I’m man! I can’t live without P20 EMS. When i first signed up back in 2018 i was trying get some core strength to help me stay on the basketball court. I probably got an extra few years of bball because of P20. But now in my mid 60’s i am tacing knee replacement in the fall. So, now this is the only exercise due to my bad knee yhat won’t bend. I love P20, I can feel my body taking shape. Melissa is the best trainer, she is encouraging, and listens to my needs to turn it up or down. I recently sprained my ankle and she modified the exercises so that I could keep on getting the much needed muscle strength without hurting myself. 14 weeks with P20 and results are phenomenal. I went from being moderately in shape to kick___ skiing 6 days straight in epic snows, at 8 - 10,000' at Park City Utah. Had more than enough strength and stamina for full ski days, plus evening fun. Fast twitch muscles are at their best yet and still improving. My full regimen combines P20 two times per week with a nutrition overhaul - more protein than at any point in my life thus far, plus high nutrient value foods and supplements, plus active lifestyle (even though job is sedentary). Could they duplicate the magic? For over two years now, I have been visiting Personal20 Herndon for 20-minute EMS sessions. The journey has led me to vastly improved health and wellness – increased strength, greater flexibility, improved muscle tone, better balance, and the list goes on. And the results have been manifested in my blood tests which for a 53-year-old individual is vital. The results came quickly, and they were not only sustained but consistently improving. This past week, I did a session at Personal20USA’s new Tyson’s location. The décor was different, the studio had more natural light, but the vital elements remained constant – the equipment, the outfits, the weights and bands, and most importantly, the quality of the training and the trainers. So yes, they could and did duplicate the magic, and have opened this incredible experience to a whole new part of the DMV.
