you think you can't possibly do anymore but then check the monitor and see that you're still only in the middle/green heart rate zone. They also email you your results afterwards so you can go back and track your improvements over time.

The staff is the other best part- the trainers are really motivational and take the time to notice each person in the class and correct form and challenge you to improve. The other staff members are super friendly and get to know your name as well, especially if you go to the same class times regularly. I've dropped 2.5 inches in 3 months of regular attendance, and I've increased my strength and speed drastically. I actually look forward to coming to classes, and it's the only workout I've ever willingly gotten up for in the mornings. I even convinced a friend to start coming with me. Literally the only slight downside is that if you don't book your classes pretty far in advance, you'll find that most of them (except for the 5 am/8:30 pm) are booked solid for a few weeks. However, the upside to that is that if you schedule them and put them in your calendar, you're far more likely to actually show up, especially in the morning or on cold/snowy days. I really can't say enough good things about OTF- try it and you'll be so glad you did!
