24/7 access, SAUNA, and nice people. I have family living in this area, I go to the gym every morning, so those 3 were the main selling points for me. Plus, I like when people respect the gym and clean up after themselves and it seems like everyone in this gym is fairly consistent with that. I hope you guys have a great day.

I really enjoy working out at this gym. Such a good variety of equipment. The staff if friendly and always greeting you with a smile. The gym is clean and organized. Definitely recommend this place.

As an avid fitness enthusiast and Chiropractor I highly recommend Orme Gym of Palmyra. Jamie and her staff are highly knowledgeable and super friendly. They offer equipment for the heavy lifter as well as others who are simply looking for a higher level of fitness.

Great family style gym. We have been coming here for over a year and I love the atmosphere. I also love that it's a 24hour gym. Nothing better than a local gym when you need to burn off some energy.

It used to be a hidden gem, unfortunately (for old members), everyone else around the lake found it also. Overcrowded and prices went up. Staff are still excellent.

Nice variety of machines for working out, strength training or other things. There are machines to develop just your arms or legs, and cardio enhancing things like treadmills. The place is clean, is not hot, and is open 24 hours to members via their fobs.

Nice place to work out. Plenty of space and equipment. Clean and safe. Staff and fitness instructors are friendly and very helpful. Not really a place for hardcore strength trainers though. Some classes are offered. Daycare and dance classes for children. You can buy a key fob for 24/7 access. My only complaint is that the personal trainer classes are a little pricey. The membership price is very reasonable though. I highly recommend this gym.
